46HX800 directly on the external speakers?

I have a 46HX800. Is it true that both audio outputs (both RCA and digital audio output plugs) are designed to go to an amplifier or powered speakers and there is no way to connect directly to external speakers?

Hello homeboy.

Yes, the red and white Audio Out connection and the digital audio output require the use of a receiver or speakers.

Speakers can be connected directly to the Audio Out jacks.

Kind regards

Colby

Sew I connect external speakers for laptop HP G62-225DX?  If so, connect to the port "headphones"?  Or do I need speakers with USB connectors? All recommended speakers Logitech?

    Hello fpcorpuz52,

I see that you have questions about the connection of the external speakers to your HP computer.

You should be able to connect the speakers to the headphone jack of the laptop. They work without having to do much or any installation or configuration.

With respect to the recommendation on the speakers, I have a preference to recommend. I would like to just check the reviews before you buy any game, if you plan to buy some.

How sound my desktop computer Pavilion, Windows 8, with none of the external speakers?

When you request support, please provide the full model name and product number (p/n) of the HP computer in question. HP/Compaq made thousands of computer models. Without this information, it can be difficult, even impossible to help you solve your problem.

The information requested above are on the side, back or bottom of your computer, or on the BIOS boot screen. Please see How can I find my model number or product number? for help more to find this information. DO NOT include your serial number. Please enter the product/model information consumer HP Online Support page and post it here for our review.

You get no sound without external speakers of a certain type. Your HP desktop computer doesn't have the internal speakers and therefore requires external speakers, before that resonates. Please buy a set of external speakers for your problem.

  • Internal untrusted clients directed to the external IP address for traffic PCoIP

I have a network segment disable my firewall for some untrusted clients. When untrusted clients connect to view (5.3), they use a DNS name that resolves to a DMZ (view Security Server) host. That's where I think the problem is: it seems that security server responds with its external IP address, and then all the PCoIP traffic is routed to my router (where the external IP address can be found), then back into view and the customer. Traffic of SSL connection works fine, the traffic remains inside and does not get directed to the external IP address. It is only the PCoIP traffic that gets invited to use the external IP address.

It seems that DNS is not enough - Security Server seems to respond and connect using only the external IP address configured in the external URL field PCoIP - is this correct? If so, then to do a substitution for the external URL so that internal untrusted traffic doesn't get routed the external IP address - this creates a lot of unnecessary traffic, mess with QoS, etc..

Another idea would be to allow untrusted clients to connect directly to a login server instead of sending them on the Security Server, but I don't think that it is a best practice...?

As Linjo says the simplest solution is to set up a server for additional security to point these clients (no need of another server connection, you can pair it with the existing one). Today, you are required to provide an IP address for PSG, so if you need to send it to another, you will need a second server.

Of course, if they are completely not reliable customers, then you can force through the external access point still but looks like you need avoid the cost of additional traffic from this approach.

  • Sansa Fuze - Direct connect to external speakers

    Hi all

    This is a great forum!

    My 1st post.

I've seen a lot of info here about linking the "rocket" to the stereo, radio cars, etc., but I've not encountered something just plug it in plain old stand-alone speakers.

For example, the speakers to small, which came with some computers would work with the "rocket"? Those who may only be plugged into the "rocket" with no problems?

I realize that the volume is perhaps not the greatest, but I'm looking for an inexpensive solution and easy to listen to the "rocket" when I'm in bed. Headphones do not work for me in this environment.

If this info is already on the forum, please direct me to it.

    Thank you!

Sure.  I bought a pair cheap speakers 'Fashion' of Wal-Mart and they work. No, it's not loud, but I have a docking station all the time and this helps.   I got these speakers because they didn't need batteries, which could change the volume, I do not know... They were less than $15.

  • Toshiba Satellite M60 - problem sound configuration for the external speakers 2.1

    I just bought:
"Creative I-Trigue 3400" 2.1 channel PC speakers for my PC laptop Toshiba M60.

My problem is that there is no sound in the right speaker.

    * Headphone/onboard speakers work very well
    * I have updated its (Realtek AC97) card drivers
Creative speakers work fine with my I - Pod
Creative speakers work fine with my laptop less expensive/Sour.

I have experimented with the settings of his Panel, including settings of Toshiba virtual sound without success.

    any help would be appreciated.

Closer examination, I noticed that there is a slight (millimeters) overlooking 'lip' above the headphone jack.

The creative speaker comes with a heavy input jack which gets partially blocked by this fake - my input cable using cheaper "thinner" solved my problem.

  • iMac does not recognize the external speakers

After working flawlessly for two years, my iMac (running Mavericks) now does not recognize my speakers B & W MM1.  I restarted my iMac, unplugged and reconnected my speakers as well from the electrical outlet and the USB connection, but nothing has worked so far.  All other connections are solid.  Any suggestions?  Thank you.

Hmmm. These speakers are USB, so they should be relatively problem-free.

Try to disconnect all your USB devices, restart, and then reconnect the USB devices again. It remaps the USB.

In addition, make sure the configuration under the system preferences/Sound/output is correct.

  • The external speakers with bluetooth audio playback stops working after 20 minutes

I have a weird problem with bluetooth audio on my Acer Aspire 7600U. I have a bar of his JBL SB200 with support bluetooth and when I'm playing audio to it from my laptop (Sony Vaio) or my phone (Nokia Lumia) it works fine. But during audio playback of the IOA, the soundbar goes off after about 20 minutes in the middle of a song with such as Spotify. I suspect it's something different with the Aspire AIO bluetooth adapter which does not sound bar to stay on. No idea why? Does anyone else have this problem?

I have now solved. It's another computer, I had who took control of bluetooth speakers every now and then...

  • External speakers to the Qosmio G20 106

    Hello

I know it's a stupid question! but where to plug the external speakers? Is this the same entry as the headphones?
    Thank you very much?
    JO

    Hello

On the left side of the device, you can find the headphone jack (S/PDIF). This allows you to connect digital speakers or stereo headphones (minimum of 16 ohms). When you connect the headphones or digital speakers, internal speakers are automatically disabled.
This Jack can also be used as outlet S/PDIF and allows the connection of the optical digital connecting devices.

  • Portege R700 with docking station may not automatically switch to the external display

    Hello!

In the past, we bought a lot of A600, R500, S10, and always a docking station for every laptop here at Desjardins, we bought.

Now we have a little problem with the new R700 model: PT318C - 00G 001,
    We bought 30 of them.

WHY when we put in the tie-down (with the nearby screen) it can display automatically to the external display no/switch? (in this case a 22inc LCD)
It is connect with the HDMI/DVI cable. And when we get the display by sliding in the graph of intel and media panel (V 6.14.10.5258), after a reboot of the docking, the screen is all buzzy... sometimes both screen are dark, and we must use a combination of keys to move.
It's really not easy to use for our users...

With the old model as the A600 or S10, all have always worked well, if we are on the dock, the pop screen directly on the external LCD, so I stopped him, ondock it and start up of all is well on the screen of the laptop.

We are on Windows XP Pro SP3.

I tried the utility Toshiba display device change and expansion Mobile from Toshiba. are not clear...

    Thanks for your help.

Have you installed a version of vanilla from Windows? Or XP has been installed from the Toshiba Recovery Disc?
Maybe you are missing several key structural factors (common modules for example). Also make sure that you use the drivers to display on the Toshiba site.

Also try a BIOS update (v1.70 is the last one I think).
