10.11.4 update has a weird connection

I don't know if this comes with the new update, but the loading bar appears now after my login, it looks and feel weird, and also turned less quickly that it was... I use a Macbook Pro 13 "2015 of the retina and also, I'm having trouble with Safari, it has been very slow since 10.11.3."

Here are a few things you can try:

  1. Start the computer in Safe Mode, and then make a standard reboot. It's slower than a standard home.
  2. Reset the controller (SMC) system management
  3. Zap the PRAM

Restart the computer and after the chime hold down the COMMAND and R until the Utility Menu appears.

  1. Select disk utility, and then click continue.
  2. Select the withdrawal (usually Macintosh HD) volume of the list to one side.  Click the first aid tab in the toolbar.
  3. Wait for the done button to appear indicating that the process is complete.
  4. Quit disk utility.
  5. Select restart from the Apple menu.

Now Download OS X El Capitan 10.11.4 Combo Update and reinstall.

What I see is that we have same wireless Chipset, Tenda use Ralink or Broadcom chipsets, which are compatible with our wifi cards, then I would tell you my opinion do 1st updated drivers on your laptop, I use the latest x 64 win10, atheros version drivers 10.0.0.326, then go and upgrade your routers firmware! • Cannot install the updates, receive error message: automatic updates has been disabled by the administrator, but I don't.

Original title: How can I, as an administrator, turn on automatic updates, whenever I try, I get an error message saying that automatic updates has been disabled by the administrator.  I didn't do it, then?

    Question stands as is.

    Hello

    1. have you made any changes to the computer before the show?

    2. What antivirus application is installed on the computer?

    3. What are the different user accounts on the computer?

This problem occurs if Windows Update has been disabled by one of the following settings:

    · Group Policy

    · System policy
    · Registry

I suggest you follow these methods and check.

Method 1: Perform the clean boot and try to install the updates.

To do this, follow the steps in this link:

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/310353

NOTE: Once you check the functionality, follow the suggestions under steps to configure Windows to use a Normal startup state.

Method 2: Try to turn on the auto update by following the steps in the link below.

How to configure automatic updates by using Group Policy or of registry settings

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/328010

Registry warning: This section, method, or task contains steps that tell you how to modify the registry. However, serious problems can occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you proceed with caution. For added protection, back up the registry before you edit it. Then you can restore the registry if a problem occurs. For more information about how to back up and restore the registry, click on the number below to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base: 322756

How to back up and restore the registry in Windows

Method 3: Turn off the antivirus application and try to download the updates and check.

Note: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you should not disable your antivirus software. If you need to disable temporarily to install other software, you must reactivate as soon as you are finished. If you are connected to the Internet or a network, while your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.

Method 4: Perform a full scan of the computer using the following antivirus applications.

    Microsoft Safety Scanner: http://www.microsoft.com/security/scanner/en-us/default.aspx

    Malicious software removal tool: http://www.microsoft.com/security/pc-security/malware-removal.aspx

Note: The data files that are infected must be cleaned only by removing the file completely, which means that there is a risk of data loss.

  • Vista has ceased to connect to Internet while XP works fine

I was able to connect laptop computers XP and Vista desktop for a few years.  This week my Vista desktop becomes suddenly as a local connection to 'unidentified network' wireless so no Internet.  When I plugged the Vista desktop with a cable, that I could not he was looking for a username and password for the ISP to allow the connection.  Verizon technical support could not fix the problem - says no user name or password is required - with the lack of connectivity wired and wireless.  Is it just a Vista problem?  A recent update Windows change something that has caused this problem?  I noticed that this seems to be an unsolved problem here and on the Verizon forums.  It seems that this must be a Vista problem, due to the fact that XP has no problem connecting.  Thank you.

    Hi TinTheBear,

Thank you for using answers Forum.

In the future, I suggest starting your own thread about your question to get the right support.
    :]

You can check for third-party wifi software that may have been installed with your network card.
If it is running and you try to use Vista to control network and password/password encryption settings, they may sometimes conflict and causes this problem.

Since your able to login in safe mode, I'm curious to know how you did the clean boot, you mentioned in your message.
"Disable programs and services at startup"-copied from your post.

