your developer license has expired

I'm running a paid version of Windows 8 pro with the Media Center upgrade...  I thought I had a Trojan horse I did a system restore to November 11, 2012. I tried to launch the application from the box tool and saw the message 'your developer license a expir├⌐' I didn't think much, but now I can't install new applications from the app store., I just get an error message.

What have I done?  How to do this?  I'm not a developer.  I used the developer preview on x 64 another machine would not load the overview of consumption.  This machine, I'm having the problem with never had the overview of consumption.  Updated directly from Windows 7 Ultimate.  He is also a x 64 machine.

I have not checked my other computer of Windows 8 to see if a similar problem has developed.  Both Windows 8 machines acting funny and I did on both system restore.  The strange behavior consisting of keys mouse switched.  The system restore took hours.  I've actually wired into msconfig to change the boot sequence to boot mode safe so that I could run the restore of the system before the pilots - what I thought was an old trick of avoidance of viruses.

I had installed Norton Security the day before. Free xFinity/Comcast.  I hope I'm not victim of viruses 0day but Google does not others suffer from it.

I'm not a developer nor I had the developer preview of this machine.
