5701ng HP Jet 7: flight Mode is AS WELL AS Bluetooth and WiFi - why?

My HP Jet 7A (during awhile now, otherwise the whole - not sure how far behind he'll), had the Action Center Flight Mode button 'on' as well as WiFi and Bluetooth on startup in Windows. Flight on this tablet mode seems to have 3 positions after the start and not just on or off. If the flight Mode button is lit with WiFi and Bluetooth as it became after just re-start in the Tablet, if I type a time, flight Mode button stays on (on) and Bluetooth and Wi - Fi will be off (go their gray buttons). Tapping new Flight Mode will make the flight Mode button go off / gray, then Bluetooth and WiFi will come back on - as expected if then, it works as expected but why is airplane Mode on when it starts Windows 10 in the first place.

Did someone else gets this strange behavior of flight Mode?

Ago my 8 stream do the same. Airplane mode is highlighted as well as Wifi and Bluetooth (if enabled).

I went through the fixes as well but no solution. Although Wifi / Bluetooth works fine if the airplane Mode is on or not.

Its not just tablets of HP for this problem. Seems to be a Windows problem. Maybe MS will come out an eventuntually fix.

  • Deactivation of mobile data in flight mode.

    Hello.

I have an iPhone with iOS 9.3.1 6 and I try to turn off mobile data when the phone is in flight mode or with the SIM card removed. No idea how to do it?

    Kind regards

There is nothing to turn off.  If the device is in airplane mode, all the radio are switched off voltage, therefore no data or voice at all connections.  Similarly, if you remove the SIM card, it cannot be any cellular connection at all, so nothing to turn off in what concerns cellular data (or voice).  With the SIM card, wifi could still be used if there is a network in range.  But with wifi off and the SIM card on, once again, there is no possible connection data of any kind.

  • TP8 - Win10 Build 10586 - Flight Mode 'problem '.

Since having upgrade 10586 build Win10 professional, I meet the following phenomenon:

After the start of the system, the 'flight' Mode - button lights up blue, although the flight mode is not enabled, see photo.

Everyone had the same experience with the new Windows 10 Build on the TP8?

I saw this on multiple devices (a 3, a 900 Yoga and a ThinkPad 10) since the release of Windows 10 1511. She is also reported (often) in Windows feedback.

It's Windows at fault, not your TP8 as far as I can see

  • Flight Mode Windows 7

I'm going on a plane later in the day and I need to use my laptop to type some work. My laptop Toshiba, Windows 7, I can't seem to understand how to activate flight mode can someone help me?

    See you soon

Mode 'flight', at least in Windows 7, is based on your specific computer, that you have not identified.

Almost all laptops have a method of turning off the wireless adapter, which is all this "airplane mode".  It's a physical switch somewhere on the laptop or - more likely - by pressing the Fn key with one of the F keys.  You will need to consult your owner's manual for the specific key, unless you can decipher the icons located on the F keys.

If you can not find the key combination to turn off the wifi card, right click on the network in the system Notification area icon and select "Open Network and Sharing Center."  Click on the link for your wireless network connection and then click on the button 'disable '.

    EDIT

Because I don't have a laptop with Windows 7, I was unaware of the method Windows Mobility Center here--> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ru1VNVZZBkI

  • BlackBerry Smartphones flight mode?

When I try to connect to Y! to go, it says it can not connect phone risk may be offline or in airplane mode.  I do not travel, and it was working fine a few weeks ago.  Where can I go to see if it is in airplane mode?  Any help is greatly appreciated.

OK, the box to the left is checked, and the little green circle on the right has a check in there as well.  I tried again and it is what it says: Sorry, Yahoo! Go cannot access the internet.  Please make sure that your phone is not in flight mode/offline mode and that your security settings allow online access.   I just went and activated the firewall option to the devil and now it works fine.  Is my phone vulnerable with the firewall off (if possible)?  Thanks for your help!

  • BlackBerry 8320 Smartphones flight mode?

The Curve 8320 has a flight mode while the phone is off, but all other applications still work?

If so, how does Turn on or off?

Look at the Options > mobile networks. Before takeoff, disable your network's signal it and then off turn the unit off.

In the air during the announcement that you can use the device, just turn it on and your network's signal is turned off.

When disembark you and lights once more the device, do not forget to turn the network's signal.

  • What is the problem with flight mode, by pretending to be on?

We have several Yogas Thinkpad Windows 10 X 1, who (commentary on the https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/ThinkPad-X-Series-Laptops/X1-Carbon-and-Sierra-EM7345-problem-with-Mobi...) wireless connectivity problems, but this post is related to airplane mode.

Our devices show the airplane as mode 'ON' in the 10 Windows Action Center, but the 'OFF' in the Windows 10 network and Internet settings. Wireless and mobile phones will continue to work, but the airplane mode button is always blue (see the attached screenshot).

We have updated our wireless drivers and this problem still exists, what is happening here?

    AE_Support,

Thank you for sharing your experience with different designs of airplane Mode in 10 Windows Action Center and 10 Windows network settings and Internet.

This is a known limitation of Windows 10 threshold 2 v1511 and has been resolved in Windows 10 Redstone 1 released by Microsoft in August.

    Thank you

  • I can't remove Flight mode of Apple Watch, need help!

When I turn airplane mode on my iphone 6 does the same thing on Apple Watch (which is ok), but when I disable the airplane on the Iphone mode, Apple Watch keeps saying it is only locked due is on airplane mode, in other words, after you apply the change on the Iphone, Apple Watch does not change.

I have to disable the Apple Watch and then be able to turn on normally, it works the first time, but I ran into a few cases I need to reboot twice. I'm sure it's a matter of buggy that apple will correct.

In the meantime, I tried to set up a password (4 digits), however, I don't option on the Iphone app shows like turn off, when I try to drag him 'unlock iPhone' it won't work, also when I tried to drag on the "Simple Code" function it looks like fade. So I'm stuck right now.

Can someone help me how to solve this problem? is this a bug or a faulty Apple Watch?

    Hi, Carlos

What you have described is the correct behavior. It is possible to activate airplane Mode to be mirrored between the devices, but the same does not apply to disable the mode, which must be done separately on each.

To change the setting for mirroring of the turn on airplane mode:

-On your iPhone, in the application of Eve, go to: Watch My > General > airplane Mode - enable or disable the iPhone, to choose mirror.

When the watch is in Airplane Mode, Bluetooth and Wi - Fi turned off, so there is no way for it to receive additional instructions from your iPhone (including a statement to exit the airplane Mode when the mode on your iPhone).

To turn off the airplane on your watch Mode:

-When you view the time on your watch, drag to the top of the lower edge of the watch face > drag left/right to the gaze of settings > press airplane Mode to turn off the mode > slide down on the screen to exit the looks.

Have its possible that this is a download corrupted Windows XP mode, you tried to download it again and see if it works? Also, make sure that you first install Windows Virtual PC.

Click Start, type: enable or disable windows features

    Press enter on your keyboard

Scroll down and make sure that Windows Virtual PC is checked.

    Click OK

    Restart if prompted.
