  This is the only problem affecting the site, as I am able to post, reblog and do other things on the site. This is the only site where the problem persists, and Firefox is the only browser in which this problem occurs (I tested it in Chrome and it works fine, but I would rather not switch to Chrome because I prefer Firefox). I deleted the history of Firefox, tried activating / deactivating the proxy, empty the cache, but the problem still persists.   You can respond with more details on what you mean by "does not"-for example, no option to create a password, no option to lock a note, cannot open a note protected without password, etc..

  MacBook Pro with 10.11.3 will not load some web pages (booking.com people.com are just a few). Browser will not make a difference.

  First of all if still under warranty, contact the manufacturer to execute tests for your USB slots. Have you tried to see if other devices work on the USB plug? The manufacturer of your may be able to replace your computer if needed.

  Then, I'd go for the Device Manager to see if you have errors. Go to Device Manager and see if you have a yellow fringe! showing that there are errors with your USB devices. Open the Device Manager in Windows Vista via the management utility of the computer, the Control Panel, or from the command prompt by typing in devmgmt.msc.

  You can go to the different tabs and see if the devices work properly, should be cancelled or update your drivers.
  You can also go into the event viewer and see if you have errors on your hardware devices.
