  If it s a laptop capable of vista then I see no reason why the laptop doesn't have to support Windows Vista.

  Even if your Satellite C660 would not officially support 8 Win, you can install this system because the laptop meets the essential system requirements, which are:

  When I rebuilt my system, I went step by step in reinstalling the software.  I understand that better, my usb problems related to Asus motherboard utilities.  These are not entirely compatible Windows 8 and introduce problematic drivers.  Finished to start my Acronis True Image boot USB and backup of backup image of this morning.  Problem solved.

  Staying away the Asus utilities for now... btw, Asus technical support on my problems was totally useless, even if the code 19 errors point to hardware problems, which are covered by the guarantee.

  If you use the Asus utilities, you may be able to rebuilt without them...

  As Andy Rocha said he's taken over (for this kind of question, the best thing to do is to look for the latest certification matrix and you have all your answers).

  Just a point: in case you are not intending to install in a virtual machine, but you want to install directly on your PC/laptop I advise you to avoid. Always opt for a virtual machine as it is a test configuration (I can't imagine a prod environment, is not using a server operating system) and so you can easily take backups (snapshot of your VM), installation of new versions or older versions, etc.

  Do not try to use install in Windows 10: the OS has been out for 2 weeks now, so of course a level Enterprise Server application is not developed to support the OS freshly released client. The Admintool had to wait 11.1.1.9 for finally works with Windows 8 / Windows 8.1, so cannot really expect installation complete work in Windows 10, I'll already be happy if the Admintool works in Windows 10...

  For the OBIEE DB 11.1.1.9 is fine with Oracle 10, 11 or 12. You can use a 12 c DB without problem and it works fine, if you want to use 11 it is also very good.

  Sorry, someone screwed up when they have updated this page. The download link goes to Firefox 7.0 no matter how it is labeled. System requirements have not changed since Firefox 4.0 was released, going at least as far as the Windows PC, not sure on other platforms. Windows 2000 SP4 is supported.

  I just found out that the update has been disabled due to problems with the module updates waiting to be installed during the update of Firefox is installed and the extensions "disappear" updated (or seeming to disappear). A new, different extension installation or reinstallation of the missing extension solves this problem.

  The developers are working on a solution through a 7.0.1 release, but it's maybe a few days before they can be tested and distributed.

  Hello.  I know for my brother, if his Compaq Presario CQ60-210US laptop that is running Vista 32-bit operating system, can be upgraded to a 64-bit version/edition of Windows 7, 8.1/8 or 10?   As stated, the laptop OS is Vista 32 bit, and I think that's Vista Home Premium, but I'm not sure.  It has 4 GB of RAM, which is the maximum for a 32 bit OS.   I realize that you can do an upgrade on the spot of a 32-bit operating system to a 64-bit OS and it will take a clean install, but nobody knows if material of this laptop, BIOS etc supports 64-bit operating systems?

  My Toshiba Satellite C660/01b Notebook PSC0LA-01C01H provided with Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit installed. I later upgraded to Windows 7 Professional 32 bit.

  It supports a maximum of 4 GB of RAM.
  Celeron Dual-Core T3500 CPU supports 64-bit processing Celeron and C660 specifications.

  Other hardware and firmware - bus data and BIOS, etc. - support memory 64-bit address if I install Windows 7 Professional 64-bit. I CAN even install Win7 64-bit?
