101202 BPEL process (Oracle AS) of the migration to SOA Suite 11 g (WLS)

Hi all

I am looking for more information on the migration processes BPEL developed using 101202 BPEL Process Manager struggle to run on AS Oracle 10 g, Oracle SOA Suite 11 g running on Weblogic Server.

Pointers is very appreciated.

Thank you
Anish.

Looking for info on integration OSR 10 g and SOA Suite 11 g I found this link (http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E12839_01/upgrade.1111/e10127/upgrade_soa_apps.htm) that might help you.

  • BPEL process stopped polling after the displaced Table

    Hello

    Oracle 10.1.2
    SOA Suite 10.1.3.4

We have a process BPEL has been deployed and working for a while. This process is defined to query a table in every 5 seconds and set the State on BPEL_POLLED once found. It was working fine until I dropped and re - recreates the table that was questioned. (No changes have been made to the structure of the table - I was mearly testing a build script).

This table was recreated, the BPEL process stopped polling. I have re-deployed service, stopped and started the server and it is not the voting table.

May I take it that drop and recreate the table being queried have an impact on the electoral process and I looked through the forums, but I don't really know what I'm looking for?

I'm not a developer, BPEL, however I was left the task of working through this, any help would be appreciated.

    Concerning

    JB

    Hi James,
This is an expected default behavior (in 10.1.3.4 MLR #7 from at least). The State of the process is set to 'stop' if the vote fails with a SQL error. If you look at the log file, after you turn on debugging, you'd be able to see an explicit message that indicates that the process is currently disabled.

If you simply change the status of the process to 'On' even once, it would begin returning.
Or to be on the safer side, if you want to change the structure etc. of the voting table, its best to withdraw from the process, modify the table and then activate the process.

    Hope this helps,
    Kind regards
    Yohanna.

  • BPEL process not shown in the tab "proceedings."

I have a BPEL process that calls a stored procedure to check if the process is not a duplicate, and then writes the data to the database.
The stored procedure writes the instance id in an intermediate table and gives a ret code '0' for the process to go ahead and write data in the database.
The problem is that I see a folder with the instance id in the intermediate table, but the instance does not appear in the tab of BPEL instances on the server.

(This is not writing data in the DB as well.)
(I checked that the stored procedure returns the ret code '0', so, technically, the process is to do what is necessary)

Treat any ideas on how to display this lack or why he is missing from the server?

It seems that your process have been spent on the manual recovery. So somewhere along the line the process failed. Take a look in the logs to see if there are errors.

To see the instances there is a link called manual recovery tab BPEL process. If you do not see it check the reminder and the tabs of the activity in view of the manual recovery.

Once you fix the error this process know you can restart. As long as the fix was not not to redeploy.

check for spaces or a character that could happen even if you specify the location of the JRE, you can also call runInstaller with

    Hello guys,.

For waiting message of the subject of SIDES, I configured the foreign server in weblogic server.

Here are the steps I followed to set up foreign server:

Configuring WebLogic Data Source-RIBAQJMS_DS - JNDI name: jdbc/RIBAQJMS_DS

For the connection SOA_Cluster-Pool-> Driver class Name:oracle.jdbc.xa.client.OracleXADataSource

    WLS_JDBC_REMOTE_ENABLED value = "-Dweblogic.jdbc.remoteEnabled = true in the setDomainEnv.sh bounced the server."

    A foreign server: (Services-> messages-> JMS Modules-> AIAJMS_MODULE

Oracle: Configure a foreign JMS server

    -> General configuration - JNDI Initial context factory: oracle.jms.AQjmsInitialContextFactory - JNDI properties: datasource = jdbc/RIBAQJMS_DS Configuration-> Destinations-name: RIBAQ - Local JNDI name: jms/RIBAQ

    Remote JNDI name: topics/ETLOCATIONSFROMRIB

Configuration-> connection factories - name: ForeignTopicCF - Local JNDI Name: aqjms/XATopicConnectionFactory - remote JNDI name: XATopicConnectionFactory

JMS adapter (deployments-> adapter JMS-> Configuration-> outbound connections Pools) - pool name: eis/AQJMS/RIBTopic

Properties-> location of standard connection: aqjms/XATopicConnectionFactory

    Topic: true

In JDeveloper used JMS JMS adapter provider chosen Oracle Advanced Queuing,

Select the queue from the drop-down list: jms/RIBAQ and the connection in common such as: eis/AQJMS/RIBTopic

After you deploy the composite in the SOA server log there is no error message, to study further I put the oraacle.soa.adapter logging level to finest (32).

