9.3.2 IOS iPhone update 5

Because making mandatory upgrade to iOS 9.3.2 on my iPhone5, I lost all my tones ringtones and notification that they are still on the phone and they work in the test but do not work on incoming calls sms poster on FB or Messenger send or receive to learn on the phone repair place here in Australia and said Apple had removed 9.3.2 iPad Pro but not other devices. Can Apple is as bad as Microsoft publishes defective upgrades when we expect a fix for this?

Backup on iTunes

Then restore using iTunes as a NEW

Do not restore the backup

See if the problem resolves

If the answer is Yes - restore backup
