1900ACS DDNS for FTP

I have DDNS works well (No - IP) and the server FTP to the top and go with a disc external hard that I access remote, but is it possible to get the DDNS to point to the FTP server? No - IP allows only IPv4 addresses and as far as I know, the FTP server doesn't have a local IP address that I can send to the port at, and the installation screen will let me send port 21 to 192.168.1.1. Ideas? I want to just FTP access control remotely without having to memorize the FTP address. OpenWRT that solve?

See you soon.

Never mind y ' All, I am a fool. If you go to ftp: / /(your-ddns-address), it works fine without having to transfer all ports. DPEP.

  • How to remove or reset stored passwords for FTP site to Windows Explorer (Win XP)

    In fact I use Windows XP but I couldn't find a forum for this more.

    I have an FTP site, that I need to access regularly and his user name and password was stored for Windows Explorer could open it without asking for confirmation.  The user name & password have changed.  I deleted all the entries in my neighborhood network for the FTP site.  Still, he connects with the former name of user and password (UN/pw).  Access to this account is paralyzed, so I can't use it, but it get connected and so I know that he uses this UN/pw.  I tried to use the URL: ftp://user: * e-mail address is removed from the privacy * and it always goes back to the old UN/pw.  I don't want to delete all passwords that will allow 'Internet Options'.  How to clear it?

    Hi Kev,

    I had the same problem but with Win 7.  I got mine to work by looking for the FTP site in the registry and delete it.

    Run regedit

    Searched using EDIT , FIND , ftp.whatever.com , clicking SEARCH the NEXT

    (Found in HKEY_CURRENT_USER, Software, Microsoft, FTP accounts )

    Right click on the site FTP send me problems (ftp.whatever.com) and deleted.

    Closed regedit.

    Pulled up to Windows Explorer: problem solved.

    You might want to give that a try.

  • Generation of a binary file on the fly for FTP

    I have a requirement (don't we all?)

    I need to pick up a record of fixed length from a FTP server, convert it to a defined XML representation and then place the file within a XML archive .zip and store the results on a second client FTP server pick up.

    Everything is going well except that my results are not an archive valid .zip.

    I wrote a function defined by the user to manage zipping them upward and have indicated below. I think I'm a bad handling something in the final stages of this process because what is written is not valid.

    Anyone tried something like this with success?

    package com.f17.customfunction;

    import java.io.*;
    import java.util.zip.ZipEntry;
    import java.util.zip.ZipOutputStream;
    import java.io.ByteArrayOutputStream;

    import oracle.fabric.common.xml.xpath.IXPathContext;
    import oracle.fabric.common.xml.xpath.IXPathFunction;
    import oracle.fabric.common.xml.xpath.XPathFunctionException;
    import oracle.xml.parser.v2.XMLDocument;
    import oracle.xml.parser.v2.XMLDocumentFragment;

    public class zipFile implements IXPathFunction {
        public zipFile() {
            super();
        }

        public Object call(IXPathContext iXPathContext,
                           List<?> list) throws XPathFunctionException {
            String contentS;
            String fileName;
            contentS = (String) list.get(0);
            fileName = (String) list.get(1);
            try {
                ByteArrayOutputStream bout = new ByteArrayOutputStream();
                ZipOutputStream zipOutputStream = new ZipOutputStream(bout);
                ZipEntry zipEntry = new ZipEntry(fileName);
                zipOutputStream.putNextEntry(zipEntry);
                ByteArrayInputStream InputStream = new ByteArrayInputStream(contentS.getBytes());
                byte[] buf = new byte[1024];
                int bytesRead;
                while ((bytesRead = InputStream.read(buf)) > 0) {
                        bout.write(buf, 0, bytesRead);
                }
                byte[] binData = bout.toByteArray();
                String outPut;
                outPut = javax.xml.bind.DatatypeConverter.printHexBinary(binData);
                XMLDocument doc = new XMLDocument();
                XMLDocumentFragment docOut = (XMLDocumentFragment)doc.createDocumentFragment();
                docOut.addText("<compressedFile>" + outPut + "</compressedFile>");
                zipOutputStream.closeEntry();
                zipOutputStream.close();
                bout.close();
                return docOut;
            } catch (Exception e) {
                System.out.println(e);
            }
            return null;
        }
    }

