  See if it works... There are 3 driver Intel on the support page and the driver of your laptop, so I don't know that you need or if you have tried them all and none of them worked.

  First install the Intel chipset installation utility and reboot.  The second listed file is the auto install file.

  Then, install the Intel HD graphics driver and restart.  The first listed is the automatic installation file.

  In order to find the right driver for the wireless card (since there may be one of several different model wireless cards in your notebook), go to Device Manager and click on the network controller needing drivers and display the material for her ID.

  I understand that your laptop works OK and after updating drivers on reboot HP customer service, you have lost your wireless network. When you run the Windows troubleshooting tool, you received a message that there was a problem with the NIC due to recent hardware or software changes.

  Here is a link to HP PC - troubleshooting wireless network and Internet (Windows 8) that should help you.

  Before you perform a restore, as shown in the above troubleshooting steps, you can try this option.

  Go to the nursery of the device

  Click the network tab to expand the list.

  Right-click on the wireless network adapter and select roll back driver.

  Repeat this process for all types of adapters listed.

  While on this screen please check this definition also.

  Right click on the wireless adapter and choose Properties.

  Click the power management tab.  If "allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" is checked, please remove and click OK. Repeat this operation for all types of adapters listed.

  HP does not support the specifications of consumer for 32-bit operating systems class.

  There is no 32-bit driver from HP for the graphics at all.

  You will need to get the drivers from Web sites by the component manufacturer specific.

  Here's what you need to do to install the graphics drivers...

• Laptop G62-a50EV: problem with GPU drivers! :/

  I currently installed windows 8.1 x 64 OS on a laptop OS from windows 7 to the previous address. Problem is that none of my cards (AMD/ATI Radeon HD5470 & Intel HD graphics card) are properly recognized by the system. Whenever I try to install AMD external links and no HP drivers, nothing happens... It goes the same for Intel drivers. Whenever I have install the drivers from the HP official site... AMD catalyst center works but gpu itself does not react as stays in 1024 x 768 and League of Legends game drops to 4 frames per second (I use it asa pointer of the problem). As for when I try to install the driver of HP Intel... then I get the black screen on reboot blue screen that prompts me to either reboot the machine again or try to fix the problem as a user advanced... I hope I did a system restore point that I knew that this can happen! Any suggestions?

  P.S tried 4 times still the same result with driver intel. In regards to the AMD hope is lost... I even do not have a valid driver not always by AMD for the current gpu...

  I understand that you are having problems with video drivers after installing Windows 8.1 on your laptop. I'm happy to help you with this. After doing some research, it seems that the Windows 8.1 is not an operating system that is supported for this laptop. Custom HP drivers are only available for the Windows 7 operating system.

  It seems that HP did not include the software download and the Ralink bluetooth driver you need for your laptop on its support and driver page.

  In my view, this model uses the same without thread/BT card, so try this bluetooth software and driver.

  Here's my problem: I want to play some videos games on my laptop, so I search the Internet a way first to update my drivers and I got the correct driver for the R5 M430 (related is written on the amd software).

  EDIT: I just made a SHIFT and pilots goes back to R5M330...

  After that I tried to play my games and I see that my PC has low fps so I found a way to activate my software amd graphics card.

  I have to look very far to find how I can run my games in hight witch average performance mod (i think and I see on the forums) the laptop to run my video card when I start the game (witch is not the case when I'm on the desktop).

  I discovered that, without the graphics card and eco mod (only the operation of the CPU) my games have the best fps and is not unloaded. I do all these things or does the CPU better than the graphics card?

  EDIT 2: I just disable the Intel HD graphics card and recharge it the sreen CPU was at 90 - 99% of use for my graphics card does not work. Ialso check the % of use with the Witch of GPU - Z is 0% all the time for the Radeon CG.

  EDIT :  I just put my game in hight performance mod and I check with GPU - Z, the graphics card is working but my game is very slow... it means that my CPU is better than my GPU? totally illogical thx hp we sell dreams.

  Oh and I almost forgot, if I was testing the GPU and my laptop stops just for no reason. Perhaps dangerous for the PC so the graphics card is a big problem...

  I have another small problem... when I do the combination of keyboards up + space + left (upwards and to the left are arrows) the left key did not work (which in all of my games). Is it possible to fix it?

  Thanks for the reply.

  I was too focused on solving the problems of video card as I am a player too and I know how it feels.

  On the keyboard, I suggest you check if the left key works on the pad Word, Notepad or in the command prompt and if yes, then you should check the settings on all of your games to see if it is enabled, however, if this does not work on any of them, it is a hardware failure and requires a replacement keyboard.

  Also, I advise to use the game with Visual low settings under display settings of the game as it should work as well.

• I have F.8 on both desktop and laptop, works perfectly on the laptop, but have problems with not being able to open some banking logon to desktop. Helped the popups for these sites.

  Also when closed with the button 'X', cannot re - opened up the app closes in the Task Manager. OK so firm using file - exit. However, a second icon is placed in Taslbar.

  Disabled CacheViewer continued and this seems to have solved all the problems.

  First of all, let's try a simple solution:

  (1) go in the beginning, select run and type:

  (2) regsvr32 DiagPackage.dll

  3) press ENTER

  (4) restart and see if that solved the problem

  If this does not work, try to run a file system check using these procedures: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833.

  At this point, the best solution would probably be a repair installation: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/3413-repair-install.html.
