200 MB ISP service with port 100 mb TZ100

So, I have confirmed that my ISP gives me 200 MB service taking the TZ100 out of the loop and test. Here's my question:

Since the TZ100 port 100 mb, would there be gains speed to use my bandwidth for my ISP by dividing my network in 2 different LANs? For example, LAN (192.168.0.x)--> switch--> cameras 1 and 2 LAN (192.168.1.x)--> switch--> computers.

This would help to speed I see on computers?

Thank you
Jay

JENBO1:

Unfortunately not. The X 1 port on the sonicwall only supports the connection of 100 Mbps speed. If you want to use the increased bandwidth provided by your ISP, you would need a sonicwall with land of gigabit, and wan ports.

You can pick up enough inexpensive TZ210 off ebay which have a gigabit lan and wan ethernet ports. If you have a gigabit switch then you would be that plug directly into the lan port tz210 0 x. I hope this helps.

    Hi all

    My apologies if this is a trivial question, but I spent considerable time trying to search and had no luck.

    I encountered a problem trying to set up a temporary L2L VPN from a Subscriber with CISCO2911 sitting behind the router of the ISP of an ASA. ISP has informed that I can't ignore their device and complete the circuit Internet on the Cisco for a reason, so I'm stuck with it. The Setup is:

    company 10.1.17.1 - y.y.y.y - router Internet - z.z.z.z - ISP - LAN - 10.x.x.2 - XXX1 - ASA - 10.1.17.2 - CISCO2911 - 10.1.15.1 LAN

    where 10.x.x.x is a corporate LAN Beach private network, y.y.y.y is a public ip address assigned to the external interface of the ASA and the z.z.z.z is the public IP address of the ISP router.

    I have forwarded ports 500, 4500 and ESP on the ISP router for 10.1.17.2. The 2911 config attached below, what I can't understand is what peer IP address to configure on the SAA, because if I use z.z.z.z it will be a cause of incompatibility of identity 2911 identifies himself as 10.1.17.2...

  • HowTo: Define and provide a personalized service with disjoint / port range.

    I have a rv180 and I'm trying to implement a custom service that contains multiple ports two disjoint (some UDP some TCP), as well as a range of TCP ports. This has lead me to a few questions.

    (1) is it still possible to have a unique personalized service with disjoint ports? He'll just have to set several partial service for this?

    (2) is it possible to forward a port range? How to define a service with a range of ports, it is clear, but port forwarding interface table only allows me to select a LAN port side for any service. Is there a secret notation that I do here which will be just forward to the same port LAN side as port WAN-side - NAT effectively a transfer, but just for the selected service?

    Thank you

    Luke

    Hi Luke,.

    (1) Unfortunately, it seems that you have to implement services customized for each set of disjoint ports and then create rules of transfer for each custom port.

    (2) I'm not 100% sure that I follow your question, but I think I got the essential. Port forwarding will forward traffic on the specific port (service) of your wan IP public designated private IP (destination IP) address. You can restrict the access of calendar or IP ('source to users' - by the host or the beach). Because looks like you have several customized services, you must create a configuration for each service of port forwarding.

    I hope this helps.

    David

  • Problem with Port Forwarding (When PPTP is upward) in the WRT-160N

    Hello world!

    I'm looking for more help with Port Forwarding in my new Linksys router. I bought the daysago afew router and was pretty surprised when I discovered that there is no DD - WRT firmware is installed in it (the router was 100% NEW when I bought it). I downloaded latest firmware original and flashed Linksys file successfully.

    But I still have the problem (even that I was on DD - WRT firmware too) with the port forwarding for my DC ++ and Vuze (app from torrents): I wrote port forward for ports 49151 (for Vuze) and 4000 (for DC ++) to pass on to my desktop computer (IP 192.168.1.201) - I saw a post on this forum, that there could be a problem If you transfer to an IP address, which is within the local area of DHCP, so I forwarded to IP.201 (my local DHCPzone is 192.168.1.100-. 149) But does not forwardind (())

    What's wrong?

