I was able to update Firefox for Windows 8 version 19.0.1.4805, I was doing some work in Windows 7, but Firefox did not update (it is said its updated). I was wondering if there was a problem or if I received a copy of false from an unknown source (I noticed also Firefox is always version 19 your download Web site).   I got to tools > Add-ons, search for updates. It says 'Java (TM) Platform SE 7 U9' and "Java Deployment Toolkit 7.0.90.5" as obsolete.

  I am the part update and download updates. But, when I check it again, Firefox tells me that they are still not updated.

  I remove all the Java Control Panel and check with 'Hijack this' and ccleaner, reboot the computer, and then do the Java download again on the Java site connected by Mozella firefox links updated. I do all the updates process.

  After I check again when the update control module, it still shows both the Java above as always be exceeded.

  So, when I came to Firefox, I was able to upgrade to the latest version by clicking on 'Firefox' scroll down on the left upper corner of the screen, then clicking on 'Help' and then clicking on "about Firefox".

  Since the 14.0 update something, my Firefox update not mentioned above no longer work. For example, after I click on "Firefox on ' update, the pop up says:

  So, I click on restart to update, but it did NOT update or whatever it is. Therefore, I have to manually keep downloading the new version by going to the Mozilla Firefox site and then download the client, etc., which is annoying.

  Also, once I update my Mozilla Firefox manually downloading the site again once, it does NOT solve the update feature mentioned earlier.

  So my question is: anyone know why this feature to update mentioned above does not work for me more?

  I found by accident, it's all about the improper setting of the path cache.
  The path of the cache has been on the H drive, but the ramdisk changed on the F drive while there is no blade H more.
