F2 AND F3 NOT of WORK IMPOSSIBLE to MAKE BRIGHTNESS CONTROL please solve my problem

Welcome to the HP support community! I read your post and wanted to tender hand can help you! I understand that your (F2 and F3) function keys do not work on your HP for laptop - 15-ac122TU.

Are - what you happened to do the Windows updates before it happened?

Have you tried to uninstall the updates Windows that could have been made before the FN keys no longer works?

Please follow these steps in troubleshooting provided:

  • Beginning
  • Search for Device Manager
  • Search results, open Device Manager.
  • Click on display
  • Show hidden devices.
  • Click the arrow next to keyboards.
  • Right click on the name of the keyboard device.
  • Select uninstall.
  • Continue deleting the names of devices in the category keyboards until the feature of all the names have been uninstalled.
  • Restart the laptop twice.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the graphics card? If this isn't the case, please follow the steps below:

  • Select Start,
  • Type in Device Manager.
  • Click on Device Manager,
  • Right-click on the graphics card,
  • Click on uninstall.
  • Restart the computer laptop twice,
  • Reinstall the graphics card.

You can reinstall the driver by running the wizard help HP instead. It will help with the software and drivers on your system at the time of purchase or this update of need.
