• 3.6 Lightroom on Win 7 PC stopped completely sync correctly

  Recently, my Lightroom 3.6 stopped syncing all my photos in the folder that I selected. He started only to do that within the past few weeks.

  I right click on the folder I want synchronized in Lr and then select 'synchronize the folder.

  Usually, it synchronizes all update/new photos added to the folder on my hard drive. Now, it syncs some photos. I try to sync again, and it adds a couple more. I have sync again, and I'm lucky if he synchronizes the final jpg files.

  Create a new catalog > import some test from a particular folder images > try to synchronize and test if you're able to get through.

  If it works well, go to menu file > import from another catalog > choose the previous catalog to be imported from.

  I am currently running 4.4 LR on Win 7. Having had a new camera (Panasonic FZ 330) I need to move to 6 LR. I have a 64-bit (Intel i3) processor but a 32-bit Windows 7 operating system. The system requirements on the Web site is ambiguous, so I paid the upgrade and downloaded the installation file. When I ran, I said that it is not compatible with my computer. Apparently I need a 64-bit (unlike LR 4.4) operating system. I seem to have No upgrade path. Does anyone know how I get my money back.

• Why can't I create a good performance of Acrobat to print from Lightroom in Win 7?

  I have two computers: an older XP laptop computer with many applications and an old Win7 dedicated workstation for 6 months for a photography work.  Everyone has Acrobat 10.1.0 and Lightroom installed 3.4.1.

  Sometimes I print proof of batches of photos using Lightroom Print, print to Adobe PDF.

  On XP, I have never had trouble printing an Acrobat PDF from Lightroom.

  On Win7, I NEVER was able to print a good PDF Acrobat from Lightroom.  A PDF file is produced that is readable and contains all the text expected properly prepared in the planned grid (names, page numbers), but it contains only a fraction of the photos, anywhere between zero and a significant percentage.  Each photo that appears is actually complete and not partial.  If I re - run the print job, sometimes different photos materialize than last time. The number of photos in the batch seems to make no difference to the result - also very small batches have the problem.

  Something more - it takes that long in Lightroom to print format PDF as you would expect, in other words, it seems to be made each appropriate photo.

  I'm stumped on how to solve this problem.  I reinstalled Acrobat and Lightroom, and during the last 6 months since I have this machine, I was setup one-time release of these two products, any combination of which worked for me.

  Any tips on what I can do about it?

  Problem solved. Earn 8.1, I spent Lightroom Getting started with the library module and then reinstalled Win 10. Lightroom started well win 10, everything seems to work until I changed to the develop module, then it became "(ne répond pas)".   Symptoms:

  -When I double click the Ligthroom icon on my desktop or when I try to run from the app dnuee, nothing happens. No splash screen, nothing.

  Here's what I did:

  -disconnection / connected from dnuee, with or without restarting the computer between == > unsuccessfully

  -Rename SLCache and SLstore == > unsuccessfully

  -Uninstall EVERYTHING (all adobe applications on my computer, same cloud Creative, player, air, flash. EVERYTHING). A ran a registry cleaner. Restarted. Reinstalled from scratch, from creative cloud. == > without success. Lightroom does not start. Photoshop does.

  If I look at amt3.log, it says that it cannot find a license:

  Has managed to solve this problem by downloading Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2012 and using the 'repair' option.

  'Standard' OS X file system is not case sensitive. Although you can use upper and lowercase in a filename to the extent where the system is concerned 'Filename' and 'filename' are the same. So if you try to copy files with the same name regardless of the case so the copy will result in a dialog box asking if you want to replace a file of the same name.

  I guess in your case, your disks have been formatted with case-sensitive file system, and you should generally refrain from using a file system case-insensitive with OS X.
