  The work around works of Jean.  It would be nice if Adobe provided a real difficulty however.

  I have ADE installed 4.03.  The problem will occur as soon as that ADE is closed and reopened.    It takes so the patch every time allows you to download a book ADE.

  1. for Overdrive - select a book and click Download. -pop - up - select - Save file. - under the open with select - acsm_auto_file - download the file of social mobilization in your download directory.

  Based on this original Version I created a search page that searches for and returns the data in the table and the finally export standard button will export data in excel sheet.
  In this research data based on over 5 attributes. Without entering anything in the messageTextInput if I'm clicking on this button, it returns all the data in the region of the table. After that if I click on the button export, data are getting exported to the Excel sheet. It is very good.
  
  But if I'm looking for data by entering a value in one of the messageTextInput, it is returned from the data. But if I'm clicking on the export button then it throws the following error:

• Excel sheet entry to 'setpoint' of the PID controller

  I use this (attached) vi to control the thermostat of Lakeshore. I got the website vi OR. I want to change the vi as to the set value, it takes as input an excel sheet (could be any other form too). This spreadsheet contains a list of temperatures. The vi reads the first temperature and then that sets the value of the PID controller setpoint. Once the set point is 'set' the vi waiting for awhile (say 1 hour) before reading the next entry in the excel sheet set point. I want to wait that it is because I programmed a gamma spectrum software such that it counts for 1 hour and then starts a new count. The part of the spectrum is not very intelligent but its ok for now. The problem I have is that when I run this vi (attached), the indication of the set on the temperature controller (hardware) tends to zero and stays there. Can someone help me by pointing out the error that I do. This vi is Labview based 6.0 (it's a bad implementation!)

  It would be a classic case where you could use state machines (or producer / consumer - events if the user input is critical), research of this architecture and examples on ni.com. Also for synchronization purposes, are looking for functional global timer or try to modify this example https://decibel.ni.com/content/docs/DOC-6523 to add 'elapsed time' (as in the elapsed time express vi) features similar to this code.

  You have reports such as:

  Initialization: initialize your control panel front/graphics etc. Read the spreadsheet file. Make sure that the comms exist between the software and the controller, etc..

  Set the temperature: set the first value, start a countdown (depending on what you set)

  State check: check the status of controller etc failure. Check if the user has pressed the stop button. Check if the timer in the previous state has expired?

  In case of error stop the timer and take the measures necessary to correct, to report to the user

  If the user has pressed the stop button, close all references, etc hard reset and exit the application.

  If the timer has expired, get the next value and go on to set the temperature.

• Excel sheet can not be changed op OSX machines

  We received an Excel spreadsheet for tracking working hours. This Excel sheet works fine on all devices Microsoft with Office 2010-2016.

  When we try to use the same sheet Excel on a Mac Excel sheet can not be filled. Excel keeps saying that it is secured by a password? We tested it using Office for Mac 2011 and Office 365 2016 for the Mac. The file itself is reading/writetable.

  We asked the original sender if password protected Excel sheet, but he said that wasn't the case.

  Any ideas what could be the problem?

  -check if we can open the spreadsheet on different Windows platforms (Win 7, 8, 10) which works well

  -check if we can open the excel sheet on the different versions of Microsoft Office on Windows (office 2010-2013-2016) computers that works well

  -test on an iMac to edit the spreadsheet with the latest version of El capitan with Office 2011

  -test on a Mac mini to edit the sheet with the latest version of El capitan with Office 365 2016 Office for Mac version. Test not OK.

  -test on an iMac 27 "to edit the spreadsheet with the latest version of El capitan with Office 365 2016 Office for Mac version. Test not Ok

  You are right!  It has been possible.  Use of loops and check to see when the cells begin to repeat.  I named it GetXL_CellValues_2D_String_All.vi

  I've done mine if lots of my excel sheet.  It is easy to make independent excel sheet.

  I'm using LabVIEW 2010 and there is a problem, I need to ask the subject to export the LabView to Excel data. Basically, I could transfer data "once" once on a new or selected Excel worksheet, but can only be 'IMMEDIATELY' when I run the VI, so my problem is, I need the data to be inserted at a same Excel sheet whenever I press run and the new data will replace not the former, instead go to the next new row or column. • Help - error invalid reference when closing file

  The problem is that the function "Close TDMS" generates the following error message:

  Error-2501 occurred at close TDMS in host pc.vi

  The possible reasons: Reference to invalid TDMS files.

  What is so strange about it, as you can see on the screenshot, is that many other functions uses the file reference without any problem whatsoever, but when it gets to the close function, an error is generated. I probed the wire of error at each step, and there is no error that occur before the close of tdms file function.

  Just to help understand the function: a file temporary tdms is created and all data from the raw data file is stored on it. A list is generated from all the names of valid channel (channels named something other than "*" "") and then these valid channels only is read from the temporary file PDM and written in the final output file. The files are so big the read and write functions must be placed in loops so that the data is read/written a line/column at the time and the entire 90 MB file is not loaded into RAM.

  Can someone help me? I really need to understand what is happening. Code examples would be useful.

  

  Change all the tunnels that you use for the refnum in those loops to Shift Registers.

  If the loop For travels '0' time the refnum passes not valid.

  I currently have hundreds of files that have 3 excel sheets.  Some files have been saved with the first worksheet open, others when the second sheet is open and some when the third sheet is open.  When one of these files is automatically opened it opens to the sheet that was displayed when it was last saved. I need to write a LabVIEW program which opens each of these files, formatting, makes sure that a1 is selected cell in each leaf and make you the first sheet is open when it is saved, so that it opens with the first sheet showing.  I'm new to ActiveX, but I already understood the formatting, and I do the formatting in worksheets 3.  I just can't understand how to choose which cell is selected and which sheet is displayed.   Try the attached VI.   It was adapted from:

  I had to change the content of the cell on the worksheet that is desired to keep this sheet on top when recording.  You could probably just change an attribute (font size, etc.) if it is not desirable to change the contents of the cell.

  Note: the name of the journal that is selected on the front panel is the sheet that will be on the top of the opening.

  I have an excel sheet containing a list of values that need to be updated daily. Cells that have values are related to certain cells in a separate file. The problem is that the file that gets my excel sheet is constantly updated values of as well as the file name. I want to create a macro that will be able to grab the values from the new file and update the spreadsheet I have. I tried to create a macro when you type the name of the file you want to the linked cells to, and she copy that and replace a formula that is already defined, so I'll be able to get new values. I'll show you an example below.

  The command of VBA macro to set the formula in a cell is:

  Range ("a6"). Formula = "= 1 + 1.

• Error access denied when the output directly to a shared folder

  I have two workstations, the first working (PC1) of Windows Server 2008 R2 and the other work (PC2) of Windows 7 Professional.

  I work on PC1 using the app called "MetaDimention" dealing with PDF files and generates output files as a separation of colors (CMYK color separation) TIFF files. The problem arises when I intend to exit that TIFF files generated by "MetaDimention" directly in the shared folder on the PC2 via the network "workgroup."

  The 'MetaDimention' gives me the error message: JobTicketMerger: the data output destination '\\EQCENTER1\TiffOut' is not valid (ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED).

  where "\\EQCENTER1\TiffOut" is the path to the folder shared network on PC2.

  I noticed this problem when I using Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008, 2012 as an output destination, but there is no problem when the destination using windows server 2003 path.

  I tried to Google the error message generated by the Application of MetaDimention and I found this thread on the other forum:
