8.lorsque bluetooth T42

I have a t42, I opened it and when I tried to close it, there is a white cable. I don't know where that cable goes. It looks like, it must be connected somewhere. There is no connection anywhere on the modem.

Anyone has an idea where the connector is?

If you have a Bluetooth/Modem (BDC 200) combo card connector located on the underside of the card, you will need to unscrew to the cable back in.

Some models have been shipped as stretchy to BT, but had only installed a modem card. On these units, the cable connects to just about anything, but he is simply hiding under the map.

  • Device Bluetooth T42 missing!

I was using BT on my T42 to automatically synchronize Lotus Notes with my cell phone (I did this for months), but it suddenly stopped. I checked my device manager and the BT unit disappeared, its as if my machine was never equipped with BT

I had initially turn on BT when I got the machine, but now when I check where I lit BT there is no anything to market, the device is not at all, he mysteriously disappeared.

I'd appreciate any help to find my BT.

    sincerely

    Martin

Its now fixed, it of very simple, just press Fn + F5. I came across this while reading the manual that I downloaded. This time I removed the battery and the keyboard and the daughterboard of BT and then reassembled. When I pressed Fn key and F5, I got a pop-up message in the grey box to say the drivers needed to update, after which he has a black IBM pop-up screen in which I could choose to turn on the BT.

It's funny, all this is supposed to do is turn on and off the wireless device, in my case he made the camera disappear, as if I didn't have all of the BT on my machine.

Is it normal that the BT green power light flashes occasionally in the panel display indicator light at the bottom of the screen?

  • T42 - Bluetooth?

We told me when I bought it (used) T42 it had bluetooth, how do I 1) determine if she have BT and 2) activate if it isn't?

    Thank you.

You might want to try to hit the Fn + F5 key combination and then see, if there is an option to click on the button "Activate" next to an entry of Bluetooth radio on the screen resulting. -A side of it you can also check/check your configuration specific series of Thinkpad model against the Lenovo Web site (search for here in the appropriate links service/support forum), in order to see whether or not this model already comes with a build-in bluetooth modul.

Hope that helps, or that gives you an idea how to conduct an audit?

  • Satellite U500 - Bluetooth emits BT monitor vs Bt Stack

    Hi all

    My wife machine is a Satellite U500 - 10 L PSU5EE-002003AR, now with Windows 7 Professional 64-bit (originally with pre-installed Vista, later with W7Pro 32-bit).

Now, I always had various problems with Bluetooth on this machine, and it is the only machine I've ever had problems of Bluetooth with, for the most part related to connectivity to the internet via mobile phones.

More generally, I connect to the internet using a mobile phone to control Bluetooth Sony Ericsson and Sony Ericsson PC Suite software (currently and elm and occasionally a hazelnut or a C702.) This configuration has always worked without problem on all the other machines I used, like my Getac B300, the old HP Compaq 6710 b given to me by my former employer for a few years and even my old Thinkpad T42 (now deceased) and my mother's old Macbook untrustworthy. With these machines, I've never had problems connecting to one of the phones or internet, without any drops of connection or any other problem issues.

Not the same with this U500. I write this when connected through PC Suite, Bluetooth Monitor 4 as the hardware controller. The connection is intermittent at best, usually unreliable and sometimes downright impossible. Sometimes it works perfectly for days at the end, and sometimes it just refuses to work. As a general rule, however, get a connection more often than otherwise, but the question is annoying nevertheless.

Now, I tried a different approach: I uninstalled Bluetooth Monitor and SE PC Suite, installed the Toshiba Bluetooth Stack and tried to connect to the internet directly through the BT stack. I paired the Elm to the U500 successfully from the BT Stack Panel and managed to establish the connection, well. But I had no internet access whatsoever. Now, the phone shows that it is actually connected and if the BT stack control panel and monitor Windows 7 connection in the system tray, but there is no real access to the internet (I have only the small yellow triangle with the no message + internet access, but the phone is dialed in.)

Then, I tried to reinstall PC Suite (with BT present Stack), and things became even worse: now the BT itself between PC Suite and the phone connection is only sporadic and intermittent, but sometimes it works well enough to get a connection (although somewhat reliable).

So now I have uninstalled the BT stack, reinstalled the monitor BT and went back using PC as a result of the composition and the same issues that I mentioned previously to persist.

Now, my two questions are as follows: a. Why did not get any Internet with BT Stack, even if the phone was actually composed for the connection? and (b) assuming that the internet access issue is resolved, I'd maybe get a connection more reliable (i.e. one that is not suddenly decide to drop from time to time) with BT Stack instead of the installation of PC Suite/BT monitor?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello

A long time ago I ve tested the BT feature with my laptop LG and everything was OK. The configuration was not so complicated.

Unfortunately, I can't help you with your problem. I put t knows anything about your mobile phone, internet provider, or anything else, so the only thing I can do here is to you recommend to visit the knowledge base of Toshiba BT under http://aps2.toshiba-tro.de/bluetooth/?page=howto

You will find lots of interesting documents and also documents how to connect your laptop to the Internet.

  • Toshiba Bluetooth stack & motorcycle S805 two profiles - can use only one?

Toshiba Bluetooth stack on IBM T42/Windows 2000 test. Motorola S805/multimedia headset supports two audio A2DP stereo of high quality and HFP used as a helmet.

If I create * only * audio sink profile then I can log in and use the headphones (rather good sound!). If I create * only * a headset profile, then they work well for that, too (not very good sound, but convenient and two-way).

