I need to reset the card on his, on my pc. My HDMI has no sound. Could someone show me how.

I don't get sound in my headphones.

Were there no noise at all, (speakers, earplugs, headphones, etc.) after upgrade to Windows 10?

Did you do an upgrade installation or a clean installation of Windows 10?

Did you update or reinstall all your drivers after the upgrade or install?

If there is no sound after installation Windows 10, was another installed software that could interfere with this?

If you haven't already done so, you can try to use the HP Support Assistant.
