Dear HP sorry for my bad English, I have a problem on my laptop
When I played or open some game or apps there make my always 100% CPU usage, which is happen, maybe because I do not want to install the latest (3rd Generation processors Intel® Core™ with Intel® HD Graphics 4000). I get a lot of lag when played a game... but my friend with the same machine than ever
I am looking for my problem on google, but the result is empty

My problem:

-CPU usage * always 100% when I opened a few apps or game

-J' do need a link to download the latest 3rd generation processors Intel Core™ with Intel® HD Graphics 4000 *.

-If the HP have software (support for customers) like sony (vaio care). *

You can run The HP Support Assistant to help with HP updates for your laptop.

You can also manually check from the HP drivers & downloads and captures your exact model by following the instructions.

How can I find my model number or product number?

    I had my HP Envy dv7-7250us in may 2013 and realized that the latest version of the Intel HD Graphics 4000 driver software is 9.17.10.2857 of November 2012.  Official driver from Intel is now at version 15.31.3.64.3071 (9.17.10.3071) March 2013.

    I'm unable to install the update from Intel, because it detects the version of the driver HP and refuses to install a generic version.  However, the current version of HP is very dated, and I'm running into serious performance issues in many games.

    Is it possible that HP could never bring their Intel HD Graphics 4000 drivers up to date?

    Too bad, I actually found a solution on my own! ^-^

    Instead of uninstalling my drivers as I've done so many times, I decided to manually install the current available drivers on my PC.  I found Microsoft display adapter and chose to downgrade to one before doing anything. I went to the download site of Intel driver and downloaded the latest version of the driver. It is installed without problem!

    So the problem involved with basic shaders in Second Life has been resolved, and 4 field of battle, which when using the former pilot was nothing but jumbled polygons fly through the screen not only displays correctly now, but also maintains a solid 30 fps on low heat!

    Any small problem now causing Team Fortress 2 do not achieve 60 fps jumped upward...  But publicized games like Battlefield 4 actually running at a more playable performance level for this place. ^-^

  • iPod nano (3rd generation) used to synchronize with Itunes on a XP computer

    I have an Ipod nano 3rd generation that seems to have stopped. The only thing I see on the screen is the apple logo. I tried to reset a dozen times (at least) and installed the latest version of Itunes, but nothing helped. I do not see the ipod appears as a device anywhere on my computer. I downloaded SyncToy 2.1, but when I tried to install it I got the following error message:

    "A fatal error occurred during the installation of Microsoft Sync Framework 2.0 Core Components".

    Using MS Sync something won't solve your problem. Normally, you need iTunes to transfer music/videos etc. to and from iPods, phones etc. keys. Or you can buy the 3rd plugins for WMP, such as MGTEK Dropsi.

    Your problem is that the iPod nano seems to be frozen, I would try to leave a post on the Apple site as its more a problem for them than Ms. You need to find on how to make a plant of re - put in order for UN - gel you Nano.

    If your laptop comes with the switchable graphics option... make a right-click on an unused space on th desktop and then select Configure switchable graphics.

    In the AMD/ATI Radeon Catalyst Control Center window that opens, you can select the gpu (Intel) or high performance GPU AMD for energy savings.

    What is the product name complete of your laptop?

    You can retrieve your product number by pressing Fn + ESC key. You can also read the Service tag (if any) attached to the bottom of your notebook\netbook. You can also find this information at the bottom of the window HP Support Assistant.

    You can't do this for a simple reason.

    The processor on the motherboard socket are not identical.

    4th generation Intel core i5 mobile CPU uses socket 1150

    6th generation Intel core i5 mobile CPU uses socket 1440

    It's a bit like trying to plug the power plug of the American unit to an electric outlet of the European House.

    Are - what you happened to do the Windows updates before it happened?

    Have you tried to uninstall the updates Windows that could have been made before the FN keys no longer works?

    Please follow these steps in troubleshooting provided:

    • Beginning
    • Search for Device Manager
    • Search results, open Device Manager.

    You will need to check with the manufacturer of the hardware you use, especially the card manufacturer mother but also all the addin cards and devices. If they have XP drivers then the answer is that your system must work with XP.
