You should not have to download anything. You should be able to convert the trial version to full use with the authorization code that you will receive with your purchase.

If I'm working on a project in a free trial of Premiere Elements, and then save the project (do not export it) and open it again in the full version of Premiere Elements, the watermark will be removed?
