  I have an AT300 bought in the United States, but I live in Germany.   My guess would be that Toshiba has put a few resistors-ID in the data line in the standard charger so you can identify it.

  I use Win10 US-English, unfortunately ISO is not accessible to the public because it is in our society, IT.

  In any case, I had problem like this:

  -uninstalled SU

  -restart

  -Removed C:\ProgramData\Lenovo\SystemUpdate entirely. I had some problems with access rights to delete as even I am admin machine, but finally managed to remove it from cmd promt and adding more rights in expoler by subdirectories.

  -reinstalled SU

  I can not install newer versions of system update (currently v 5.07.003) as following error message keeps appearing, preventing it.

  This problem seems to have started after I upgraded to Windows 10 summer (and have used a 'work-cycle' through companion since then to keep Lenovo).

  Is there a simple solution for this problem?

• T560 keyboard and mouse no longer works after the Lenovo system update

  Hi all

  ThinkPad T560, W7 64 bit.

  I volunteered software Lenovo (I forget which) do the system update.

  I did, it installed and claimed restart.

  After restarting, the mouse and keyboard not responding. Tried the mouse USB and keyboard, no difference.

  Tried to recover from a backup - no luck.

  Tried to put in the dock - no luck.

  Any ideas?

  SOLUTION - had to remove McAfee antivirus using "McAfee Removal toll"!

  Common uninstall through Control Panel / Add Remove & Programs problem

  After his withdrawal with the tool, all good.

  Shame Lenovo and McAfee have allowed this question coming in first place.

  Hi I recently installed the latest version of the ThinkVantage System Update on my ThinkPad T61p and for some reason, the program does not work. It does not start, and when I try to uninstall, it does not uninstall either.

  When I start the program, it gives me an error saying that:
