  Try using the brush included in the CD or download.

  Of the Original installation CD:

  1. Insert the CD in the drive and then cancel Setup

  2. open my computer and click right then on the CD from the drive and select open

  3 open the Util folder

  4 open the CCC folder

  5. If you have an HP computer, run the L3uninstall.exe. If you have a computer not HP, run the L4uninstall.exe

  6. once the uninstall is complete, restart the computer

  7 run the Accessories\ System Tools Disk Cleanup

  8. download and install the latest version of Adobe flash player

  9 download drivers and full software features

  Method 1: Remove and reinstall all USB controllers

  To remove and reinstall all USB controllers, follow the steps mentioned below:

  a. click Startand click run, type devmgmt.msc in the Open box, and then press ENTER.

  b. expand Bus USB controllers.

  c. right-click on each device under the Bus USB controllers node and then click on uninstall to remove them one at a time.

  d. restart the computer.

  e. plug the removable USB storage device and then check if the problem is resolved.

  Method 2: Install the latest drivers

  I installed a new cartridge HP 96 and the right pen LED starts flashing.  I cleaned the cartridge heads and did a hard reset according to the instructions given on this forum.  I then installed the new cartridge 96 in Deskjet 9800 my mother with no problems.  In his printer, it works fine.  What should I do next?

  Clean the contacts in the printer and the cartridge as indicated in this document (for a different series, but similar technique.)

  If that does not correct the problem then carefully examine the cartridge chute and make sure that the spring x-bias is not dislodged.  If the x-bias spring became dislodged and drilled circuits flex as shown here so the printer will require repairs.  If spring x-bias is dislodged, but did not damage the flex so it could be repaired with epoxy.  Compare the damaged side on the intact side to see how would be held in the spring.

  You can scan using the preview or Capture of Image?

  You have a folder for HP under Applications?

  If so, open the HP utility, and then select the Deskjet 3050 to refresh the printer. Let me know what you find?

  I just installed Snow Leopard on my iMac so that I can use my new printer, but when trying to print, I get an error message saying that the PrintJobMgr has failed.  It will print a test page and it prints OK for my MacPro, but not to my iMac - can anyone help?

  If you are using snow leopard and have the HP software before Snow Leopard (either from a CD not marked as compatible with 10.6 or you recently upgraded to Snow Leopard and had the software HP on your Mac before you upgrade - even if you made a standard from the old software uninstaller or installed new software on top of it) , you must uninstall the software using the "scrubber":

  Go to Applications/Hewlett Packard / click Uninstall HP
  Click on continue
  Highlight your device in the left pane
  Hold down the Ctrl and Opt Cmd and click on uninstall< scrubber="">
  There will be a pop up that asks if you are sure you want to uninstall all hp software. (At this point, if you continue, all HP printers you have installed will need to be reinstalled)
  Click on continue and let it finish

  Restart your Mac

  Now run a software update.

  Finally, download and install the "Full Featured" driver and software from the "Support & drivers" link at the top of this page.

  I finally solved this problem!

  Had to close the factory reset - takes a lot of time on the backup of all files, do factory reset, reinstall all files and all additional software, but eventually set problem, the printer works now.

  This can happen for several reasons, most common duration to a problem with the registry permissions.

  I would suggest trying the following tool, it is a 3rd party utility that analyze and repair registry permissions, and so you can use it at your own risk (I used it several times without any problems):

  Click the Start button and let a few minutes (it may take some time, about 5-10 minutes), the journal stated: "" once it ends.

  Then try to reinstall the HP software and check for the difference.

  I just bought a HP ENVY 4501 printer all-in-one and went through all of the printer without any problems. When I put the CD in my computer (windows 7-64) and you try to install the software it comes up with error 1627. I don't know how to fix this or what is the problem that it has this error.

  I solved the problem by doing a full factory reset out of the condition of the box.

  I see that you have problems with scanning.  I would try to help.

  I would say uninstalling the software of the printer.

  Once it is uninstalled, I suggest you put your system in clean boot mode in the configuration of Microsoft.  You can do this by following this document: How to perform a clean boot in Windows.

  Once the computer is in clean boot mode, I would like to reinstall the HP printer install wizard for Windows.

  I installed my printer Hp deskjet 2135 on my laptop Hp, 10 64-bit windows, but I can't print pdf and doc. files, I still have 0 documents pending on adobe and microsoft word.

  The printer works when I print the test page to the doctor of hp and his work on other windows 32-bit computer laptop 10.

  I tried to uninstall and re install and many soloutions here and on the microsoft forum, but nothing worked.

  I can print to adobe pdf and Notepad documents.

  But microsoft Office isn't printing,

  even I tried to change the setting from letter to A4 paper, and when I use the parameter A4, I got a massege of margins, excel tell me that there something wronge with the printer, in the letter not defining any masseges in both applications but still have 0 documents pending to (Administrator)

  Any help please.