However I can not see the relevant error messages in the log files.

Can someone please provide any idea, is it need any additional installation in fact?

    Thank you

I solved the problem by myself, the making of connections which I was referring was equated. This is why the messages were not sent.

I would be able to base problems by creating a similar scenario of test cases.

  • Queryu for the bpel process manager

Hi, what is the difference between the avilable process manager bpel in SOA and bpel process manager available separately? Equals console bpel and bpel process manager?

So in short, there is nothing different in the stand-alone version and the version that are delivered in SOA Suite.

The release of SOA Suite comes from the beams with all other products.

  • 1 WSDL include multi BPEL processes?

    Hello

I use Jdev 12.1.3, I create multi BPEL processes and deploy on the server, the problem is that each BPEL process have different WSDL link, it means that if I have 10 BPEL process, then I have 10 different WSDL link, how can I get 1 WSDL include multi method (process BEPL)

    Thank you

    Hi Hani,

You can create a WSDL with several operations. Then, you can use the pick activity to respond on different operations. Replace the first reception in the with a pickaxe and be sure to check the box 'create a forum '. See http://blog.darwin-it.nl/2009/12/multi-operations-bpel.html. (I think this example is BPEL 1.1, but it works for BPEL 2.0 accordingly).

For the re-use of wsdl in several SOA Suite components, store an abstract version of the wsdl file in the MDS and reference it by using the "oramds://apps/...". "URL in the Compsite.xml see, for example Oracle SOA / Java blog: SOA Suite PS6 (11.1.1.7); Loose coupling and chips of service.

  • Sync and async bpel process

    Hello

I was reading about the process of synchronous and asynchronous in the forum, I also have a similar problem.

    some of my questions are:

If suppose my BPEL process will take approximately 2 minutes or more to complete, so I can't not chosen synchronous BPEL process as the default period is 45 sec and do not recommend to increase the time.

As the above is true, that I created an asynchronous BPEL process, now, I want the asynchronous response, is that this is possible? even I found that when I invoke the asynchronous process BPEL partner links it does not ask for the output variable. SO if all process will take more time and answer to that need, what is the solution.

    Kind regards
    Abdou

You must use a receipt to get the response from the asynchronous process.

That's why you need a call and a reception.

Create a receive activity, and then drag the connection to your link partner. You will see that only the exploitation of the response is there.

  • Problem call for different versions of BPEL process leave an ESB

We are currenlty have a problem calling a service of BSE BPEL process.

We initially developed the solution and the two releases correctly, however, it was necessary to make some changes to the BPEL process and we have redeployed later the BPEL process incrementing the version number.

However, the BSE service when insider trading was still called the initial version of the ESB service.

Is it possible to do BSE call the default version of BPEL process as configured in the BPEL console.

You can accomplish this task by calling the SOAP Service in BSE that points to the current WSDL of BPEL process, for example:
    http://localhost: 8888/orabpel/default/SOAOrderBooking/SOAOrderBooking? WSDL
    Instead of
    http://localhost:8888/ORABPEL/default/SOAOrderBooking/1.0/SOAOrderBooking?WSDL

  • Integration of BPEL Process Manager and jDeveloper

I downloaded BPEL Process Manager 10.1.3.1.0 but BPEL Designer is delivered is no longer with her and it integrates with jDeveloper 11g. Is there a version of BPEL Process Manager that I can integrate with jDeveloper Studio Edition Version 11.1.1.0.0? I have to use jDev 10g in order to use BPEL Process Manager. Please forward your comments.

The JDeveloper and SOA Suite / BPEL version must remain in phase with each other, this includes minor versions, e.g. JDev 10.1.3.4 must be used with SOA Suite 10.1.3.4. Unfortunately the 11g JDev is not certified with the 10.1.3.1 SOA Suite.

If you just install SOA Suite, it may be a good idea to upgrade to 10.1.3.4 until development is underway.
