  You took your pictures as Live Photos (it is enabled by default), which combine a photo with a short video of the moments just before and just after that photo was taken, with audio included.

  Versions of Firefox 3.6 + have a feature to allow the user to hide the Menu bar.

  Welcome to the HP Forum.

  I think you need to refer to the Solution Center printer software and not your control panel.

  Your Solution Center shortcut is perhaps missing - or there may be a deeper problem with your printer software.

  The easiest option would be to reinstall the full features software for your printer and see if that solves all problems at the same time.

  In most cases, for most printers, the solution center was replaced by the Printer Wizard shortcut.  It is just a new program that performs on the same things as the Solution Center.  Some people like better.  The interface is a bit different - many features are the same. for example, your analysis and ink verify functionality will be available.

  Do you have update installed?

  You can check the number of KB if the update in the update history:

  a. click Start, click all programsand then click Windows Update or Microsoft Update.

  b. on the Windows Update Web site or on the Microsoft Update Web site, click view update history.

  Method 1: Download and install the latest Microsoft XML Core Services

  Some games will include MSXML 4.0 on CD or DVD installation disk. However, the download of the latest version of Microsoft XML Core Services is the best solution. To get the latest version, follow these steps:

  a. visit the following Microsoft Web site:

  c. on the desktop, right-click the Msxml4 file and then extract new files on the desktop.

  Step 2: Save files

  To save the files, follow these steps:

  ·         Did you do changes on the computer before the show?

  I'll help you with this problem. I suggest you follow these methods.

  Method 1: Follow these steps:

  (a) key Ctrl + Alt + Delete on the keyboard at the same time.

  (b) click on Task Manager, files, a new task.

  (c) type explorer.exe and press OK.

  Method 2: As it appears in the taskbar in safe mode, perform a clean boot to see if there is a software conflict as the clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

  Note: After completing the steps in the clean boot troubleshooting, follow the article How do I reset the computer to start as usual after a clean boot troubleshooting section to start the computer to a Normal startupmode.