I am able to create two connection profiles by linking it first as an Audio receiver, then the pairing again as a helmet. The two profiles now appear in the Bluetooth settings window. First of all, I confirm that neither the profile is connected. Now when I try to 'connect' to the headset, it "sounds" the helmet. However, when I press the headset button to accept the connection I get the following message:
    "Now, connect, please wait."
    and then
"Helmets and headphones can not be used simultaneously. Finished using the headphones and then establish a connection.
Now the headset (audio receiver) is connected instead of the helmet!

Note that before I tried to connect to the headset there was no link at all (message is wrong). Also note that if there is only one connection profile (headset) then the headset will connect correctly.

I want to be able to move quickly from a helmet (good sound quality for music) and headset (for Skype). Deletion and recreation of the connections are too slow, if Skype sounds while I'm listening to music. (the S805 will automatically switch mode headphones while listening to the music, if the call is from a third device such as a cell phone).

Anyone know if the software can be configured to allow me to do this fast switching between profiles on the same device?

    Thank you and best regards,

    Jeff in Aloha, OR, USA.

You must use the hands-free profile if it is supported also by your device for VoIP instead of the headset profile!

  • T42 driver help

    Hello

I did a new install of XP SP2 on an IBM T42 (serial number 2374-Q21)

After you install all the drivers I could find, I find myself with 2 with yellow? the other two aircraft.

    Network controller

    Unknown device.

I can access the internet via an Ethernet connection, but can not get the wireless to work.

Here are the drivers that I have already installed

    audio 1ga241ww

    Video 1 rd 637

    78ma08ww modem adapter

    1rwc89ww wireless LAN

    Bluetooth bthwxp10

Anyone got any ideas where to find the network controller (I guess its what keeps my wireless) and what would be the unknown device?

Thanks in advance for any help.

You do not use the original OEM in XP that came with the unit. This is the reason why you are missing the drivers. To install the missing drivers, the simplest method is to run the ThinkVantage System Update tool. This tool will automatically look for missing drivers and updated the Lenovo Web site. Give it a try. You can download and install the utility from the following link:

    http://www-307.IBM.com/PC/support/site.WSS/document.do?lndocid=TVSU-update

If you are looking for a list of drivers for your device, we have a list of drivers in a matrix. See the website below:

  • Transfer Z10 Bluetooth blackBerry Contacts

Hello friends, I recently bought the Z10, having been a loyal user of BB for many years - I enjoy the experience! With my previous BB Torch 9800, I had no problem with the transfer of my phone contacts on my vehicle with Bluetooth (there was a guest in the menu "transfer contact" saying and more they went). The Z10 is recognised by the car and saves the phone, however there is no prompt from the menu to transfer contacts. The car, when I lorsque je clique click on "Import contacts" the Bluetooth disconnects immediately and the transfer cannot take place.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated?

That should not be too many.

I call your carrier and ask them to escalate the case to BB.

Edit: actually, if you have multiple numbers per contact there might be a problem with too many digits (not contacts.)  However, I recommend you contact your operator and get BB lift support.  They should be able to sort and tell you it should work or not.

  • with IOS 10.0.2 - 5s iphone Bluetooth problems

Since upgrading ISO 10.0.2 my M50 from PLT Plantronics (helmet unique headset) do not reliably connects with my iPhone 5 more. I have to go to the settings, activate bluetooth turned off/turned on, touch the device on the bluetooth page, etc. Once it connects successfully, it will reconnect (if I turn off the headset and turn it back on) for a short period. The next day he does not connect itself but I play with bluetooth on the iPhone again.

It has always worked perfectly before the 10th of IOS.

And, as I noticed others mentioning, the volume is much lower with IOS 10. The maximum volume is much lower. I can barely hear it now, more normal background noise, while driving.

    I did:

Forget this device for the PLT M50 and paired again (several times)

I did a Reset Network Settings

    I don't know what else to do - but it's a 10.0.2 IOS issue.

  • Since activation apple CarPlay, my iPhone does not connect to my Bluetooth infotainment system

I have recently taken delivery of a VW Tiguan MkII 2016 and could easily match my 6 s iPhone with it. Now, however, I created CarPlay Apple and VW car-net connect my iPhone via USB. Now my iPhone is no longer connect via bluetooth when not plugged into the USB port. It seems that I can now use only my phone by CarPlay which I do not plan to use whenever I drive the car. Is there a solution to this?

    Hi biker.

I understand that as you have activated the Carplay, your iPhone will not connect to your car stereo via bluetooth. You can try to disable the Carplay on the device, and then test the bluetooth connection. Because you are trying to connect via clips and wireless at the same time, this can cause some problems. Using one or the other should solve this problem.

Please use the Apple Support communities to post your question. Good day.

  • issue of iOS 10 Bluetooth in car

It seems that apple rushes on a product that gets worse and worse every time. How Bluetooth can work a day with ios9 then, not with ios10. Who can screw this up? You have already good writing... it hurts my brain that the company on top cannot get out of their own way and create a simple product to work more. It is God awful and obvious that they lack of any vision of the future.

  • Bluetooth network is not available

Been trying for a while to use AirDrop on my MacBook Pro (Version OS X El Capitan 10.11.6) and my iPhone 6 s more.

Just realized today that it might not work because the Bluetooth on the Pro does not work. With each device I try a pairing, it says that the network is not available and that I need to make sure that network access is enabled. Trying to do this, system preferences > network > Bluetooth PAN, I get the same message. I need you to ensure that network access is enabled.

Someone else had this problem? Any ideas on how to solve it?

Open system preferences > Bluetooth. Make sure that Bluetooth is enabled.
