• BlackBerry Smartphones RIM Album Art Deamon Yosemite OSX crashes every few seconds.

  Since my upgrade to OSX (OSX v 10.10) Yosemite RIM Album Art Deamon chrashes. When I start first it takes about 2-3 minutes before the first crash, then when I dismiss the crash report, it is only a few seconds until the following appears.

  BBDM has been installed before the upgrade to Yosemite (it was initially installed on Snow Leopard, but the upgrade was Mavericksk (OSX 10.9))

  I uninstalled BBDM, restarted the computer and there is no crashes, but of course I can't save my torch or Playbook. So I re-uploaded BBDM and reinstalled, which required a reboot. After 2-3 minutes, an accident, then the same behavior as before.

  Any suggestion would be appreciated, as I have updated both my Mac to the latest version of the software. (BBDM is only installed on one).

  Yes, I should have said, if your Contacts are on your Mac as opposed to iCloud then BB link should find OK. Workaround was really to people using iCloud. In this case, the default profile and the profile of Apple are the only two entries in the address book of Contacts stored on your Mac.

  (1) to uninstall and reinstall CS 6

  (2) using different accounts including admin

  Troubleshooting 3) as following:

  ' a) Trash preferences (cmd-opt-shift-control keys for InDesign starting).

  Corrupt preferences (see above), or maybe the permissions on the folders that contain the preferences are such that InDesign cannot write correctly for them. (it sometimes happen).

  (b) by deleting sub folders: before you remove the sub directories/files, please make a backup (just to the trunk).  Exit design and try to delete the following files/directories (InDesign recreates them initially to the top):

  ~/Library/application support/Adobe/Adobe InDesign CS5.5

  InDesign ~/library/caches/Adobe

  ~/Library/Caches/com.Adobe.InDesign

  InDesign ~/Library/preferences/Adobe

  You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

• Wuauclt.exe continually displays message to crash every few seconds

  Windows XP Compaq, repeatedly gives the message that wuauclt.exe has experienced a problem and must close. I close it and it comes back in a few seconds. I stop the process, and it starts after a few seconds. I delete the file in the Windows\System32 folder, and it reappears after a few seconds. I searched on the PC and it is the only example of wuauclt.exe.

  1. What is the full error message that you receive?

  Wuauclt.exe is Windows Update AutoUpdate Client. It is a background process that verifies with the Microsoft Web site for updates to the operating system. It appears on the list of the Task Manager process when waiting for a response, as if to confirm permission to download an update.

  You will receive this error message if there are updates available on the computer that you do not install.

  I suggest that you check if a windows update is available for the computer and verify also there are updates failed and post back with the details.

  (a) click Start, click all programs, and then click Windows Update or Microsoft Update.

  (b) on the Windows Update Web site or the Microsoft Update Web site, click view update history. A window opens that displays the updates that have been installed or that have failed to install on the computer.

  (c) in the column State of this window, find the update failed to install, and then click the red X.

  If there are no failures of updates or updates available on the computer, then I suggest that you put the computer in a clean boot state and check if you receive the error message.

• Firefox still crashes about 10 seconds after starting

  I have an old iMac running 10.6.8. After I run Firefox, it crashes after 10 seconds (the beachball of death appears for a few seconds, and then it crashes).

  I tried the following:

  • Run utility disk to repair the disk (was Ok)
  • Disk utility to repair permissions of the drive running (fixed some of them, no of course Firefox related)
  • Remove Firefox app
  • And rename ~/Library/Application Support/Firefox ~/Library/Application Support/NotFirefox so it will not be used
  • Reinstall the latest 23.0.1 of the Firefox 23.0.1.dmg Firefox
  • It still crashes
  • Run Safe Mode and it still crashes

  The bug below report comes from the crash to safe mode. He had previously worked for many years.

• What should I do if Firefox crashes a few seconds after trying to load any material animation, be it ads on the side of Cheezburger websites, videos from YouTube or Hulu?

  I just bought a new HP Pavilion 23 inch all-in-one desktop, one without a modem on the side because everything is held upward. I'm usually on the technical plan and can understand things more easily. This, however, ahurir me because I think and know exactly how something to do, and I can't get a response at all. The majority of the videos I have watching is Anime related. I don't want to use Google Chrome, because I trust Firefox to catch other ads of arise, which is nice, but I might have to if it is not resolved.

  Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration. As this feature has been added to Firefox, it has gradually improved, but there are still some problems.
