  Photoshop Elements 10 does exist only in 32 bits. There is no 64-bit version. However, the 32-bit version will be installed and run OK on a 64-bit operating system.

  If you are running 64-bit Windows, then first things 64-bit installs automatically. 32-bit first Elements 10 will not install on Windows 7 64 - bit, or 8.

  I recently bought has a box with Adobe photoshop elements 13 and first elements 13 in person at best buy. I have nowhere to insert the actual cd is it came with and so I opened a session on adobe.com, and I bought it. After the takeover, he just say your product was bought and he gave me a serial number. I went to my adobe account and clicked on the plans and products, I pressed the view of my products and I recorded two of them. However, I can't find anywhere to download also makes good photoshop elements and the premier programs pro on my computer. I looked in my order history, but there is nothing there. I downloaded cloud creative adobe, but there is no option to download both products. I redeemd and recorded both products today so we don't have 7 days, because I read somewhere, you can download only 7 days after you buy. I'm not sure if this applies to this situation, but please answer quickly with a solution so that I can use these programs. Thank you.

  I bought a copy online of the element of Photoshop and elements 13 first for my friend in Hong KONG.  My friend could not download she bought a copy of CD instead that it was urgently needed. How can I (the buyer) activate this copy and install on my PC instead. She only downloaded files, but still having them installed. As my friend encountered difficulties to download, it may have exceeded the number of try and now I am unable to download all the necessary files

  Yes, it will download a trial version on your computer. You must use the serial number that initially posted you. All downloads are tests and you must serialize them.

  Do you mean that the Catalog Manager option is not available in the file menu of version 14?

  What happens if you start the Organizer while keeping the SHIFT key pressed? You should get an option to start with a new catalog. If it works, is that you can access the Catalog Manager?

  The first time buy PhotoShop.  I need it for a project I'm involved in my school, but I can't download creative cloud or PhotoShop elements 13 because Vista is not supported by Adobe.  However, I find it easier to find a version more suited to my computer instead of the update (just, I will be brief, it is not convenient at THIS TIME for me to upgrade my PC, even if many think it would be better for me).

  I'm working with grayscale images are 33, 000, 000 x 33 pixels. At present I am limited by the amount of RAM I can attribute in CS3 which is 32-bit. I want to upgrade to a 64-bit version of Photoshop, but still be able to import my images.

  This is because the implementation of the CCITT FAX is limited to 32767 pixels.  The file you will be not working in any version of Photoshop.

  There are other implementations that go longer, but given that it's a FAX format they should really be using this compression of large documents in a first time...
