  I understand that you need help to reset the administrator password on your HP Photosmart 7520 e-all-in-one printer. I want to help you with this today.

  I will send you a private Message with instructions on how to perform a programming of semi full reset your printer. By making this discount to zero all settings will be restored to their default state of box factory off. It is the only way to restore the password for administrator on this printer model.

  Once you perform the steps to reset that I'm deprived of e-mail you, please post the result of zeroing in this thread and not in our Message private.

  I have a HP Envy 120. I try to connect to the HP Envy 120 page which I think is either associated with HP Connect or the integrated Web server. The page displays the tabs Scan/Home/Web Services/Network/Tools/Settings. I'm trying to change the settings for scanning this page, but the security system asks to connect you. I don't remember putting in place of a name or a password, if I can find a password on the printer itself.  Even if it's the password to use it always leaves me with the question of the name.

  Thanks for providing this information in the @morrig47PM.

  Web services must be enabled to be able to scan to E-mail from the integrated Web server with this model. Here is a document with more information: how Scan: from the control panel.

  Given that the reset of the printer is not clear out it Admin password for the built-in Web server, which would indicate a hardware problem with the printer.

  I'd run the scan to Email on the right of the control panel of the printer. It is more convenient to use the option analysis of the Web.

  Press Menu scanning.

  Messaging.

  If the printer is still under warranty, call to inquire about a replacement unit. You can contact the HP Customer Service.

  Whether you are able to remove the power on password, you must remove the back cover, and then remove the metal cover that protects the motherboard and remove the jumper located near the memory modules.

  Then try to turn on the system and see if that solved your problem.

  I hope someone can help me with my problem.

  I created an account of HP ePrint for my all-in-one HP Envy 120 printer and then changed the address of e-mail to something which I could easily remember.  So far so good.  However, as this printer could not copy or scan, I replaced it with another printer with the same details of the model.

  Then, I went on my HP ePrint account and deleted my original details of ist printer (as he has been appearing as offline and not connected) and added my new printer via the tab to add devices.

  The problem is, I want now to change this e-mail to my original email (easy to remember) address address but when I click on the option change Email, it is grayed out and cannot be changed.

  A specific ePrint address cannot be assigned to different devices... Your previous address can not be used on your new printer.

  You will need to select an email address unique for your new printer - sorry.

• Want to 120 all-in-One - can't get color print?

  Working with a device like 120 all-in-One using Mac OS 10.9.  Whenever I try to print, the paper is still in black and white.  I guess I have some defect on but can't find it to correct.

  It happened when we bought first the HP device, running an earlier version of Mac OS.  Just downloaded the driver for Maverick, and I thought that would fix the problem - she didn't.

  I understand that you don't get any color on your impressions using the Mavericks OS X do you uninstall the previous software before using the Maverick update software? I would like you to take a look at OS X Mavericks v10.9: installing and using the printer on a Mac.

  If you did all the steps listed in this document and the color is always outside, please look at the suggestions on the Forums of Support from Apple. It seems that installation of the Gutenprint driver corrects the color on the issue.
