8000 songs/files? How?

Hi all.  I was trying to understand what I'm doing 'unfair' that I don't think I'll never approach the limit on the number of files that can have the "rocket".  I thought that maybe I used the wrong format and found son saying the same things, I found myself this mp3 and wma are negligible size differences.  A thread even said that move to the 64 bit would still only for X amount of files.  Here is where I am:

4 GB Fuze (empty)

16GB SDHC (15185MB available, 9217MB Used, 1544 songs)

Using what I have above, I have guestimate with 20 GB of space I will only be able to store 3800 songs to 128-bit.  Does this sound right? And if I switched to 64-bit, which would be about double what brings me the most with 7200 songs?

Is not a terribly important question/situation, but one that made me think more that I just bought a 8 GB drive for a person who completed their old school 200 + CD changer and I am trying to save a little space in their audio closet

Thank you people

T

Well for one your math is off 3800 x 2 = 7600 a bit, but yes to be closer to the limit of 8000 song that you should not use 64 Kbps wma files.
