  Try creating a new profile as a test to check whether your profile is the source of the problems.

  There may be extensions and plugins installed by default in a new profile, so check that in "tools > Modules > Extensions & Plugins" in case there are still problems.

  What version of Windows?  You can change the DPI on Windows XP but right click on your desktop, choose Properties, selecting the tab settings, clicking on advanced and change the dropdown to DPI.  Other versions of Windows have similar steps.

  I'm not sure what you mean - there is no such thing as a platform of modules - all rulebases are platform independent. Do you mean the setting of "Regression Tester - platform properties? If so, these effects only the platform used to run regression tests - not for compiling, debugging, or running with or without screens.

  I see... Lets get to the bottom of your system configuration and try to eradicate the problem.

  1. Disable the MindSpark Plugin installed on your firefox Addons > Plugins
  2. Go to control panel > uninstall programs and look for something that says 'Toolbar' or something that sounds like this, uninstall them.
  3. Now reset firefox of topic: support
  4. Restart the system

  Ideally, the settings of Firefox should show an option to use Adobe Acrobat (in Firefox) to PDF on the type of content.

  This option should display PDF in Firefox rather than it actually download the PDF to see a standalone player Application.

• I have a HTML5 form that sends a null (%) if the user does not have a choice. It works fine, but I get an error of W3c on the value of '% '. Is there another way to send a NULL value?

  I have an HTML5 form that allows the user to select 1 of 6 provinces of Costa Rica. If they do not select a Province, I use php code to send a NULL value and the other selections research of the form looking for all Provinces. If they choose a province, we are looking for database records that are found in this province.  Currently I use the value = '%' as the selected value if the user does not have a choice. It works and looks in all provinces, but I get an error of W3c checking on the value = '% '. Y at - it another way to send a NULL value.   This error started before even El Capitan. I am able to receive emails but not send.

  The message is "this message can not be sent because your account does not have a mail server outgoing favorite" and I don't know where to change that or what to enter here, incidentally.

  Any ideas? I guess it's an easy fix (hopefully).

  Found the answer! It was just like I thought Memeo Backup Premium has a subprogramme called backup that he mixes with the Explorer of Windows 7, uninstalled this (backup) and the new record button works again. Memeo people had me uninstall the rest of the software and gave me a link to download the software less backup. Now, I'm trying to find out if I will return my money or a fixed copy. No answer yet! But I don't think they work on Friday, so I'll have to wait beyond Monday to see if they're going to answer me. I tracked their problem they should pay me ;)

  For later use, to all those who may have this problem:

  1. Launch Dreamweaver.
  2. Click on "Site" in the top menu.
  3. Select "Manage Sites".
  4. In the 'Manage the Sites' box, select your local site folder. For example, my_new_site
  5. Click on change icon (it's the second icon on the button "Import Site").
  6. The site for my_new_site configuration (for example) is displayed. Now click on "Advanced settings".
  7. Search "link to:" in the options, select 'Site Root '.
  8. Click on 'Save' later, the box disappears.
  9. Click on 'Done'... and you're done!

  You don't need to restart your computer for the settings save constantly. But if that fell safe, Dreamweaver shut down and restart it. All links should display correctly.

  But it is worth mentioning that all of the links in the following format will have to be edited:

  /.../.../main.php

  Just rewrite the link paths not all scripts.
