  I bought this laptop on 31 Jan.2015 who has 15 months free McAfee security and in only one month, the McAfee installed on my laptop gives message that your your ends in 2 days. I see the software in the subway tiles, however it asks me to log on and I don't have a log in, nor there at - it option to create a. I do on their website or Dell?   Your title above shows that you want to renew a subscription, but your post shows that you just want to enable a subscription registered. If you have already registered and received confirmation by McAfee, contact them and ask how to activate it. Make sure you have your product key and account available.

• Possible spam e-mail about the monthly music subscription

  Has anyone received a letter India saying they were charged/billed for a monthly subscription of music? My e-mail address is there but someone another name of i-phone for £49.99.   I have macafee antivirus protection that came with my laptop. The subscription must be over now because I bought this laptop about 2 and 1/2 years ago. In December 2012.  Today my antivirus protection shows that I have another 600 days of protection. But 2 days ago, I received an email from macafee that my subscription has ended.

  I don't understand. How that could happen.

  What worries me is that someone hacked my phone?. and change it to show that my protégé who im not? so, they can remotely control my laptop?

  And another problem my macafee account shows that I bought a subscription 2013 also which I did not. How could it happen?

  Yes, safe to uninstall. Just make sure you have some antiviral software running. Windows Defender comes with Win 10 and is free.  There are also other free and paid applications.

  Go to the McAfee website and find their removal tool. Use that to uninstall McAfee completely there is no debris.

  Make sure that you connect with the Adobe ID associated with your subscription of Stock.  It has only a membership CC photography Plan under the ID you used to post on this forum.
