  The 'driver' is here.  It is part of the installation of iTunes.  When you connect it, the iPod screen indicates it is connected, by showing 'do not disconnect' or 'Connected' or another indication that there is a data connection with the computer?  If it shows that the battery symbol, there may be another problem that requires no software and 'drivers '.

  I received the notification there was an update to Acrobat Pro.  I went through the usual and accepted procedure the automatic update process.  He failed.  Then, I downloaded the 11.0.14 update from the Adobe website and tried a manual update.  When I tried to mount the file AcrobatUpd11014.dmg, it says, "the following disk image cannot be opened because the image is not recognized.

  No idea how to get a copy valid disk image so I can update my program?

  I tried the methods described in the article and nothing worked except a complete re-installation of the program.  Therefore, Acrobat Pro is now 11.0.14, but it was not easy to solve.

  You can not downgrade iOS. If you can not put OS X, you need to either buy a newer computer, or run Windows 7 or higher in a Virtual Machine or using Boot Camp and use iTunes for Windows.

  In your help document, they propose to close the router, then restart. It worked I finally got my link with the library in home sharing on both. This problem is solved.

  In the older version of Itunes, we had a 'show menu' at the bottom and we can select "Items not in my library" and import. Neither on my PC or my MAC I see this menu downstairs.  Spin the latest version on the two which is 11.0.2

• On XP iTunes library is not recognized by Apple TV

  I am running iTunes 10.1.1.4 on a Dell with XP. Apple TV, a new product, cannot display the contents of the iTunes library when the PC is connected via an Ethernet cable to the router network, however, a laptop, running Windows 7, wireless with Apple TV, works very well. Apple TV works wirelessly to the router. I disabled the firewall, anti-virus removed, and security software but cannot get the library to be recognized by Apple TV iTunes.

  I had 4 conversations with Apple TV senior advisers, followed all their suggestions. It now appears that the problem is with Windows XP. It is here where I am now.

• PS Elements 13 Organizer not recognizing iPhone

  In the past, I used 13 PS elements Organizer to download pictures and videos from my iPhone to a directory of my choice on my MacBook Pro. I just tried this today, but when I attach the iPhone and go to PSE Organizer 13 and select Import > a camera or card reader, it shows 'No devices found'. I have a good connection between the iPhone and the MacBook, because the app Photos of El Capitan is grateful for the iPhone.

  Any suggestions on what anyone even try? I recently updated the MacBook to El Capitan and the iPhone iOS 9, and today upgraded PSE 13 to the latest version, so I don't know if any of these changes could have caused a problem.

  After several searches on this, I learned that Apple has redesigned the El Capitan USB stack which caused downloaders of various products from Adobe to stop working, and patches have not yet been delivered.   The initial problem was no audio sound on CD.  The computer had other system sounds.  I uninstalled the Realtek drivers and downloaded from the website computer and reinstalled.  Still the same problem. I tried to adjust the volume control and clicked the speaker at the bottom on the right bar.  I got a message saying there is no mixer device and the small speaker disappeared and reappeared even after several reboots.  There is also an error "no audio device".

  The data is not "hostage." Pull the disk and put it in a box disc or it slave to a working computer and retrieve the data. If you don't have an additional computer you will need to borrow a friend or with the machine at a tech. You can also try the o with a Linux Live CD boot. I like Knoppix, but there are others. This has two advantages: 1) if the system works, you can back up all the data that missed your last backup; and (2) with the machine running Linux allows to determine whether the problems are caused by software or hardware. If the machine is unbearably slow and/or Linux cannot run correctly, you know that the hardware is at fault. If the machine behaves perfectly under Linux, you know that the software (Windows) is at fault.

  Whatever you do, do not install Windows without test material. If the hardware is at fault, software solutions like reinstalling Windows will be unnecessary. MS - MVP - Elephant Boy computers - don't panic!

• Button 'Back' on the Windows Media Center remote is not recognized by Windows 7

  I am currently using the Windows 7 RC.  I have been for awhile now.  Recently, while trying to use the Hulu app, I noticed that the 'back button ' on my Windows Media Center Remote no longer worked to switch from the full video on the menu.  I contacted the support of Hulu and they guided me to an online tool that shows the output of a button on the remote control.  All other keys work fine, but the 'Back' button doesn't produce any output.  This means that Windows itself is not recognize the key.

  The button works in Windows Media Center, itself, but it does not work when I am in Windows.  It worked fine for the last few months and I had not used for about a month (and reinstalled the RC) and now it no longer works.

  The receiver displays in the form of "eHome Infrared Receiver" Device Manager and when I try to update the drivers it says I have the latest version.  Something seems to be wrong with either the driver or there is a problem in Windows 7 itself which is the cause of not recognizing this key more.

  Well, I tried using the key on the keyboard and which worked to switch between menus.  I accidentally hit the ESC key on the keyboard, which worked to switch between the menu and the video as well.  Out of curosity, I tried a few other buttons on the remote control then and the 'Clear' button, which is down by the pad on the remote works!