    My configuration:

    Router IP: 192.168.1.1

    PPTP (I my ISP)

    IP address: 192.168.226.127

    Default gateway: 192.168.226.2

    DNS 1: 192.168.1.1

    2 & 3 DNS: 0.0.0.0

    The IP address of the PPTP server: 192.168.226.2

    User name: *.

    Password: *.

    DC 4000 4000 checked two 192.168.1.201

    As you mentioned in your post that your ISP has provided you with a PPTP connection with an IP address: 192.x.x.x. The IP address that is provided by your ISP is in a private beach, and if you try to transfer all the ports on your router, it will not work, as long as your ISP modem is blocking this port. If you need get a public IP address from your ISP.

    As you get Private IP of your ISP, if this connection is called as NAT behind NAT and your Modem behaves like a router.

    So now you have 2 options, get the public IP address from your ISP or change the type of connection.

  • Change the ISP service - Sonicwall TZ 105 W

    We change ISP service and get a new direct IP block.  None of my internal IP addresses change.  We organize our own Web site and e-mail.  Right now I've got round a T1 shared (with phones) and a DSL line to do load balancing.  My question is, it would be easier to do a factory reset and reconfigure from scratch or simply by changing the settings on the WAN interface IP and the public on the objects of my IP address would be easier?  Thanks in advance!

    Personally, I would do a Factory Reset to just save yourself any pain that might come from any left on configs since IP addresses and the previous rules.

    You could go and change everything if you want if you have a simple configuration. Remember for each policy NAT that there is an access rule.

  • Company that multiple instances cannot start with port set to 80

    I have three instances: main forum is for cfadmin site, then, two are my websites.

    cfusion-> site cfadmin - port http < white - > remote port 8014 - host localhost - cluster no

    cfusion2-> site 1 - port 80 - remote port 8012 http - host localhost - cluster no

    cfusion3-> 2 - port 8501 http site - remote port 8011 - host localhost - cluster no

    cfusion2 does not start and the instance Manager page refreshes just without message, and there is no log system or cf with errors. I use the Chrome browser, I gave up on Internet Explorer (event after adding the sites to the safe zone).

    I then configure the third-party site using WSCONFIG in the hope that it will use cfusion3 server but on the contrary it is selected automatically cfusion.

    I could really use some help here. Thanks in advance.

    Well, I received my case running and each with its own windows service. More I don't get the blank page of death, and I did not manually change the configuration files in order to make this work.

    When CF instances are created, it creates a copy of the file cfusion for himself. and so in itself, there's also a runtime/bin folder that contains the WSCONFIG tool. So rather than create a CF Connector for my IIS sites using the main cfusion WSCONFIG tool I had use every tool within each instance. Many of you probably already knew that.

    It was recommended by Anit Kumar to activate the embedded server so that port 8500 is busy before creating instances so that the newly created instances do not automatically pick up port 8500.

    Thanks to Alexis who helped every step of the way and that got my server correctly setup.

    For anyone doing a new installation on windows server, be sure to run the installer with administrator rights. In addition, make sure that your cf installation folder has the appropriate permissions. Initially, I gave everyone full control of my installation folder, then after its installation and work I started to follow the recommendations of Peter CF 11 Lockdown Guide permissions. follow http://www.Adobe.com/content/dam/Adobe/en/products/ColdFusion/PDFs/cf11/cf11-Lockdown-GUID

    Adobe CF, could you guys add some stuff and how simple instructions on the page instance in CF Administrator Manager? He must know that bodies have their own WSCONFIG tool and should be used for the planned sites. Also, I think that additional instances should start with port 8501, 8500 should be left alone for the integrated server option. This could avoid installation problems. Oooh, also if possible in the instance Manager add an action button that opens its own WSCONFIG tool. Action can be called "add a website".

    In fact, you have 2 Oracle Net services with the same instance.

