0x737D and installation of SP3 KB970892 failure error. Proposed solutions do not work. No quick fix out there?

I tried several times to install this update without success.

«[The CA & US] please call the 1-800-936-5700 (or 1-800-936-4900 and ask to be sent to the team of SQL-Public) to open a folder of free consumer support.» There is no support costs related to the installation of a security update.

"When you call please let know that it has to do with the MS09-062 Security Bulletin.

"If they try to charge you, please let them know that there is free support for any issues with updates of security."
