• New update keeps crashing

  Since I've updated Illustrator a few days ago, the Panel redefine caused program crash. Specifically, I'll go in the options in the Panel to deselect preserve white or black to preserve and as soon as I click OK the program quits immediately and a report is generated. I hope that this is just a small bug that will be fixed quickly and not a more serious underlying problem. Does anyone has this problem since update?

• 2015 new update ruin of copy and paste

  Hello! I run on OS X Yosemite, version 10.10. I've just updated to Illustrator CC 2015 and have a problem with the visuals of copy and paste. I have an existing document is pasted into a document with the current art.

  Looks like that the image in the original file.

  How the image looks after be pasted into a new file.

  How that pasted image looks like in the outline.

  When the image has been involved in an unpublished document, only the outer black line disappeared. How can I fix?

  Please apply the latest patch 19.1 this should solve your problem.

• New update of Skype 6.18 (crashing issues)

  Now that I had to get out the old version of Skype to this new crap. I am no longer able to make what was the purpose of the Skypes for... VIDEO CALLS! Whenever I try to start a video call my Skype immediately crashes and closes. However, in versions previous it was never a problem. So why should it be a problem now? I use Windows 7 Ultimate, was using the same machine for the past 3 years without any problems with the webcam until this new update. So where is the improvement? of course, that is not stated here then why force us to receive this update from distastful? Please enlighten me?

  Someone at - it issues w the new update 2015.7 and Lightroom is not able to create a new catalog?  Kill my business slowly with a beach of rotation ball.

  No problem here using Windows 7 SP1. Creates a new catalog in less than 3 seconds, once I typed in a name.

  The rotation range ball is a thing of Mac, saying that the system is busy. Look at what else starts with the OS and what is now running on your Mac.

It is 5% since the last few days and said that I can't uninstall it because creative Cloud applications on your computer require to operate properly. • iPad safari crash, reboot back to the home page of safari. Has begun to do this with 8.1 update and never stopped. I hope that new updates should solve this problem, but they did not. I will not buy an Apple product once again.

  MY iPad hangs on web pages to the home page of Safari. Started to do this with the 8.0 update way back. I kept hoping that each new update which would stop, but it's not. I is very annoying! According to me, I don't want another Apple product. I've seen other messages on this same thing and some answers say to hold the home button and button simultaneously until iPad goes out but this is not enough. • New update InDesign CC (2015); creation of several new documents when opening

  I installed the new update as of today.  When you open a new document, a part of my screen is black and the new tabs are displayed in the form of new files without title.  There is no way to stop it without opening the Task Manager and quit the program.

  I uninstalled the application, removed the preferences and then reinstalled app.  At that the same problem occurs.

  I also checked my keys on my keyboard to see if had stuck.  None found be stuck

  I understand that after updating to iOS 10, you cannot open the Notes without the app crashing immediately. I know it's important to have all your apps working properly, so I'm happy to help you.

  First of all, connect to iCloud.com and make sure your notes are always present.

  If they are, we will proceed to the activation/deactivation of your Notes and turn it back on. To make this opening settings > iCloud. Here, turn off the Notes and questioned, you can remove them from your iPhone, because they are in iCloud. A time off, go ahead and turn it back on, and then test your Notes application.

  ITunes update process can sometimes result in a database of missing or damaged, - it has been a problem persisting through multiple releases of iTunes.  I'm not aware of a definitive conclusion about why this happens, although an "educated guess" suggests that there may be a conflict between the iTunes update processes and other software - anti-virus tools and Windows service own indexing are possible suspects.

  You can recover your library before update as follows:

  • Make sure that Windows displays file extensions
  • Navigate to your folder of iTunes (default C:\Users\username\Music\iTunes) library
  • Rename the existing iTunes Library.old iTunes Library.itl
  • Go to the previous iTunes Libraries folder
  • Find the file iTunes Library yyyy-mm - dd.itl most recent - this must be the date on which you have installed 12.4.0
  • Copy this file to the folder of iTunes library
  • Rename copied file iTunes Library.itl
  • Your library - restart iTunes should now be restored.

  You're lucky that the latest update to iTunes, including a change to the structure of database - this is what triggers the creation of a copy of the database update of the library in the previous iTunes Libraries folder, so you will be able to return to the State of your library immediately before installing 12.4.0.  In general, I would recommend that you always make sure that you have a fully updated backup of your library before you install any update.
