Obviously as the hard drive crashed, I was unable to disable CS5 extended before the crash. I have it charging on the new hard drive and in the meantime bought a desktop computer in which I loaded CS5. Updates have been working fine on the laptop. I tried to update the program on the new computer, but continue to receive error messages. I have read in any problems and think maybe computer laptop harddrive that crashed had CS5 yet on it, as I was unable to turn it off because I didn't know he was going to crash. I am only able to load CS5 on 2 computers and if it is still on the destroyed hard drive so I'm not able to turn it off and so I presume that is why I can not download the updates on my new computer.   I recently updated my build-126130 VMware Desktop 6.0.5 to 6.5.1 and now none of my virtual machines are running.  When I try to start them, I get the following error:

  When I looked in the directory/dev, there is no listed vmmon device.

  From everything I've read, upgrade worked very well.  The application starts without any apparent problems.  I suspect since all my virtual machines worked really well until I restarted the laptop, there is a problem loading the kernel module.

  I'm under openSUSE 11.0.

  I liked all the ideas that everyone has.

  Do not connect the printer to the computer with the usb cable. Try to uninstall all Lexmark software from your computer correctly by clicking on the Windows logo start menu > programs > Lexmark Series folder > tools > uninstall. Restart the pc. Also, check if your Windows 7 is running on the operating system 32-bit or 64-bit by clicking on the Windows logo start menu > right-click on computer > properties.

  Now, there is no driver Lexmark X 8350 specific for Windows 7, however, the Vista driver works. For the software, go to this link: http://bit.ly/cK7w07 (for 32 - bit) or this link: http://bit.ly/9pAWzM (for 64 - bit). Download and install the software. Follow the instructions. I hope this helps.
