  I recently had Illustrator CC test and it worked perfectly. After the end of the test, I decided to pay for a month, one to sort some work for a friend, however when I went to use Illustrator again I kept getting 0xc000001d error code.

  I tried all sorts, reinstalled the software at least 5 times with different files. Removed some Visual Center of Microsoft files and reinstalled them and nothing works to solve this problem.

  From what I've seen the error code 0xc000001d seems quite a serious general code but all my other software works perfectly. I don't really want to reinstall my OS for a one off work but if there is another solution would be great.

  I am running 64-bit Windows 7, I tried to install the software in both the normal folder Program Files and Program Files (x 86) and neither have worked.