    You must close the input zip, flush and close the ZipOutputStream, ByteArrayOutputStream before read you. In addition, the buffer must be written on ZipOutputStream and not ByteArrayOutputStream. Try:

    package com.f17.customfunction;

    import java. IO;

    import java.util.zip.ZipEntry;

    java.util.zip.ZipOutputStream import;

    import java.io.ByteArrayOutputStream.

    Import oracle.xml.parser.v2.XMLDocumentFragment;

    public class zipFile implements {IXPathFunction}

    Super();

    }

    public call for the object (IXPathContext, iXPathContext,

    The list list) get {XPathFunctionException}

    The contents of the string;

    String fileName;

    Content = (String) list.get (0);

    fileName (String) = list.get (1);

    try {}

    ByteArrayOutputStream combat = new ByteArrayOutputStream();

    ZipOutputStream zipOutputStream = new ZipOutputStream (end);

    ZipEntry zipEntry = new ZipEntry (fileName);

    zipOutputStream.putNextEntry (zipEntry);

    ByteArrayInputStream InputStream = new ByteArrayInputStream (contentS.getBytes ());

    Byte [] buf = new byte [1024];

    int bytesRead;

    While ((bytesRead = InputStream.read (buf)) > 0) {}

    .write zipOutputStream(buf, 0, bytesRead);

    }

    zipOutputStream.closeEntry ();

    zipOutputStream.flush ();

    zipOutputStream.close ();

    Tip. Flush();

    Tip. Close();

    Byte [] binData = bout.toByteArray ();

    Output string;

    Output = javax.xml.bind.DatatypeConverter.printHexBinary (binData);

    XMLDocument doc = new XMLDocument();

    XMLDocumentFragment docOut = (XMLDocumentFragment) doc.createDocumentFragment ();

    docOut.addText ("" + output + "");

    I am using GoLive 8.0.1 on Mac.  I don't use it much, so I'm a little rusty.  I have always used to write and manage only a single site and access ftp as a single site.

    Recently, I changed the password to the ftp site, and of course GoLive cannot access this ftp site now.  But I forgot entry points or to change the password in GoLive, so it can access the ftp site.

  • By specifying the file name for FTP out OSB transport

    I want OSB based service that will send via FTP a file with a specific name to a remote ftp location.
    It seems that OSB cannot do this because the FTP transport on a business service only allows you to specify the prefix and the suffix, and then generates a file name long great for midlle parties.

    Anyone know how to replace it and specify the name you want to call remote file name?

    mdsrobbins wrote:
    Your answer was useful, but being new OSB I'm not yet quite there because I want to spend a "variable" in the name of the file. Now I want a CSV file, I've specified a service proxy in a format MFL behind a jms messaging ftp queue. Business service underlying it is the ftp using the MFL format service. This works all I in the message flow to the proxy I can't have access to a user defined property that contains the name of the file that I could then pull and stuff it into the header 'Filename' as suggested above.

    DOE, anyone got any ideas how I can get access to a property of a JMS message file name?

    What I understand
    JMSQ - JMS PRoxy (MFL) - Pipeline---> BS (MFL/FTP) - FTP server

    If you want to set the file name contained custom JMS message headers? When creating your Proxy JMS you must follow these steps
    (1) for the creation of Proxy JMS in the transportation Configuration page select get all the headers = Yes
    (2) if the name of the file is set as defined by the JMS message property user then use $Header in your pipeline/message flow. This variable can contain your user-defined properties. If the user sets the property is part of the JMS message and then use $body.

