  QUESTION 1: WHERE ARE MY MISSING LOOPS? HOW CAN I FIND THEM, RETRIEVE THEM, DOWNLOAD THEM?

  (1) my logic Pro 10.2.1 (updated 20/01/16) is missing a bunch of loops from the loop browser.  They are grayed out and will not play.

  For example, these loops are grayed out:

  "Amazing" spoken

  'Attention' spoken word

  Asian gamelan 01

  Asian gamelan 02

  03 Asian gamelan

  04 Asian gamelan

  Asian gamelan 05

  Asian gamelan 06

  but Asian gamelan 07 thru 21 are NOT grayed out, they are beautiful!

  I know that these missing loops were working in Logic 9. Recently, I deleted Logic 9 since I haven't used since getting Logic Pro X in November of 2015.

  I probably have these missing on my Time Machine backup loops if all the missing loops were present in Logic 9.

  But in the last days (before the release of 10.2.1) I made sure I had downloaded all additional content for Logic Pro X. And it showed as "installed".  Then after getting 10.2.1 today, I tried to download ANY extra content again. IT all downloaded fine, except for "" Download All Additional sounds '... "  (See Question 2).   So question 1 is: WHERE ARE THESE MISSING LOOPS?  IF YOU DOWNLOAD ALL THE ADDITIONAL CONTENT FOR 10.2.1 SHOULDN'T ALL MY LOGIC LOOPS 9 (IN PARTICULAR THOSE LISTED ABOVE) APPEAR AND WORK?

  QUESTION 2: WHY DOES "Download All Additional sounds" (only 18.3 MB) systematically omitted, 5 seconds remaining, with a fake message "check your internet connection"?

  After graduating 10.2.1 I made sure I downloaded all the extra content. It shows installed, with a

  exception: when I try to "Download All Additional Sounds", it downloads right up to the mark of 18.3 MB, (which is the total size to download).

  with 5 seconds left, but then always (tried 10 times) fails with this message: "Logic Pro X could not complete the download. Check your internet connection and try to download again. "The internet connection is fine and not at all abandoned.  I checked all options 'go to sleep' are on 'Never', and I ran check permissions and repair permissions in disk utility.

  I see in the release notes that the programming to download additional content has been changed to 10.2.1.   I can't help being suspicious

  There is a kind of too aggressive code that is causing this failure of the download.  But I can always try again in the morning.  It is only

  18.3 MB for the "Complete Sound Library", all the other many GB of extra content download OK, they all show "installed".  I'm only

  of the problems (that I can't fix) with the option 'Download All Additional sounds.

  I had grayed out like many loops "re-index all loops" in the menu at the top of the loop browser it cured me.

  I opened the console made another thread that I could see if there is any problem causing my time capsule to get stuck in preparation for backup.  The following message is generated a number of times per second:

  The details of the messge change slightly - for example the size of the element, the string following CKError.

  Is this a problem? It does not appear to be connected with my problem of time capsule since it continues after I stopped the backup.

  Please backup all data, and then open the iCloud pane in system preferences. If marked iCloud Drive is checked, uncheck it and confirm. Your iCloud data must be stored on the servers of Apple.

  Test to see if there is an improvement, then re-check the box and test again. It will take a significant amount of time for your data Resync. In the sidebar of a Finder window, a graphic next to iCloud drive icon will display the download progress. When the download is complete, the icon will change to a cloud.

  Downloads (KB959209) x 86 and (KB951847) x 86 still fail... displaying the error Code: 0X8007064C.  My regular resources has been unable to resolve the situation.  Can it be fixed by someone with limited computer skills or it was take another professional?

  KB951847 is an option, not the security update: feel free to hide it.

    Double-click Automatic Updates > click Stop

    2 remove the contents of the download folder:

    Start > run > %windir%\SoftwareDistribution (enter) > [OK]
    Open the download folder and delete its contents
    Close the window.

    3. go to the Windows Update Web site. Select CUSTOM and allow the analysis to be performed. Uncheck the box/deselectKB951847 and hide ("don't show me this update"). Ditto withKB959209

• XP Pro boot (in any mode) on a SONY PCG-TR1MP following SP3 download failure

  The SP3 download failed (or rather just stopped) and at the next reboot, the system offers only std Mode safe, latest config options or start normally...

  Regardless of any selection, the system does not more progress but stays on this screen without visible activity.

  I do not have a repair CD (trying to locate) and as an OEM installation I don't remember if or where this could have. On the plus side the product key is always visible on the bottom of the laptop, if that helps.

  Anyone have any idea if it is recoverable and if so the best way to try out it. It of an old box but the emails I want to recover.

  So, maybe a short-term thing to try:

  Package of the output of the Edger reflow, then unpack it and remove the icon file - then re-package the folder decompressed - that could eliminate the problem.

  Weird, Yes. But it might work.

  Longer term: see if reflow Edge has a preference to not generate this file icon.

  I recently bought an iMac with OS X 10.8 and, when I try to download the trial of CS6 Design & Web, download via Adobe Download Assistant fails to 10%. I tried to do my security as user-friendly as possible download settings. I get "Error during the download of this product (error 109)". Does anyone know why this might be happening? I tried to download on my Windows 7 laptop, but it has failed once again.

  Looks like your network connection simply sucks and expires / dynamically switches IP addresses / whatever. Check things here:

  Also generally check the configuration of your network on both computers, your router and check the configuration of the provider. He might even have a quoata on this point and simply gas / cut off your connection...
