• JRUN does not free up memory

  I installed CF8 on Windows using the standard configuration (JRUN, IIS, SQL Server) and needed to run the tests to threshold against examples of data, nothing out of the ordinary - other than the size of the result set - I wondering 100,000 records in a table, which came back fine. However, I followed the use of memory on my server and noticed that jrun.exe climbed all the way up to nearly 1 GB (I adjusted the settings of min/max heap in the CF Admin that allow) but JRUN never let all this memory, continues to a ping request to nearly 1 GB. Does anyone know how to get JRUN/CF to automatically free memory (outside restart CF)?

• Why the application iBooks iOS doesn't support a wishlist?

  iBooks for iOS is available for several years and I still have to add to my wishlist iTunes Office books. The App Store iTunes wishlist does not show books and the iBook App does not appear on my iPad or iPhone wish list, which means that I have to go to my desktop system to look at my list of gifts.

  Apple products are supposed to be user friendly, so come on Apple there must be a way to add support for the wishlist for books to one or two of these App

• IBook store does not

  I got the latest IOS on my IPad Mini 4 here and there in the last day or so the IBook store do not seem to loads and shows just a white screen when I go to recommended, Top Charts and top authors.

  It seems to work ok on my IPhone 5.

  If you have not yet restarted the iPad Mini...

  1. Press and hold the sleep/wake button until the Red slider appears.
  2. Drag the slider to turn off your device completely off.
  3. Once the device turns off, press and hold the sleep/wake button again until you see the Apple logo.

  Then try the iBook Store.

  "How can I erase my start of all the widgets screen?" is the only question that you asked, so here's the answer:

  Some widgets may not be deleted, but you can move the widgets that you use most on the front screen and keep the ones you don't want a rear screen. Or, you can take the widgets you want and move them to a single folder.

  After the upgrade to iOS 10 on my iPhone 6, is is no longer recognized as an external drive by my Win10Pro x 64 laptop on USB 2.0 or 3.0 port. New cable is used to eliminate that as a problem.

  Try opening the iPhone before connecting to Windows. If the film is not empty, then the device should be listed in Windows Explorer. If it still does not show try to restart the computer and the device, and then try again. If it does not show more in iTunes then try iOS device is not showing in iTunes for Windows.

• Cannot be found in iOS 10 notes

  I did a clean install of iOS 10.1 on my iPad 2 Air, not a restore of backup and linked to my existing Apple ID cloud data. I find that I can not get a result of research within the Notes application - fill in the search bar in the application with a known keyword produces no results, even after that all my notes have been uploaded and are visible.

  I also did a regular update of the iOS 10.1 on my iPhone 6s without deleting data and applications, and the same prob exists on upgrading phone - no search results in the application Notes, even with all the Notes.

  On my iPad Pro 12 without an upgrade, always using the latest version of 9, there is no problem, research within the Notes application, which contains of course the same, iCloud synchronized data.

  Anyone else know this and have a solution?

  Thank you for joining the communities Support from Apple! Looks like you have research questions in iOS 10 Notes. I know how important it is, you are able to search correctly. The first thing I would say is on the devices with iOS 10, make sure that when you start typing in the search bar that you have selected all accounts rather than the current accounts. This can cause the search appear no results if you have selected instead of all current.

  Try these troubleshooting steps:

  -Reset: hold the Home and Power buttons until you see the logo Apple (10-15 seconds).

  If your backup is in iTunes, make sure that it is encrypted.

  I'm under iPhone 4 iOS 7 and created iCloud notes on iPad running iOS 9. They are showing on icloud.com yet not on the iPhone even though I have iCloud Mail and Notes under tension and using the iCloud as a default value for the Notes account. How can I solve this?

• Microsoft C++ runtime error. When I am downloading World Of Warcraft. Resources Windows Protection found corrupt files but was not able to fix some. Details are provided in the CBS.log newspaper. (I ran sfc/scannow in the command window twice)

  I am trying to download the demo version of 'WoW' World of Warcraft. I get to the part where he is configing its parameters to my computer and get a runtime error that something caused my program is complete. I read the other posts which had similar problems so I ran sfc/scannow in the command prompt window. It reads...  Resources Windows Protection found corrupt files but was not able to fix some. Details are provided in the CBS.log newspaper. I've shortened, but it is easy to understand that there is a question that the scan will not fix. I tried to access the CBS.log newspaper and opened a text doc, that was a bunch of YYYYYYYYY. I'm a little lost here and my 10 free WoW trial days is weathering away without me =)

  Borrow a Microsoft Vista DVD(not Dell, HP, etc Recovery DVDs) to do a repair installation

  If you see a startup Neosmart repair disk download here, this is NOT what you want.

  You want a good Vista DVD that contains the operating system files.

  If you need a recovery media for your laptop back to factory settings, read this info:

  How to get Vista recovery Media and/or to use the Vista recovery Partition on your computer.

  There is no Vista free download legal available.

  Contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send a recovery disk/s Vista set.

  Normally, they do this for a cost of $ small.

  In addition, ask them if you have a recovery Partition on your computer/laptop to restore it to factory settings.

  A good Vista DVD contains all versions of Vista.

  There are 2 disks of Vista: one for 32-bit operating system, and one for 64-bit operating system.

  If install a cleaning is required with a good DVD of Vista (not HP, Dell recovery disks):

  Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

  At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu
