5404 start unstable phase

Hi guys, NOR

We use PXI-5404 and we found a problem with the start-up phase of the output signal. We are using C++ and the code is as follows:

niFgen_ConfigureStandardWaveform (vi2, '0', NIFGEN_VAL_WFM_SINE, 1, 0, 10000000, 0);

niFgen_ConfigureReferenceClock (vi2, "RefIn", 10000000);

niFgen_InitiateGeneration (vi2);

niFgen_ConfigureOutputEnabled (vi2, '0', VI_TRUE);

Whenever we launch our program, the start-up phase has changed compared to the reference signals. I think about what happened with my code and come here looking for a solution. Thanks in advance.

Kind regards

Bin

Hi all

I am confused with the start-up phase and phase shift to reference. Now, I understand that, to set the phase to the reference shift, I have to use 'niFgen_AdjustSampleClockRelativeDelay '. Thank you for your help to make me rethink on this subject.

    Hello

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Communities. From your problem description, I understand that you are facing problems when the computer starts.

    1. what operating system is installed on the computer?

Please go ahead and follow the steps mentioned and later a update on the State of the question.

Method 1: Check if the problem is caused by some faulty devices on your computer. I suggest that you disconnect all external devices except the mouse and keyboard to your computer and check to see if the same problem happens.

Method 2: Try to run the troubleshooter of Performance:

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/open-the-performance-Troubleshooter

Method 3: Try to boot in safe mode and check if the same problem occurs.

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/start-your-computer-in-safe-mode

    (For Windows Vista)

Method 4: If the question does not exist in Mode safe mode then try to set up your computer in a clean boot state, and check to see if the same problem happens.

By setting your boot system minimum state helps determine if third-party applications or startup items are causing the problem.

How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or Windows 7:

  • Unable to start Portege S100 after the HDD with SafeBoot encryption

I am trying to install the full encryption of the disk of SafeBoot (McAfee Endpoint) of 100 + laptops, which most is Toshiba. I use Device Encryption 5.1.5.0, liberation 5300 (515-0015) and I was able to install successfully on a number of different models of Toshiba, however, the Portege S100 causing me a problem. The customer of SafeBoot software installs OK on Windows XP SP2 (and SP3) and encrypts the drive as usual, but as soon as I restart it does not start again.

Now, when I turn first I get:

    From SafeBoot v5.1
    Please wait...

for a second, then a dialog box appears in the middle of the screen:

    SafeBoot error
    Error: 0xe002001b
    No boot disk was found

He never does to SafeBoot screen logon is still in the start-up phase.

I think it's because this laptop has a SATA RAID build controller. We do not use the RAID configuration and that you have an original disc installed. The BIOS is the latest version 1.50 and the third system configuration screen shows the status of RAID array to 1RAID-0. If I put it in JBOD so I can't even go as far as the Windows installation.

So far I have tried to replace the Toshiba RAID with the Intel 82801FBM (ICH6M) driver SATA AHCI 7.0.0.1020 pilot. It works very well during the installation of Windows to step and F6 in Windows before encryption. I used even with the success of this pilot with a WinTech CD (updated the BartPE CD with SafeBoot plugin) and am able to see the encrypted drive. However, even with this driver, I get the same message once encrypted.

I'm sure that my SafeBoot administration and deployment is configured correctly because the same works set of installation very well on a certain number of models different for laptop, but not this one.

    Any suggestion would be appreciated.

    Hello

I m not an expert in SafeBoot software. It s I don't not known but I would like to say a few words about the RAID driver that you used.

I think that it s a bad driver. It looks like a SATA driver and not the RAID driver.

The Toshiba European page pilot provides a * 1.3.8.0 * v for the Toshiba RAID driver

    Please check this!

I would recommend also consulted with the Portege S100 user manual.
You will find details of the RAID.

JBOD means no RAID settings. By using this option, Windows cannot be installed on this drive, except using the Toshiba DVD/CD product recovery

    Good bye

  • Satellite A200-1 body weight does not start

    Hello

I have a Toshiba Satellite A200-1BW model that frooze all to use and would not start again.
I have checked all the power drive options very well.

I have the blue AC power led on and the orange light but pc does nothing. I tried to power up without battery with AC, but always the same question.
No fans don't come on etheir. PC won't in the start-up phase, and nothing appears on the screen that is constantly empty.

I don't get the HDD 200 GB startng so I swapped it for a work of identical spare but the pc still does not start.

My only conclusions are that I have a dead motherboard or a power problem internal.

Its the real frist problem I've had with this laptop so am just checking to see if anyone out there has had the same problem or knows all the patches, I have not tried.

Yes, that sounds like a serious hardware failure.
Looks like the motherboard, GPU, or another party on the mobo may be defective.

What about RAM modules? Did you check both?
    Please do

Otherwise if there s no RAM issues then you will need a professional technician help.
At the moment I put t see any other solution you :(

    HD

I have created the disk as described, as the 64-bit version. The standard disc worked and allowed me to use repair tools.
BTW, these are already shipped with the LENOVO system, and I consulted the tools off during the START-UP phase, then by restarting the PC.

The answer to the success of the recovery could be found here, after that I tried
"Configuring updates: stage 3 of 3-0% complete.
on Google and looking at various web pages:http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/949358

(Restore points were crushed, because automatic updates have been selected, and the computer ran unattended for more than a week by substituting the last point valid restore as update VISTA tried to re - install the updates failed every night)

  • How can I get the error "Unable to start the service" on attempts to run administrative tools (including the Services application) when logged in as an administrator?

A large number of menu selections is affected, including the 'computer management', 'Event Viewer', 'Services' and 'System Configuration'.

I tried to clean a computer that was thus invaded by unwanted applications and the services that it was unusable.  I applied several sets of Windows updates until it has been fairly stable, then lightened through the Services application services, changing many services 'automatic' to 'enabled' or 'disabled '.  I suspect that some service necessary for the performance of the foregoing has been inadvertently stopped.  (None that he was '' strongly recommended '' or '' recommended '' do not turn off or the description seemed to make a requirement, but...)  I don't know how to confirm this theory, identify the missing service or reactivate a service without the Services application.

I got lucky.  I called a local, independent computer store.  Their support staff (after confirming that I had an appropriate Windows license) told me that if the computer came with a disk for Installation of Windows Vista, there is probably a partition to start installation on the hard disk, I could get to with a special touch at the beginning of the start-up phase of the BIOS.  It flashed by so quickly that I missed my chance, so I put off the power while trying to boot Windows.  On my next attempt, I missed again (even if I managed to spot the key combination - F11).  But when he arrived at the start-up phase of Windows, he offered me a chance to run the system restore which was banned when I was logged in with an administrator account.  I had to go back a ways, but I found one who would start and was able to complete cleaning of the machine and make it to a usable state.

    Thanks to all who responded.

Oh, and it seems (according to my conversation with the service of the local computer store) that my fatal mistake was by disabling the service allowing you to promote its own security.  Apparently an administrator account is not the rights needed to perform most administrative functions without it; If disabling the service gets you into a nearly unrecoverable state.  A hint of that in the description of the service, or even a total ban on deactivation, would be a good idea.

  • Envy20 d030 than all in One does not start

A week ago, after I downloaded Win 8.1, I received a notice about the HP updates.  I did the updates, but the next morning, the computer does not start and the ports or the CD player also would not work.  I tried F10 and F12 but got nothing.  I do not remember the specific message there was, but it would not move from the initial start-up phase.  I took it to a repair shop and they told me that the BIOS has been altered, as well as areas of the hard disk; the 4 MB of ram card was also burned (we had a lot of lightning, so I don't know if that had nothing to do with this and no more than technicians).  The MOBO extracted fine.  I replaced the hard drive and let the 2 MB of ram.  Everything seemed fine.

Yesterday, I tried to replace the features and specifications of the factory.  I was last updated drivers and rebooted the computer to complete the installation of the system, but the computer wouldn't even start.  HP turns on but it then immediately goes to an error message "no boot disk was detected or the drive failed.  F10 and F12 nothing else that the CD player and the USB ports seem to be ok.  I remember that the updates was a BIOS.  When you perform this update there was a message to be formatted a sector of the hard disk (sector F) but has no so I cancelled it.

Data sheet (current): Envy20 d030 Touch Smart All-In-one

    Windows 8.1

    64 bit

    2 MB of Ram

    1 TB harddrive

I hope this is enough information for someone to help me.  My questions are; That's happened?  How can I solve this problem?  If I order a HP recovery package that will, as much as there is a new hard drive in the machine.

I'm very frustrated about that.  Not only by problems and my loss of use of my computer, but also costs I hired.  I have had many computers and I'm pretty tech savvy but nothing like this has ever happened to me before.

    Thank you

    Pat - D

    Hello again Pat-D,

The recovery disks will be won't on which hard drive you have installed. Your computer comes with a 1 to SATA HDD with a rotation speed of 7200 RPM. If you have another hard drive in there and recognize your computer, you should be good to go.

I hope that I have answered your question to your satisfaction. Thanks for posting on the HP Forums. Have a great day!

  • Windows does not start correctly when some multiple connection for external hard drive USB hubs are connected

When starting, I have 2 USB hubs that connect to multiple external HD.

If I disconnect the hubs, windows always starts very well.

If I connect the HUB, windows delayed considerably the boot (approximately 5 to 10 minutes) and sometimes restarts the PC before getting to the screen of windows login, and after that the Windows logo is displayed during the start-up phase.

Some HD sometimes take to start I hear but why Windows is restarted and all simply just do not excluding the HD or hubs does not not as expected?

    Any clue?

    Hello Patrick,.

If other devices are working well, then clearly the USB ports have gone very well. I would say more that likely you have two defective USB Hub (it happens, I have several other defective in my junk mail boxes!).

