  You have the two desktop software and link configurΘ for dΘmarrer when a device is connected to your Mac. You must go into the Desktop software settings (I don't remember exactly what to do, but there should be some settings at the top right) and set it to not open when a device is connected. Once you have it set to not open when your phone is connected, make sure that the link is set to open. That should solve your problem.

  If you can get guaranteed support, that sounds like the best approach at this point. It is always best to try to fix it yourself first, and I think it's an easy fix, but if you can't do it then you can not do. Good luck.

  After that latest OS upgraded my Q10 connects to my Jaguar car phone and will make and receive calls, but the fact when the screen turns off the phone.  The car and Q10 shows connected, but they are not.  Free hand worked perfectly before the upgrade.

• BlackBerry application Z10 Cloud explore (officially skydrive) does not load on BB Z10

  I hope someone can help me. I have a BB Z10 (software Ver 10.2.1.2102) and my application of cloud explore has stopped working. It will no longer charge. There only seems to be a lot of support in support of the application, so I hope I can get some advice from someone who may have met a similar problem. When I select the icon it goes to a screen black with a progress downstairs bar which is progressing slowly along to and after 5 minutes it gets about 3/4 of the screen and then everything stops. It just stops loading and goes back to the way it was before my choice of app. attack on modesty, I have two other apps do the same thing (Comwave Mobile and soundcloud).

  Normally, which will correct the problem. If it isn't, the question is if it's something with your phone and if a reload OS could help. Many people are against reloading your operating system to correct a problem; I am of a different opinion. I reload my OS every 3-4 months, if she needs it or not. Simple example would be 100 000 x 5% must be equal to 5000. What happens when I write '5% ', is that the equation goes to 100 000 x 5 000. Any thoughts? I know that I can enter decimals and just skip the %, but I don't have to do.

  Recently, I try to download a video file from my Q5 blackberry to my facebook app. The transfer got stalled from the start due to some network problems. I tried to restart the download, but in vain. I tried to cancel the transfer by accessing the assignment in the menu for quick access, to make them disappear. But the problem is therefore that, in the menu quick access we status indicating that it is 1 onis transfer going on.
