• 2013 iMac OSX10.9.1 and Photoshop CC, crashes every time you start the CC PS.

  I have an iMac of 2013 with a 3 TB drive, 16 GB merger and RAM and spin 10.9.1.  I just bought the special photography Lightroom and Photoshop.  After you install both applications whenever I open Photoshop, I get the splash screen, the window of the program and a few seconds later, the beach ball starts and never goes away.  While it does nothing works in PS, menus, icons, etc.

  Lightroom and Bridge very well seem to work? I even installed the latest version of Java as suggested elsewhere in the forums?  Still do not understand this.  Uninstalled and reinstalled several times with accurate results?

  Then why did you say "crash"?  Crashes and deadlocks are very, very different behaviors.

  And it seems you're hooked to a panel of Flash or any script UI, and it is suspended waiting for LogiCameraLock (LogiWiFiCamera)...

  You will need to remove or update the driver for the camera.

  Hey there,

  I have a problem that I didn't have with Photoshop CS6 which now occurred on the CC because I just subscribed.

  I put a shortcut to a custom in Photoshop CS6 action which was F2. Because I wanted to use F2 to another function (i.e. renaming layers) in Photoshop, I had changed the shortcut of the action at F4 with success when you work with CS6. However, Photoshop CC, whenever I run the program that the shortcut is reset to F2. I tried to save my shortcuts, but I guess this does not include those for stocks? I can "solve" by manually copying things from the folder presets CS6 - which is far from ideal, because I then can't change to something else in the future is (will stick to F4 then).

  Anyone an idea what could cause this, or better: how to solve?

  I use the Windows of PS CC version, being on Windows 8.1.

  I am pleased that you have returned to a more productive approach to manage this thread.

  In fact, my problem seems to have coinscided with some problems of common update that has something to do with infrastructure CSCX as far as I remember (I don't have the number of error, since that is, finally). I made a cleansweep of everything about Photoshop, re-installed, and it solved two problems: I could upgrade from 14.0 to 14.2 AND he now allows to save the changes on stocks again. No changes are necessary. If I remember that I was able to add a defined action before, but saving the shortcut was not successful.

  Anyway, even if she went through another attachment problem, you two guys helped me get there, so thank you for your time and effort - and please, feel free to expound again on Mac/Windows, if it makes you feel better, thread is free for hijacking to your liking.

  I have a HP Pavilion dv2700 - kh933ea laptop computer #abv (it is a HP Pavilion dv2799ee Special Edition Entertainment Notebook PC to be exact) that displays the message "system CMOS checksum failed. Press F1 to continue"every time you start the system. My OS is Windows 7 / 32 bit.

  Then I updated my BIOS to version 2.4e, 01-dec-08 Phoenix (the SMBIOS version remained the same before 2.4), but the issue is not resolved. I have attached a screenshot for processor and BIOS versions.

  Can someone guide me on how to solve this problem?

  I don't see the screenshot of your post attachments. Please repost them.

  This error message means that WHAT BIOS is damaged. You will need to have the BIOS flashed in a mobile shop, repair a BIOS or an HP Service Center. Do a search online with Google or Bing repair for a BIOS.  If you keep trying to update the BIOS there will come a time where everything you have a black screen.

  Let us perform the steps below and check out them.

  After the update of the creative cloud (2.1.1.110 of course) it seems that every time you start Windows the creative cloud window appears in the foreground. The option 'Minimize to Systray' is always chosen, and even if I mark it and minimize the CC, after a reboot the window is still there. It seems that CC forget, that it should not pop up and minimize itself the silently in the systray (like any other program smoothly). Are there any suggestions how to fix this? The registry tweaks?

  Recently, my printer HP (Photosmart C3180) started printing a page of alignment every time that I turn it on. This seems to be a cynical way for HP to sell more ink, because my printer has no alignment problem.   Recently, I downloaded several updates to Windows Vista.  Among them have been updated for my NVIDIA GeFroce 6200 display THE and NVIDIA nForce Networking Controller.  Restarts, 2 of my 4 screens would not appear.  By checking Device Manager, there was a mistake with the controller who controlled the 2 monitors.  The failure of two attempts to restore to a previous download time.  Then I downloaded a driver for the controller by mistake and was able to resume all 4 screens.

  However, when the computer reboots, monitors have been rearranged in order on my desk and a remained dormant.  I can bring to the top of the screen 4 by extending to the desktop under display and, at the same time settings, change the location of my primary monitor.  However, I don't want to do it every time I start my computer.  Also, all my icons was reorganized.  Any ideas how I can stabilize my understanding of monitor on my desk?

  We faced such issues and others such as the screen resolution changes at each restart, some BSOD etc a few recent updates released by Nvidia for their graphics cards.

  I suggest you restore to an earlier version display driver and check what is happening.

  According to the description of the problem you found error 80070422 when checking for Windows updates. This problem may occur if one or more of the following conditions are met:

  1. The Windows Update database is damaged.
  2. Antivirus software is configured to scan the folder % Windir%\SoftwareDistribution.
  3. Service (BITS) Background Intelligent Transfer Service does not receive a content link header.
  4. A required system file is incorrectly registered.

  I suggest you to try the steps below and see if it helps you to solve the problem.

  Method 1

  I suggest you to check if you are able to access Windows Update services and also make sure that the following services are started. If it is not started, follow the listed below as follows:

  a. press the Windows key + R, type "services.msc" (without the quotes) in the Run dialog box to start, and press enter.

  b. Locate the Windows Update service.

  c. right-click on the Windows Update service and select Properties.

  d. in Startup type, select enable.

• (Legitimate) -Pop-up Windows every time you start Firefox

  So, lately every time I start Firefox, the new browsing session retrieves the pop-up windows during previous sessions (since the last time or even some of love it, three days ago), I long closed down. My boot option was always "show my windows and tabs from last time ' who used to do exactly this: pick up the tabs I had open or start with a new blank tab if I had opened. Now, however, whenever I open FIrefox I get different windows of previous sessions.
  The problem here is that this doesn't SEEM to be a malware issue because I don't get weird ad/questionable windows but "legitimate" pop ups I me remember I started personally is to say a photo or an image of a trusted site that opened in a new window or a help section on amazon.com , etc.
  This is a first and as you can imagine it has become very annoying. I use Firefox 25.0.1.

  Hello waydown, maybe the files in your profile folder that contain session restroe data was corrupted - perhaps trying to remove them, so that they can get regenerated properly next time: go in firefox > help > troubleshooting information, click on file/show profile folder and close all firefox windows later. a windows Explorer window should open up - in there remove all files starting with sessionstore ...

  The synchronization used in Firefox 34 version then use password manager to store the name (e-mail) and password to use to connect to the synchronization server.

  Earlier versions of Firefox used to store these data in the signedInUser.json file in the profile folder, but the current version only stores the sessionToken in this folder and need the password for the password manager.
