  There was a similar position two years ago. After changing the cartiridge (564XL) black printing, the printer will not copy documents. He behaves as if I placed a blank sheet of paper on the glass. I can scan the document and print the .jpeg, but not the document. The print quality of everything else is mediocre - very light on blacks, even though the colors are fine. I ran through all the diagnostic tests and he told me that the printer is fine, although the black box on the diagnostic page is empty. • HP CP4525DN print black all over the Page

  Hello, I have a HP CP4525 that prints black all over the page with the exception where there are printed words.  I reinstalled the fuser unit and tried to swap black ink.  It's a brand new printer from the box.  I have attached a picture of one of the printing as kind of hard to explain what the question.

• How can I get rid of the black box around the exported video?

  I am importing video recorded with OBS in resolution 1920 x 1080. Watch the video, it seems fine. But once I run the video in Adobe first Elements 9, when I export it as a file .m2t in resolution 1920 x 1080, it has a thick black box around the video. The video source is in .mp4 format. Can someone help here?

  Versions prior to version 11 of Premiere Elements must have their projects manually configured to match the source media.

  Start a new project, in the project Panel, click settings and select project settings that correspond to your video specifications. This can be difficult because you are not editing video camcorder but the video which is produced by a third-party software. You will probably need open a sample of this video G Spot or Media Info in order to get the exact resolution, the frame rate and audio and video codecs that are in use - and, in the Premiere Elements 9 version, these codecs are not fully supported.

  You can try the free download of version 13 and see if it works better with your video. Earlier versions of the software were much greater with sources video camcorder and non-standard.

  Changed the black cartridge would NOT print printhead black, cleaned, aligned over and over again.  Two days later, he started printing red for emails when should have been black.  Once again cleaned and aligned.  Changed the black cartridge XL multiplied by 2.  What a wate of money!   Page Test Windows printer printed in red.  Noticed that the Cyan cartridge was empty when viewing in troubleshooting.  Printer has never indicated that cyan was empty.  Changed the Cyan cartridge.  Now the Windows printer Test Page prints in black.  What is going on??

• Will not print black after replacing the black ink tank

  After replacing the black ink tank, the printer does not print black data (text or graphic).  I ran printing HP and scan doctor utility and printed assessment page.  The text is printed in a pale blue color. Gray scale apperas block (far right) to have no black content and has a hint of cyan.

  OK because that is a thing of warranty which may be worth dip the printhead as described below...

  (1) get a pan and put 1/2 "of very hot (not boiling) water in the bottom.
  (2) remove all ink cartridges, then remove the print head Assembly.
  (3) gently put the printhead nozzles down in water and soak for 5 minutes.
  (4) remove the print head and gently dry the electrical contacts.
  (5) replace the print head in the printer and then reinstall the ink cartridges.

• OfficeJet 3830: dialog box for the scanner

  Just replaced an Officejet 6500 with an Officejet 3830.  The 6500 had a dialog box analysis from the top of the office, which showed levels of ink and scanner options.  The new 3830 seems not to have this.  Is there a way to get this dialog box for the the 3830?

• PSC 2175 Print gray boxes behind the text

  Recently this HP PSC 2175 printer has been printing gray background behind all the text boxes.  It comes from occurring when printing from Windows, launching a test print to options for control panel of the printer, or clear text copy.  See the examples below.

  I have already been through a gambit of the typical diagnosis and determined that there must be something internal that is false because this behavior occurs even when the computer is not used.  This isn't a matter of dirty heads print or alignment.  The HPPSdr.exe did nothing, but check that the printer works.

• All-in-one Officejet 4630: black lines at the copy and acanning

  Hello... I just bought this all-in-one today, and it is printing very well.  The problem is with the copy and scan.  No matter if I place the original on the scanner or the top of the page, the result is the same... sheet is covered with black lines of variable thickness, running up and down the page, while the details of the actual document are barely visible underneath (or colored lines if I select color printing).

  Not an expert tech by any means, so hard to solve this problem.  Have re-installed... rebooted the printer cartridges... try to print with a cartridge installed... nothing work so far.

  Any help or advice is welcome and appreciated!

  I see you got black lines during the scanning of the bucket and the ADF. I can help you with this.

  I would like to do a hard reset to see if that will solve the problem.
  Let the printer and disconnect the printer cable and the wall socket for 60 seconds.
  Reconnect the power cable to the output of the printer and the wall, and not a surge protector.
  This ensures that the printer is full on and can help this situation.

  Hi, I bought my photosmart Hp 6520 year last, October. But it is no more print black after replacing ink twice. I tried to clean the print head with water and tried "clean print head" in tools, does not solve the problem...

  What is wired is that I bought 4 new 564 inks the hp of the target 2 days ago, printed only less than 10 pages to see if the problem is resolved. Then my printer told me that the cartridge is too low... Is this possible?

  The document here can help solve the black does not print on your Photosmart 6520.  Be sure to check the vents, as on the three solution.

  If this does not resolve the issue I suggest you call HP (1-800-HPINVENt to the United States, see here for details by the way).  The warranty online tool is an estimate, they will have a process of updated the status of the guarantee if necessary.

• Printer does not print black even if the motive of the nozzles is OK

  I have a Canon IP4500 printer connected via USB on my computer running Windows 7. Everything was fine until a few days ago, when the printer would not print anything Black even if it would print colors OK. The natural reaction is to assume a problem with the print head or ink of, but every time I run the nozzle focus all right. I tried printing from different applications and the results are the same. I deleted the printer via the Control Panel, and then re-installed, I also tried the system restore to no effect. I tried to ensure all the printer settings are reset by default. I now wonder if there anything more that I could try or if I have to assume there is a problem with the printer as it can print any color but not black. It is interesting when you try to print from Notepad it looks like the printer made little attempt to print the text and simply feeds the paper seems to be related software. Is it possible there is something in Windows or printer driver that could do this? Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

  The problem is your cartridge and the lever of the tank. It causes spoiled ink that stuck on it. To resolve this problem. You can visit the support of Canon Pixma and spoiled ink is well washed.

• Some objects are pixelated black boxes during the game.

  My computer is about 4 years old.  Reference Dell with Windows XP, 3.2 GHz, 1 GB of ram.  He was the original of the graphics card: Radeon x 600 graphics card.  I just bought Modern Warfare 2 and also bought and updated the graphics card to Radeon HD 4350 512 MB DDR2 PCI express graphics card.  Game card & graphics loaded on the computer and when I play, certain graphics come out as just black boxes.  When I see the smoke, pixlated boxes right?  Is not yet good enough graphics card or something else?  I tried to play in 1023 x 768 and 800 x 600 and had the same problem.

  I would reinstall the graphics drivers, then I would like to reinstall Direct X.  If she is still upwards, I could communicate with the support forum for Modern Warfare 2 and see if others are experiencing the same problem.  New games sometimes have strange graphics issues that have not been found in tests, and you sometimes have to wait for release a patch that corrects the problem.