    Reason for this is that you have:

    1 instance of static record with earphone ("status UNKNOWN") because of listener.ora next section:

    SID_LIST_LISTENER_ORCL =
      (SID_LIST =
        (SID_DESC =
          (SID_NAME = ORCL)
          (ORACLE_HOME = /oracle/ORCL/112_64)
        )
      )

    2 by default, dynamic record instance with earphone (status "READY") because most likely you have instance to the LOCAL_LISTENER parameter local listener on port 1535.

  • Having problems with ports USB 3.0 in computer option H8 - 1010 T

    Well, I bought the option USB 3.0 ports on top of the computer on the computer mentioned in the Thread object and I have problems with them.

    I tried plugging USB 2.0 devices in these two ports to "test" to see if they work, yet I am not able to get them to work with USB 2.0 devices. USB 2.0 is not compatible with USB 3.0 ports? Or I'm doing something other 'evil' here?

    Unfortunately, I do not have a USB 3.0 device to plug USB 3.0 ports to make sure that it is certainly a problem with ports still.

    The device in question I've tried in the USB 3.0 ports is a Microsoft Wireless Mouse 6000 wireless receiver. If the ports are not connected correctly, I would have assumed that the wireless receiver would have "blown" when I plugged it in, but it still works very well.

    USB 2.0 devices are not compatible with USB 3.0 ports? I know that USB 3.0 devices are backward compatible with USB 2.0 ports (I have a friend who is in this situation), but I also thought that the opposite was supposed to be true as well. Am I wrong?

  • Web services with customer LV

    A typical approach to web services to access the host (a cRIO incorporated, for example) by using a client running in a browser with JavaScript.  All those put in place a LabVIEW client that calls the web services on the host computer?  How this could be done?

    I have a cRIO with a RESTful web service work and I can access it with my browser.  It works very well.  Now, I want to access the same service using a LabVIEW client... Or I could write my own customer by BT if I new how to register the service with .NET, which I did not.  So, it's a fact that LV can be used to create a web service client.  I'm looking to better understand how it can be done.

    The native TCP VIs can perform HTTP requests and call the methods of Service Web LabVIEW (http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/epd/p/id/3153 or http://decibel.ni.com/content/docs/DOC-2230).  Using these screws, you can create a customer of LabVIEW.

    Alternatively, you can use an ActiveX control to the browser with the Navigate2 method to call Web Services:

    WSDL files are generally used for Web Services using the SOAP Protocol (Developer Zone Tutorial: LabVIEW using SOAP Web Services call).  I know that it is possible to do the same for a RESTful Web Service (LabVIEW deploy services RESTful web), but I don't have any information on how this is done with a simple Google search in addition, it seems that most of the other public forums has rejected the idea, because you just need to build an HTTP request to call a web method.

  • Push service with wifi

    HII,

    I'm a programmer and I have developed an application that receive the push. Problem:
    I can´t receive push with my application. I don't have plan data and from what I've seen in all the forums may not receive push. But why Blackberry Messenger, whatsapp, facebook works?
    I have only Wifi available.

    Thank you

    Push will work on all devices, Wifi, but for OS 7.1 you need a BlackBerry service with your carrier plan. Having this plan will push down the necessary maintenance book data so that your device can connect to the infrastructure of the Push. Similarly, social media like BBM on BBOS 7 services also use the service book for the data connection. They may work on wifi, once you have the data in the maintenance book. BBOS<= 7.1="" also="" allowed="" for="" a="" social="" media="" plan="" that="" pushed="" down="" social="" media="" (bbm/facebook/etc)="" service="" book="" data="" to="" enable="" those="" services,="" without="" pushing="" down="" a="" full="" data="" package.="" so="" it's="" entirely="" possible,="" even="" quite="" common,="" for="" someone="" to="" have="" access="" to="" bbm="" over="" cell="" and="" wifi,="" without="" having="" push="" or="" regular="" data="" connectivity="" available="" for="" other="">

    Hello community,

    After I uninstalled ampps (alternative to Xampp) and re installed, I get a message that port 80 is used by another application.

    What I've done so far was out of "MsDepSvc.exe" by spacing it epSvc.exe MsD.

    And what is the solution. How can I change the port for IIS?
