I record passwords, keys to products etc.  No where can I find a certificate of authenticity for the Vista operating system.   It will be, yes - but unless you have future plans to move the drive to a newer system, you will have to pay a price premium for this drive that will not be displayed in performance, due to the slower SATA controller in the system you have.
