10.2.2 FCPX - Radial blur?

Final Cut Express had a Radial blur called video effect where you can adjust the angle and the steps of the blur.

It seems that this version of the Radial blur area does not exist in Final Cut Pro X (10.2.2 worm

Anyone know if there is a way to recreate this effect blur Radial using Final Cut Pro X? Or is it a similar plugin available somewhere for free?

Radial blur on a spinning wheel filter

Hello
I use the radial blur to create a spinning wheel in the picture below. When I make a selection of the front wheel and then apply the method spin-blur (filter > radial blur > spin) it fading the wheel in the region who has the choice, but he put a radial blur on the entire image and is only showing the part of the wheel of this.
The first photo shows the area of selection (the front wheel). The second photo shows the result.
How to set it so the radial blur is applied to the wheel so it makes it look like it runs?

What version of PS do you have? If you have CC, it's a lot better using the spin of the Gallery of Blur Blur. It was designed to do this, you can adjust the angle of the blur where the wheel is not directly in front of the camera. If you have just radial blur, you either try to center the center of blur with the box of user interface, which is very difficult, because there is no feedback to see if you positioned correctly, or you need to cut the wheel, place it in its own file and cropped to the wheel and apply the blur.

Radial blur in Photoshop CC problem

Just installed Adobe CC and my radial blur filter in photoshop, went crazy. Usually I can pick up Spin or Zoom, and then a quality for effect, but it does not work now, everything I try just ends up creating a blur of spin! Someone out there with a similar problem?

Sometimes rebooting your PC problems cleared up. If not,

You can hold down the Opt or pressed Alt and the button cancel on the Radial blur dialogue and this must change 'Default', then you click on this to reset. Restart Photoshop.

If this does not work preferences, Reset:

Hold down the CTRL - Shift - Alt (Cmd-Opt-Shift for the Mac) immediately after the cold Photoshop start. If you get the keys to the low enough - quickly and you have to be VERY fast - it prompts you to confirm the removal of your established preferences, which will lead to them all being the default value.

Pocket with question of radial blur mask

I have a circle on a picture mask. I'm becoming so them edges fade to black. Currently, it's just a solid white circle. It of a clip and has a radial blur and motion tween. On the radial blur alpha channel is 100% on the first point and 0% on the last. Can we do spotlight with radial/bland blur without adding any code or actionscript?
I have attached a picture of what I have now with what the movieclip I am using.

I'm on CS5, but can only use AS2, if actionscript is necessary.

The objects must exist in the framework where you add the code (not the same layer, just the same frame). Do not set the layers to hide (that you seem to have done), simply assign the names and leave the masking code.

I've never done this with masking multiple objects, so I don't know if it works just as well. But I'll let you tell me everything first before I give it a try.

Gallery Blur - using masks

I worked with the Gallery of blur by using path and a spin blur. After you add the blur, I opened a mask to adjust the amount of effect in specific areas. With a black brush, the mask will remove the effect, but with a white brush, it will not put the return effect, as it should with a mask. If anyone else has noticed this? Radial blur did the same thing.

Looks like you have your brush to darken or several blending mode.

Need help trying to blur to an image

I am currently working with Photoshop CS2 and I found a picture that I really liked (see table), and I'm not sure how jam or mix the image that I have to make it look like the attached photo. I hope someone can give me an idea. Thanks for the help

Press Q to the Quick Mask Mode and use the gradient tool. Set Options from black to Transparent. Press Ctrl + a (select all), and then drag your tool degraded in function. Press Q to return to the choice and apply your blur. It's not like Radial blur.

6.3 - Windows 10 bridge - error when trying to open application could not start properly 0x00007b

Sorry for the late reply. I fixed it as follows. It was not enough to run the drop as an administrator, but to give administrator rights for all users (right-click the drop-> properties-> compatibility-> settings for all users-> check "Run as Administrator"). On another device, I also had to do the same thing with Photoshop itself to run the drop.

For current work, I disabled the need to accept any request of the administrator (search-> Type "UAC").

Guess that's the best temporary solution.

Issue of marquee in Photoshop 2015.0.0

Hello world
I have a weird problem with the marquee using Photoshop 2015.0.0 tool
Once I crop an image (or a screenshot), the brand makes random lines in different areas. Lines appear differently each time with no particular order. Deselection does nothing! Zoom in/out does nothing more.
I also have Photoshop installed 2015.5, but it was very unstable and support Adobe helped me install the 2015.0.0 previous version until they can create a more stable release version. Any ideas?

PS CC 12.5 crashed by using new quick mask and reverted back to the Version 2015.1.2 20160113.r.355 2016/01 / 13:23:59:59 CL 1059143 x 64

I was using the new Quick Mask mode and the program crashed twice. After the reboot, the second time PS reverted to the previous version. Help

Preferences-> General-> Performance and box unchecked just the 'use graphics processor' and edited the levels on the layer mask.

3D extrusion options greyed out
