  Adobe has not yet been able to offer suggestions of what-so-ever, aside from telling me that it is there no real person for this product customer support and that I should try this forum. I hope that, apart from the many people with the same problem, there may be even one person out there with a solution!

  I bought the Publisher of 12 elements in March 2015 on the Apple App Store. Apple has confirmed that there is absolutely nothing wrong with my Mac. He has had problems since bought and installed on Yosemite, now the new O.S. El Capitan is installed, and 12 elements editor now refuses to open at all.

  My opinion is that if Adobe and Apple do not provide professional support for the products they sell to us, then they should say at the outset that there is no support for these products. This is not the first time that I was sold an adobe product that doesn't have any product support, product durability or reliability of product.

  As you have the version of the App Store, you will need to re - install. Your download should always be available in the Mac App Store under "purchases".

  Apple has had problems with security certificate expired affecting all applications downloaded from the Mac App Store. Here's a solution that worked. Give it a try by following each step:

  I had the same problem on the Mavericks and your suggestion worked for me.  FYI, I deleted the items, empty trash, disconnected from the App Store, restarted the computer, signed in to the App Store, then downloaded items.  I use OS x 10.9.5 and 11 elements.  Hope this helps!

• First 12 items editor does not start

  When I try to start the first 12 items, the editor will not start, even if the Organizer works very well.  It was purchased along with 12 elements of Photoshop, which also works fine.  I used the first of 12 items to edit a video a week and half ago and everything worked perfectly.

  I uninstalled and reinstalled first 12 elements, updated the names of folders SLCache and SLStore (as suggested in a different thread) and update the compatibility with 'run as administrator '.  Now, when I run the program and click on "Editor", he claims that I am not connected to the internet (I), or that the time on my computer is set incorrectly (it isn't).

  I'm not terribly tech savvy, so would appreciate the simplest possible solution to this problem, because I have a video work that needs doing.

  I had 12 installed items on my mac for the last 10 months without problem. Recently went for 2 weeks, and upon returning found I can't open the program. When I try to open items with a picture that I get the message, elements editor had to close unexpectedly, please try to reopen. It's just the elements icon bouncing on the icon bar, but nothing else. Nada, zilch. I trust this program. Help

  Aftr slept for the last 4 days trying to get the photo int Adobe Revel, I slightly dropped.  All I want to do now is use the PES editor and edit a few photos.  I can't find.  Only the Organizer seems to work / ideas?

  I don't know if I sent you this already, but its our FAQ for "How to download photos from Revel" http://forums.adobe.com/message/5114160#5114160

  There are some screenshots to show you how to download images from Revel of 11 items. You select your images in the organizer of items and select file > export to Revel. Then, you will be asked to login to your account to Revel. Sign in with your Adobe ID to download the images.

  Press in and hold the three keys Cmd + Alt + Shift and then launch the editor of PES. Keep the three keys down for a few seconds, then release. Are you able to delete settings? If so, click Yes.

  perfectly able to run this software.

  Whenever I try to launch the Organizer, I get the following message. The items editor works very well, I can't launch Organizer.

  When I try to open an existing project in the ss12 item editor, a new project is opened instead. If I try to close the new project, it freezes and must be closed by force.

  My son is there to help me. We have run as an administrator. Properties of the system have been adjusted for best performance. We are now looking for baddrivers.text files. Only, we found that and deleted. It is always slow to open and slow to close, but we are making progress.

  I recently started using Lightroom 5 and thus my organizer of 9 elements and its catalog are now superfluous. I leave it as how or can I remove Organizer or catalog or both? I prefer to get rid of them, but, of course, want to keep the item editor.

  You just create a void, or go to the Help menu > information system and you can find where your actual catalog is stored. Make a note of the path and stop Organizer you can delete in Windows Explorer or the Mac Finder. But it does really not much difference one way or the other if we let him.

  I have a MacBook Pro, which came with iPhoto. While I'll learn and using the excellent tools of the item editor, I think its a little binding Organizer. I wonder if it would work if I use editor for photo editing elements and iPhoto for photo management, for example, store and file pictures. I don't know if it's too complicated.

  Any thoughts on the issue?