Here is a method to try:

To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows Vista by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts. This article describes how to solve problems in Windows Vista by performing a clean boot. This article also describes how to start the Windows Installer service and how to reset the computer so that it starts as usual.

Note When you perform a clean boot, you may temporarily lose some functionality. When you start the computer as usual, the function returns. However, you may receive the error message, or you can experience the original behavior.

If the computer is connected to a network, network policy settings may prevent you from following these steps. We recommend strongly that you do not use System Configuration utility to change startup options on the computer, unless a support engineer Microsoft directs you to do so. This can make the computer unusable.

    a. log in the computer using an account with administrator rights.

    b. click on start toreduce this includes this image, type msconfig.exe in the Start Search box and press ENTER to start the System Configuration utility.

Reduce this includes this imageIf you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password or click continue.

    c. under the general tab, click Selective startup, and then clear the Load Startup items check box. (The box use the Boot file is not available.)

    d. on the Services tab, select the hide all Microsoft services check box and then click on disable all.

Note Following this step lets services Microsoft continue to run. These services include networking, Plug-and-Play, record of events, error reporting, and other services. If you disable these services, you can permanently delete all restore points. Do not do this if you want to use to restore the system with the existing restore points.

    e. click OK, and then click restart.

Step 2: Enable half the services

    a. follow steps 1a and 1B to start the System Configuration utility.

    b. click on the Services tab and then click to select the hide all Microsoft services check box.

    c. Click to select half of the check boxes in the Service list.

    d. click OKand then click restart.

Step 3: Determine whether the problem returns

If the problem persists, repeat steps 1 and 2. In step 2, click to clear half of the check boxes that you have initially enabled in the Service list.

If the problem does not occur, repeat steps 1 and 2. In step 2, select only half of the remaining check boxes that are cleared in the Service list. Repeat these steps until you have selected all the check boxes.

If only one service is selected in the list of services , and you the problem persists, the service selected the cause of the problem. Go to step 6. If no service is causing this problem, go to step 4.

Step 4: Enable half of the startup items

    a. perform a clean boot by repeating step 1.

    b. click on the Startup tab and then click to select half of the check boxes in the startup item list.

    c. click OK, and then click restart.

Step 5: Determine whether the problem returns

If the problem persists, repeat steps 1 and 4. In step 4, click to clear half of the check boxes that you have originally selected in the startup item list.

If the problem does not occur, repeat steps 1 and 4. In step 4, select only half of the remaining check boxes that are cleared in the startup item list. Repeat these steps until you have selected all the check boxes.

If only one startup item is selected in the startup item list, and you still experience the problem, start selected in the list element is the service that is causing the problem. Go to step 6.

If no startup item causes this problem, a Microsoft service most likely the cause of the problem. To determine which Microsoft service may be causing the problem, repeat step 1 and step 2 without selecting the hide all Microsoft services check box in each step.

    Step 6: Resolve the problem

After you determine the startup item or the service that is causing the problem, contact the manufacturer of the program to determine if the problem can be solved. Or, run the System Configuration utility, and then click to clear the check box of the element of the problem.

Step 7: Reset the computer to start as usual

When you are finished troubleshooting, follow these steps to reset the computer to start as usual:

Click on start toreduce this includes this image, type msconfig.exe in the Start Search box and press ENTER.

Reduce this includes this imageIf you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password or click continue.

On the general tab, click the Normal startup option, and then click OK.

When you are prompted to restart the computer, click restart.

Please let us know if that helps.

I spent 40 minutes on the phone with technical sky earlier and tried loads of things, but without success. • HP 3050 has failed to connect to the router Thomson SpeedTouch ST585

    Hello world.

I bought a wireless printer in order to print from my laptop to every corner of my house.

The installation procedure gently and the printer 'feel' my router, but all of a sudden he ejects a screenshot advising HP 3050 has cannot be connected possibly due to MAC filter enabled in the router.

It is not so. My router, provided by my ISP, automatically recognize each wifi device (last week, I connected a smart TV without problem).

The report of wifi 3050 a conferms that stage the MAC filter control has not been transmitted. There is no IP address associated with the printer.

