• EOS Solution Disk v28.1 on Mac installation problem.

  Yesterday, I received the EOS camera 700 d and when I tried to install the EOS Solution Disk nothing happened. Nothing seems to happen when I click on the install icon. This happened to someone?

  Same problem, same camera - t5i.  On a MacBook Pro running OS 10.9 mavericks.

  I have the version of the software 28.0

  I fixed it by creating a different user (with administrator privileges), and with this user, I could install the software and will then go to my normal user who then had the software installed.

  A little inconvenience and had to do some internet research on other forums to find it, but it works.  I hope that canon will solve the problem for others.

  You should be able to resolve this problem by installing the updates of program for your computer.  You can access the updates by clicking here.  Once there, choose your operating system and version by using the drop down menus.  Please install ImageBrowser last EX.

  It will work.  What is important, is that you match the camera, not the lens.  Lenses are interchangeable, don't forget.

  Yes, the DPP 3.14.x coming on the 40 d Solutions disk download should work with your 20 d.

  So I would say download the new drive solutions from the 40 d page. It won't ask you your serial number

  number. The series 20 d should work. But if not you can use your 40 d serial number, so you should

  be defined. :-)

  If you ask about the ZoomBrowser software and the DPP, they are compatible with any camera Canon PowerShot. Later versions have improved tools that do not have earlier versions, such as the ability to add text to the picture. • Writing an XML file on disk using PHP

  Hello.

  I decided it's time to ask for help with the issue I'm having.

  I have a photo gallery that loads images with a legend with the aid of a local XML file. I want the user to click on a photo to change the caption and thus change the XML. Then I need to rewrite the XML in Flex updated in the local XML file. I'm really surprised that I was not able to find examples online. I learned that the security settings are preventing us to write directly on the Flash/Flex, the solution disk, with I came is therefore to use PHP. Currently, Flex passes the XML updated string to the PHP script and PHP replaces the local XML file with the string.

  I have 2 numbers.

  1. I can see in the bin-debug folder that the updated file XML is written correctly, but raise the request meets my TileList with OLD data.  The strange thing is that if I delete the XML file completely from my project (source and bin-debug folders), or if I change the URL in the httpService to an alias file, the application still works very well with old data. The other weird thing is that a few times during my troubleshooting, suddenly has worked well as expected. I tried to clean up the project and many other things that I can't even remember (like changing the path to the PHP/XML files, run the application outside of Flex Builder, change the path to build in the project settings)...

  Am I right in thinking it's weird, or am I missing something really simple? Any ideas? I'm even on this a good way to write the XML through PHP?

  Simply attach a timestamp after each call to xml:

• Impossible to read some data on my Satellite A100-413 CD

  I bought a Satellite has 100-413 the year last in Luxembourg.
  I then moved to the Canada (where I put my DVD Zone 1) and reading and burning CDs and DVDs in both countries without any problems so far.

  I came to Luxembourg for Christmas about a month ago, and since I was not able to play the data CD. All of the CD who have given me so far were purchased for the Luxembourg. They include Philips CD - r burned on another machine and also some commercial software CDs such as digital and manual Solution disks that come with a camera Canon photo. In all cases, Windows Explorer says that the CD is empty, but there is no free space on it. The CD will play fine on another machine.

  Other CD (Philips CD - RW, some other brands of CD - r, bought at the Canada and Luxembourg) seems to work fine. I can play my audio CD. I noticed that the CD that I have problems with all have a layer of mat label (instead of a brilliant). Could be the problem? And how to fix it?

  Well, your post don't surprise me because I know not all CD or DVD media are compatible, and sometimes it of possible that different CDs or DVDs from different manufacturers don t function and don t run.
  I found information in my manual that was preinstalled on the Toshiba laptop and it is said that the unique mediums can not run due to compatibility problems.

  Sometimes, the player can not handle different CDs or DVDs because of the problem of calibration of lens. The lens is calibrated automatically and if this procedure fails, then it of not possible to access the CD or DVD.

  But no doubt it s only a registry problem?  :|
  You must first remove the CD/DVD drive and Device Manager, and then restart the laptop. After restarting again the reader must be installed again. Then access the registry and delete the Upperfilters and Lowerfilters completely from the following registry key values:
  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Class\ {4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}

  Having been forced to upgrade too because I need to process RAW images from the 2 7 using Photoshop, I can tell my updates went well. I bought Win 8.1 & done a clean install on a new hard drive & waited to win 10 out & from my old programs would continue to operate. 10 once was readily available that I made an another clean install on another hard drive as an installation & nine 64-bit (added 16 gigabytes of memory also) & things was great when working in Photoshop, BUT for all those who 7 2 treatment check CR2 what device profile is best. By default, it chooses an Adobe profile that works very well with my other camera files but Standard camera looks better with 7 2 files.

  (My computer has provisions for 5 internal hard drives & I 5) I can easily re boot for XP or Win 8.1 if I need to use one of my old programs, but so far, I've been running Win 10 on my office & XP on my laptop.

  We just got a new computer, an IMAC and I have an EOS Rebel XSI, I want to use with it.  Currently I use the camera with my laptop Mac under OSX Yosemite.  I can't find the CD that came with it (and doubt it would work anyway), so not sure how to get a beam compatible EOS Utility that will work with the camera and the computer.

  Is there a way to download this and is it available?  What utility EOS Rebel is compatible, if any?  I plan on implementing this new computer with the camera (if possible) the weekend of the new year.