  • How to create a model to look for an ftp location loading flat files

    Hello world

    My requirement is - I need my model to a ftp location where our files food source are kept and loading every day. Right now my model ODI resembles my odi home default load my files. Can anyone suggest how this is possible. And also how can I customize the loading of flat file in the package (my flat file has a name that has the date of days on that (0628xxx.txt for today and tomorrow 0629xxx.txt).) How can I tell odi to search for files in my parcel today and tomorrow.

    Badin

    Babu,

    The default port for ftp is 21. What is your port?
    You can specify the name of the port next to the server name as in "servername.company.com:27" assuming that your ftp is running on port 27

    You use local or remote agent. It will also make a difference, because maybe remote agent cannot see this IP.
    Another point to consider is that your ftp could be a secure ftp, in this case, you need to use another tool - odiSFtpGet

    Try using the ftp commands in the command prompt Windows.

    Get the means to get the files from the FTP server.
    Put the means you want to place the files on the FTP server.

  • HPDM: HPDM replace self signed SSL certificates for server HDPM and master repository

    I am trying to replace the automatically generated self-signed certificates (issued to DM) issued by DM server HDPM and master repository.  I'm NOT arbitration FTPS, HTTPS embedded HPDM or CERT Thin Client Agent server.

    I already have CERT for the installation of our own internal domain CA for FTPS in IIS and the built-in Apache HTTPS server.  These work properly and pass tests of repository for both protocols.  I also have questions for Thin Clients of our internal CA very well.

    I am interested in the HPDM real server cert and cert master repository. These are generated automatically when the two services start.  They use a very weak MD5 hash and key RSA 1024.  I can't find any documentation around that, with the exception of troubleshooting, in which you can remove these certificates restart services and they will be regenerated.

    Here are the paths certs\key
    HPDM % install Path%\MasterRepositoryController\Controller.crt (Cert repository)

    HPDM % install Path%\MasterRepositoryController\Controller.key (repository key)

    HPDM % install Path%\MasterRepositoryController\Client.crt (HPDM Server Cert)

    HPDM % install Path%\Server\Bin\hpdmskey.keystore (Both HPDM server and repository Certs and keys) (not sure what format it is in.  It is not PEM and P12 ok I can say)

    There are also some HPDM % install Path%\Server\bin\hpdmcert.key.  Don't know what it is.  It's the key to the server HPDM but deleting it does nothing and it is never re auto generated in one of my tests.

    I am able to replace the Controller.crt and keys with my own files CA internal those emitted very well.  The service started and no errors occur.  However if I replace the Client.cert (HPDM Server Cert) with my own service will start but there are Socket SSL errors in repository logs and the HPDM server could not connect to the master repository. I have no idea where the key file is supposed to be for HPDM Server Cert.

    Can anyone help with this?  I can't find the configuration files for the service to generate their own certificates.  If I did I would try at least to change the config to do not use MD5.

    These certiricates between HPDM server and MRC are not designed for customizable. Please submite one scenario if you have concerns of security on it.

    Just for info:

    hpdmcert. Key is for communication between the server HPDM and gateway HPDM

    hpdmskey.keystore is for communication between the server HPDM and MRC

    server_keystore is for the commhucation between HPDM server and the Console HPDM

    Hello

    I'm trying to configure the MR for FTPS (ftp with ssl). When I test the connection in the repository editor he fails to connect with the current FTP connection. The shared connection is successful.

    I can successfully connect with the Filezilla client for the FTP site.

    The Filezilla give a warning of a certificate not signed, when I click ok it is properly connected.

    Configuration information:

    Site - FTP is hosted on hpdm (2012 R2 server) with IIS server.

    Can someone tell me how to configure the repository Editor to connect to the ftp site?

    Kind regards

    Never mind.

    I found a white paper of the connection to configure FTPS

    HPDM wants you to use port 990 for ftps and not 21.