The ST585 menu is very poor and I can't find anything to activate/disconnect able to solve the issue.

Please help me before I get this printer to the store (consider that I am not native English and not so good at on networks).

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Nost,

I understand that you have a problem getting your printer on your wireless network. I will do my best to help you solve this problem. Could you please call your ISP to make sure that the firmware is updated, to ensure MAC filtering is off and if there is no reason why the printer is not connecting.

I am also including this document to install the software of the printer for a wireless network connection.

I hope this helps, let me know if you need more assistance.

    John

I had this at one of my clients. I dug into it and discovered the following:

Cisco updated their SSL certificates certificates signed earlier this year to use SHA2. They are signed by a different root certification authority (Verizon if I remember correctly) and the IPS system image must be updated to the latest version (7.3 (5)) to approve of this CA root certificates.

This is mentioned in the IPS 7.3 release notes (5):

    http://www.Cisco.com/c/en/us/TD/docs/security/IPS/7-3/release/notes/rele...

    • You need IPS 7.3 (5) to use the automatic update, global correlation and the participation of the network after the migration of the Certificate SHA-2 on Cisco websites.

When I try to update Java on Windows 7 Pro 64 bit, the Setup program ends with an error message "Java update has not ended. Error code: 1603. Please consult the Help Center Java to correct that information or contact your system administrator. »

Java Help Center is not useful. It indicates that this is a known issue and is being researched. This status is apparently true for over a year with no resolution, it seems as if not enough resources are devoted to research. The subject alluded to the possible incompatibility with Microsoft MS14-049 KB2918614 security update.

I uninstalled KB2918614 and still the same error.

I uninstalled Java 7, rebooted the PC and tried to install Java 8 and got the same error. Then I installed the update of Java 7 79 and it worked, but I can't go beyond Java 7 for an evolutionary support for Java edition.

Favorite using your search engine Internet web searches will bring up many people having the same problem, but no final solution. Variations on uninstall all versions of Java and re - install, change the language to English settings, remove KB2918614, use the Offline Installer, use the installer of auto update online, hack the registry, etc., but it's as if all of this is purely by accident lucky work around solutions and there is no real real an official answer as to what is happening. I tried them all and I still can't get Java 8 to install. I can't update Java.

    1. What is the solution to the 1603 error?
    2. If I stick with Java 7 forever?

It was I had the area around the ellipse and with the selection tool, I could drag the 4 anchors around the ellipse for the shape I wanted. Now anchors on both sides are working this way, but the other two across the entire ellipse! Is there a way to recover the old anchors?

I also get a lot of weird behavior when copying and the adjustment of the ellipses. Sometimes the bounding box is around the new ellipse in that I paste. I have to go back and forth between the select and direct selection tool, and finally he will come to the top. :-/

    Thank you!

    Matt

Yes, I see that they make in an arc/ellipse tool where you got the opportunity to make a thing of pie-chart-in searching for Pacman.

In addition, reset the rectangle enclosing do not work on this thing.

The answer is, they are slowly but surely adding more robust features for 'shape' elements in Illustrator. The difference between a 'form' and just a path in the shape of form, it's that a 'form' is made with a tool of shape as the Ellipse tool or a Rectangle, polygon, etc.

Or a form can be made to take a path that meets the criteria: for example, a rectangle of any rotation that has 4 points at all the right angles. You can experiment by drawing your own rectangular path and lining up all the points so that your angles and lines are perfectly straight and using the object > shape > convert to the form menu item. However, if you add even one point back to the sides of the rectangle, the form will automatically extend to return to the regular way - which will be exactly the same in terms of the look you see on the screen.

The difference between paths and shapes is that forms give you additional properties, which you can change using the area at the bottom of the transformation Panel. For rectangles, it's just the corners and the width/height, but for ellipses, it's now this pie thing.

Anyway, even if I can't find any options to create shapes already developed using the shape tools, you can scale your ellipse using the transform tool manual (E) which dimensionnera the horizontal ellipse, or you can use the object > shape > menu item to expand whenever you make an ellipse. This could be done more quickly by recording an action and assigning a shortcut key, so you can convert out of any shape in a simple path.
