  • blocked sign plugin Safari after having tried several times to download the new version of flash

Downloaded the new flash, and now it does not work on safari. Never had a problem with it before. It does not work on google crome. I prefer safari, so I want to it works on this browser. I get the blocked sign (plug-in).

NPAPI plugin version 15.0.0.152 is installed

    Plugin PPAPI is not installed

If you want to update the operating system, you start to download via the AppStore.  That said, someone tried this yesterday and it has not solved the problem for them.

We tested the upgrade script and blocking on a Mac OS 10.6.8 machine and are unable to reproduce the symptoms, but we believe that they exist.  We don't know what the common denominator is yet, however.

I wonder if a complete uninstall and reinstall of Flash Player can solve it:

Uninstall Flash Player | Mac OS

Then, run the Setup program again.

  • Videos YouTube do not play in Safari

When you try to watch a Youtube video in Safari 10.0, I get an error message that says: "your browser does not currently recognize the video formats available.»  Lower than that, it shows: "Click here to visit our frequently asked questions about HTML5 video."  When I click on the FAQ page, it shows Safari as one of the browsers supported.  The same video will play in Google Chrome.  I tried to empty the Safari cache and restart the computer, but do not claim.

I have exactly the same problem. In fact, I discovered he's trying to play one of the Apple own videos on their YouTube channel.  My YouTube account is set up properly to handle HTML5 video - always worked before this last update.

You must activate in the accessibility of the ATC settings, see https://help.apple.com/appletv/#/atvb5ca42eb9

  • YouTube videos don't play do not.

Since the update to Firefox 5 I can no longer read the Youtube videos. I get a black box without audio or video. YouTube works on Safari. I updated Adobe Flash, with no improvement.

In your tools > Modules (or Firefox > Add-ons) you have the RealPlayer browser record or do you use some other similar tools that download videos from the web?

If so, can you turn them off and restart Firefox to see if that helps. If not, try to disable the Safe_mode in Flash with the following steps: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1018071?tstart=0

We work with Adobe right now to find out exactly what is happening.

  • YouTube videos do not display any Visual, audio only. Help?

I just bought my computer Samsung brand new with Windows 7. I've had it for two weeks and I encountered a problem which is a big problem for me. I watch a lot of YouTube videos, and just yesterday I went on YouTube, signed into my account and just clicked on a video. The wheel of "unhooked" loading or something like that and the screen stays black, but I could hear the audio very well. The 'prescription' at the bottom of the video was also strange too: whenever I dragged my mouse back along it, all the numbers would pop up and won't go away. What makes this even more strange is that when I go to the channel of the person watching the video, it works very well. In this case for any video, signed-in or out; I also tried to restart my computer, but that no longer works.

It's really strange, and I'm not at all happy that a brand new computer is already started to act in this way. I have nothing to this fact: no viruses, download odd (all my downloads have been updated recommended by my computer and files of the school), summary Web sites, etc.

    Please help, thanks.

    Nevermind I got it.

If anyone else has this problem, for future reference:

Go to the channel that this video has been posted on--> make a right click on the drive--> click Settings--> uncheck "enable hardware acceleration".

Thanks for the link! Honestly, I should have done in the first place.

  • Apple Mail won't send.

I'm running El Capitan and suddenly, it doesn't send.  I always get.  When I go into preferences I find smtp does not connect to the server.  If I sign on Safari and open my account there, I can send and receive, but it a disadvantage of always having to open internet to send mails.

If you use Apple mail, open the iCloud pane in system preferences. Disconnect from iCloud completely. Then log in iCloud and allow all services you used before including the mail. This will rebuild the database of e-mail to iCloud and should fix any problems with it.
