  I use 7 HR to develop versions online and print the user guide. There are several tables of contents for this project (the tables are specific to the user). When I generate the project for my chosen table of content, and I find the results, the index numbers do not show the right page. Example: number of units... 106; number of units is actually on page 112.

  Is there a trick to make it display correctly?

  I just downloaded a book and its showing only the first page of a large number of chapters.   I understand that you have a 8600 Officejet you wish to turn on the image for the fax confirmation report. I'd be happy to help you with this.

  I must say though, it was frisk me throughout this menu from the printer! What you need to do is:

  1. Press (right arrow) and then press Setup.

  2. press on the Fax Menu (can say Fax Setup)
  3. press on the reports of fax and then touch Fax of Confirmation.
  4. tap on (fax) or we (send and receive).
  5. press on the Fax Confirmation with the image.

  Then when you get a Fax Confirmation it should the page it should have this small image of the first page.

  I have a table, SUPPLIERS, whose primary key is ACCOUNT_CODE, and an INVOICES table, which has a column also called ACCOUNT_CODE, and of course the idea is ACCOUNT_CODE can be used to join the two tables.

  Hi Nick,
  If I understand your question then for the report of the Bills on the second page. do the SQL code for the report of something like:
  Select * from invoices where Account_Code =: P2_Form_Item_Containing_Account_Code_From_Suppliers.

  If you do not have this code of behalf of the providers already in the form, you could do a hidden and protected field that contains the account_code of this provider. I hope this helps.

• presentation is not showing is not the projector

  I am a teacher. I use keynote to give the notes/lecture to my students. Today, after having finished class I escaped to my presentation and made preparations to restart. When I hit 'play', the presenter appeared on my MacBook Pro retina (as it does in general) and had no problems coming on my iPad. but he kept on my projector showing my office. I escaped and tried again, same thing. I unplugged my thunderbolt port projector cable then rep notched in: same result. I have mirrored display of the mbp and projector. Came on the MBP and not the projector. I tried to leave the program, which took time. When I re-opened, the main screen has become transparent. I then leave off of it and restarted the computer. This solves the problem, but after my next presentation, it's the same thing. I ran a scan of disk utility, and it says everything is fine. I am running the latest version of El Cap, in fact I've just updated last night. Could the update be the cause? Also, while this was happening, I was unable to restart or shut down the computer. I had to make a hard stop down by pressing the power button and hold. Ideas?

  I am currently in the middle of building a site of fluid layout to Muse a typekit (Futura PT) font and until today, in Muse preview mode showed the site because I've been designing.

  I think that's the entire problem (a cell value) block. The BR cannot open the block automatically. In BR sorce usually used a command Set Createnonmissngblk before calculating the value.
