    Hello

If you receive a 1935 error when you try to install the software, the Windows file system transaction log is corrupted. The transaction log is used by the Windows file system to recover when a file error occurs. It can also occur if an error occurs with the installation of .NET Framework.

Step 1: To correct this install error, you must clear the log.

    a. open an administrator command prompt: click Start, click principally made programs, click Accessories, and right-click on command prompt. Select "Run as Administrator", then click on 'Allow' for the elevation prompt.

    b. in the command prompt, type the following command:

    true fsutil resource setautoreset C:\

    c. which assumes that C: is the drive where Vista is installed. If it is installed on another drive as D:, please change the appropriate drive letter.

    d. restart the system.

    e. install the software and check.

  • Cannot install C++ due to the Error 1935

    Hello

Yesterday, I downloaded the plugin to use in a recording program I've used for years, running the 32-bit version (a 64-bit version is available).  When you install the plugin from the trial, I got a message later, that I didn't write down, indicating that the installation was not successful.  I don't remember how the trail search online lead me to think, it was a problem with Microsoft Visual C++, but that's where I found myself.  To attempt to reinstall C++, I continually get error 1935.  I cleaned the registry, I "fixed" the framework, I made sure the service associated with the facilities of confidence is running, and yet I can't find any way to get x 64 C++ to install.  So, I uninstalled all instances of it and rebooted.  I can get x 86 to install, but that's all.  Because I deleted the previous instances of the c ++, my application will not open (citing that this mfc110u.dll is missing), and I am only a few weeks a deadline for a project that I had to have put together.  Apparently, the x 86 plugin does not cover x 32 and x 64 bit programs?

I'm running a gateway DX4860 with 6 GB of RAM, 3.30 ghz, 64-bit and Windows 7 Service pack 1.  Unfortunately, I never got a Windows 7 disc with my computer and said just back upwards frequently.  I don't have any system, restore points I just record my music projects backed up on an external drive.

I would be extremely grateful to all those who are likely to help him.

    Thank you

Andrew, thanks for your response. I tried all that. What happened... I was looking for solutions, I started having problems with my FireFox browser, then my IE browser. Then I noticed other problems of stability. Not sure what caused it, but I decided to just go ahead and restore my Win 7 in original factory condition and X 5 installed without a hitch. NET 4 doesn't load until after installation, so I don't know if it's causing problems, or if it was just my whole system. I think that a program back - up my data online in real time could be the cause of stability issues. In any case, five hours later, I got this job, and I don't think it was a problem of Corel.

Once again, thank you. Offer good advice!

  • Error 1935. error during the installation of Assembly--how to fix?

    Hello

Recently, I lost my laptop (a Lenovo X201t Win Ultimate running any Bluetooth capabilities (64-bit).) The problem started when Windows Update offered me an option "Bluetooth with Enhanced Data rate software II v6.2.1.3100 (7ZBV19WW)" upgrade. This update of first removed the existing Bluetooth SW and then started to install the new version. Towards the end of the installation (i.e. when the progress bar has reached almost 100%) all of a sudden the next popup appeared:

    -----------------------------------------------
Error 1935.An error occurred during the installation of assembly 'policy.8.0.Microsoft.VC80.ATL, type = 'win32-policy', version = '8.0.50727.42", publicKeyToken ="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b", processorArchitecture ="amd64"'.

    See Help and Support for more information. HRESULT: 0X800736FD. assembly interface: returned IAssemblyCacheItem, function: commit, component: {51B6FD4C-6551-1104-A01F-C8B3B9A1E18E}
    -----------------------------------------------

I googled around fragments of the above error message, but appearently it signals a significant problem. Some discussions I've found comes to the conclusion, that some registry entries do not have the correct permissions, in most of the other discussion gave, had something that was wrong with the subsystem that some libraries .NET and .NET (most listed some "MS Visual C++ 200 x Redistributable" as guilty) were opposed or had been corupted or put in an inconsistent state.

I tried various tips in these discussions, but nothing has worked so far, so I ask here:

    • What really does this error mean?
    • Can we deduct sort of info in the above message, what to do or where to look for?
    • How can I locate or identify the library or component (or other) that is the cause, so that I can try it in- or reinstall first we hope to solve this problem?

I really need my bluetooth capability! I use it regularly to synchronize with my cell phone and listen to music and I can't wait these two functions no longer work!

    Michael

PS. : in case this requires some "open heart surgery" on the system: I'm comfortable with all kinds of windows of Mgmt. Tools, edit the registry, etc etc - so no problem! I also took a recent disk image (alas, taken only after the error appeared), so still some changes difficult to solve this problem would be fine with me...

    Hello

If you receive a 1935 error when you try to install the software, the Windows file system transaction log is corrupted. The transaction log is used by the Windows file system to recover when a file error occurs. It can also occur if an error occurs with the installation of .net Framework.

Step 1: To correct this install error, you must clear the log.

    a. open an administrator command prompt: right click on start > all programs > Accessories > command prompt and select "run as administrator" and click "allow" for the elevation prompt

    b. in the command prompt, type the following command:

    true fsutil resource setautoreset C:\

    c. which assumes that C: is the drive where Windows 7 is installed. If it is installed on another drive as D: Please change the appropriate drive letter.

    d. restart the system.

    e. install the software and check.

Step 2: Start the Trustedinstaller Service. It is possible that the Trustedinstaller service do not appear in the service list. If you must change the registry value to 'active' in the system registry.

    To do this, you must:

    a. type "regedit" without the quotation marks in the start search box.

    b. in the Registry Editor window, navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SYSTEM > CurrentControlSet > control.

    c. in the "Registry Editor" dialog box, double-click on 'RegistrySizeLimit'. This opens the "Edit DWORD value"dialog box.

    d. in dialog box "Edit DWORD value", enter ffffffff as the 'hexadecimal " value." Click on the "Decimal" radio button and enter 4294967295 value 'Decimal' . Click OK.

    e. restart the computer.

    f. log as long as administrator, open an command prompt and type SFC/scannow.

Once the process is complete, reinstall the program that challenges you to install.

Important:  This section, method, or task contains steps that tell you how to modify the registry. However, serious problems can occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you proceed with caution. For added protection, back up the registry before you edit it. Then you can restore the registry if a problem occurs. For more information about how to back up and restore the registry, click the following link:

Step 3: Repair of .net framework and check.

Repair the installation of Microsoft .NET Framework

To do this, follow these steps:

    a. Click Start, click Control Panel and then click on Add / Remove programs.

    b. in the list currently installed programs, click Microsoft .NET Framework and then click Change/Remove.

    c. click on repair, and then click Next.
