3 days to import e-mail messages since the update of 10.11.6?

After having updated to El Capitan 10.11.6, I opened Mail and was invited to import e-mail Messages to the new format.

3 days later, he still has not finished.

I can't use the Mail at all. It worked fine until the update.

What can be done to fix this?
