  Hi all

  Since a few days now that I've tried to understand why the http://schallcreative.com crashes after I've upgraded to Firefox 31.0 without success. I am running Firefox 31.0 on Mavericks. I tested it on Windows and Firefox 31.0 and it displays fine. I had to downgrade Firefox at 30 or 29 on Mavericks to get it going again. The Web site is running on a Wordpress platform and contains SVG animations, blog, pages highlighting the work earlier and simple custom Javascript. Strange thing is that I have not changed anything on the site and when I opened Wordpress sites, they present very well.

  I restarted my computer, disabled plugins Firefox, disabled Firefox extensions, update of Wordpress, deleted not used Wordpress plugins, updated jQuery, deleted Firefox and installed. Man, I did everything and nothing.

  I hope you guys can help me because I just don't want to use a different browser.

  Not sure why this has even caused the blow but now our website is suspended is no longer in Firefox 31.0 and it displays our SVG animation. Thank you for taking the time to attend this and I hope that this some how to help others with similar issues.

  I click on upgrade to El Capitan on my imac 27 "and after 12 hours, it is still suspended on the last 10%.

  what I see is the apple logo and the loading bar a 90%.

  How long will it take?

  First of all: you have a backup of your original configuration? (Not that you can do very much at this stage, but it would make life easier.)

  Then: press and hold the power button for about 5 seconds until your Mac stops. Back on the power and wait for results. Chances are you need to reboot again, this time in Recovery Mode, check the disk with disk utility and (if the disk is OK) reinstall OS X: OS X: on OS X Recovery - Apple Support

• 10.11.5 iMac upgrade hangs on reboot

  Saw the son near him, so I'll post what I pass the problem. I've updated through the apps store the 10.11.5 el Captain update. Download and install went quickly until the screen says reboot...

  Then he hung for one hour. Powered it down, I restarted in safe mode, it completed the upgrade and I logged on to see where it is hung at the 14/06/16 09:22:35.257.

  Disk utility passed ok. on iMac says 10.11.5. Restarts in normal mode to see.

  Thank you for visiting the Microsoft answers Forum.

  In some cases, you can use the command prompt for troubleshooting the installation process of Windows Vista/Windows 7. By default, the command-line prompt is enabled in Windows Vista/Windows 7.

  The combination of keys to open the command prompt is SHIFT + F10 and not SHIFT + F11.

  Once the command prompt is in place, you can simply navigate to different folders and track the files that are copied.

  I stopped the process.

  My data still exist in ASM.

  I can't start the database

  1. IF you have arrested or killed the process then upgrade for the draw draw

  2. two things "cannot start the database" is logically correct

  3. you can able to start instance at least until the mode mount (been able to re - aware of the controlfile files)

  4 now, if you have backup restore and try again (at least if it able to allow your restore point query - and if you GRP up before updating, then you can able to flashback before upgrading)

  Tried to update my APEX of 4.1.1 to 4.2.2 and lost my session/connection of terminal. The result was that the upgrade was clinging to the status "REVALUATION".
  Decided to remove the APEX 4.1.1 and reinstall from zero APEX 4.2.2. No problems in the newspapers and the State now "VALID".
  Images copied to the Glassfish server - and even the database using @apxldimg.
  Problem:
  
  I think to connect at the APEX, but get a "blank" screen (web page). Still using 'old' APEX earpiece and modernize to 2.0.1.
  
  Any suggestions?

  Figured it out.

  When I initially copied the images I used (directories are anonymized below for security):

  rsync - number/home/images/home/glassfish/docroot/i /.

  and apparently it doesn't work or I had a typo in, because when I tried and then

  cp - rf/home/images / /home/glassfish/docroot/i / *.

  everything has come - no more blank screen.

• CS5-&gt; CS6 upgrade hangs, block the windows Task Manager, does nothing else

  Got the CS6 Design Standard update, hoping to upgrade from CS5 Design Premium. Could it be the problem? I don't have all the added bonus and this stuff is ridiculously expensive.

  In any case, I put the disc, nothing happens. I run the set - up.exe, the disc spins, then nothing continues to happen. I watched it for up to 5 minutes and nothing.

  Set - up.exe isn't in Applications, but it's in the process in windows Task Manager. However, there is no real activity at all. When I try to end the process, WTM crashes. I have to every hard reboot or eject the disc in order to recover.

  What gives? I can post PDApp.log if need be, but I don't know how much help it will be.

  W7 Pro 64-bit

  So it turns out that it was the reader. I installed an internal DVD SATA drive and it ran the update without fault. Just in case someone else stumbles across this post with a similar problem, make sure that you do not install the update of an external USB DVD drive, specifically a Samsung SE-S084. It won't work.

• Since the upgrade to Sierra - my CPU runs hot

  Recently, I used the app store to upgrade my MacBook Pro for OSX Sierra.

  From this point forward - my laptop is very hot and fans constantly run like a Jet engine.

  I see this in the activity monitor:

  

  I put all my contacts to synchronize hourly, and nothing has changed before the upgrade and after.

  How can I fix it? My life of the battery is to be purged, permanently.

No hardware conflict; nothing that would allow me to run Windows 7 upgrade advisor. I get the following message: Windows 7 upgrade advisor could not reach the server from microsoft for more compatibility information. Check your internet connection and try again.

  now, I saw this same problem posted by others as early as may of this year and no solution so far. i 'v' e sought in the microsoft knowledge base, I searched here and finally I googled this problem without solution. If no solution is available, you can guys less let us know that the problem is not resolved, or there is not intend to fix it. whatever it either to the resolution on this subject would be appreciated.