Given that the hubs are relatively expensive, I suggest you replace the two hubs with more heavy duty those able to withstand the high external HARD disk requirements. Try Newegg.com and TigerDirect.com, sort by best rating.

The other thing, you don't mention if your hubs / ports are ports USB 3.0 and if you use a card like the adapter link. These configurations can sometimes cause problems, and it might be useful to re - check the different connections.

    Keep me posted.

And thanks a lot for this.

    Kind regards

  • HP G62-B04SL does not start

    Hello

in November I have buyed a laptop G62-B04SL, after 1 month, he showed the following problem:

When I press the power button it seems to start (the button light is on and the wifi light is also on), but after a few seconds it stops. Then he tries to start again (even if I do not press the Start button) but after a few seconds stops. This sequence is usually repeated 3 - 4 times and sometimes it starts the operating system. After that win7 has started, no problem is found.

During the start-up phase some time turns the fan at maximum speed. I always use the laptop without battery.

    You have an idea?

    Thanks in advance,

    Francesco.

Perform a hard reset on the phone. To perform a hard reset, follow the steps below.

    1. Disconnect the power adapter from the laptop.
    2. Remove the battery from the laptop compartment.
    3. Disconnect external devices or devices connected to the laptop. Press and hold the power button for about 15 seconds

The PageB value with a table Suppier with the content of the "Immédiate" delivery

the table on the 2nd page contentDelivery should be set to 'immediate' instead of 'immediate '.
(Another approach is to comment on the component in the 2nd page in order to ensure that he would not send an additional request).

Yet once, worked the same in version 10g and output was as expected (this is the output in 10g)

ADF Faces 10g is very different (components and controller), so you do not need to refer to it.

  • Card bad voltage outputs data acquisition / cut off voltage

    Hello

I use a 6713 PCI and PCI MIO 16E1 and have a very strange problem: when I try out a voltage using LabView, I get instead of the voltage, a tension cut with a high unstable phase. Basically, all right, as long as my blood pressure is below 0.3V. All is well here, high level is stable, precise curve shape. But as soon as it exceeds 0.3 V, it is cut and the tension starts to drift. I have attached a drawing of the problem in this post.

The system worked very well, but a week ago, the problem appeared. First he went again, but now he reappeared. The first attempt to define a certain tension might work, but already for the next pulse the problem occurs. Now she even work correctly once. Reboot etc did not help.

The funny thing is, however, the same PC has two features listed above. I only and never used the PCI6713. When the problem occurred, I tried to move to the MIO 16E1 but it shows the same thing! Exactly the same problem here! I unplugged all the wires to the cards and it still does not work. Anyone here with an advisor?

    Thank you!

    Mike

I was able the output voltage with a scope with 1 MOhm input impedance. But I found the problem by chance now! We got a whole batch of defective cables BNC! I already suspected the cable and tried different cables, about the same result. Then somehow, as I wrote, the problem disappeared once. Now, I used another type of cable to test the unit and it worked! So I checked the other BNC cables, and some of them seem to have a shortage between the mass and the Center, but in a way it produces sort of a junction diode (probably because of a layer of oxide somewhere). When I shook the cable suddenly I could measure a low impedance between the mass and the Center, but only for milliseconds, just like a bad contact.

Really weired! But thanks for the help!

  • MacBook 6.1 Kernel Panic?

    Hello everyone,

I have a MacBook white late 2009 (MacBook 6,1) who not uprgrade or even clean install OS x 10.10, 10.11 or MacOS10.12

I tried several hard disks, but I have always the same questions... restarting MB by itself or sometimes is stuck in the start-up phase.

MB seems to only be able to work in Mavericks (installed clean), but after a few days, it will not start and I have to use a backup Time Machine to make it work again (or an other clean istall...)

This is the last report I managed to copy and paste (I think I was under sierra pre installed on a external drive... do not know, I tried so many things...)

    Thank you

  • At startup, the Apple iMac logo flashes red after update to Mac OS Sierra

After upgrading to Mac OS Sierra, my 2015 iMac 21.5 retina has a flashing red Apple logo, then a brief splash screen flickering when starting. Once started, the computer seems fine, with no obvious debris. I don't know why the logo flashes red and then the screen flickers - bad drivers; a problem of software in the start-up phase; a problem with the drive of the merger; or maybe some other gremlin? A quick search on the internet reveals that at least a few others have the same problem with this version of the OS, and it seems to have occurred in the years spent with any other version of Mac OS upgrades. But there is no good answers on how to fix this. I rebooted several times hoping it would clear itself, but no luck.

Safe Mode boot removes the system caches that can help after an update or upgrade.

Follow these steps to start in safe mode.

    1. Start or restart your Mac.
    2. As soon as you hear the startup tone, hold down the SHIFT key.
    3. Release the SHIFT key when you see the logo Apple appears on the screen.

After the Apple logo appears, this may take longer than usual to reach the login screen or your office. This is because your Mac performs a check of directory of your drive to boot in safe mode.

To leave safe mode, restart your computer without pressing any keys during startup.
