  Please make sure that Lightroom is far, i.e. Lightroom 5.7.1.

  Also, please copy the images from the card, and then paste them into a folder on the desktop and then try and import them into Lightroom.

  Anyone know if you can copy playlists that you create using Rhapsody from one PC to another PC?

  I've done several Playlists on Rhapsody which are very large - one of them has 600 songs in there.  I definitely want to make copies of these lists backup - if I blew ever accidentally these playlists, I wouldn't be happy to have to recreate their song by song.  I don't even have a circulation of lists.

  Please let me know if anyone has semblahle doing so using Rhapsody, or if it is still possible.  For the record, the songs were made of CD, not downloaded from the web.

  I hope that somewhere in there, there's someone who can help me. I feel such a twit!

  I was a student of the Institute of photography, and while I was learning that I had the opportunity to purchase LR at the student rate. I bought in 2014 and downloaded on my laptop. I continued to use LR for almost two years.

  All my images have been uploaded via LR and of course any changes that I never did object a follow-up here. My NEF files (I shoot Nikon) are saved in two external hard drives.

  My laptop broke down and I have no second copy of LR and all my connections ect were on a spreadsheet on the laptop (I know I know STUPID)

  I'm not QUITE technical and I'm completely lost. I have several people telling me to do a factory reset on my laptop which is fine but I just used for the fire and go straight into LR I didn't need to log it has been left with autologon etc..

  I just don't know what to do. All my questions IT fell to my best friend who took care of all the things like that for me. Unfortunately he died and I have no more time to ask him. I'm devastated.

  My desttop computer was set to automatically sync with a folder and its subfolders on another office in a network.  The purpose of the sync has been backup.  Today, the other computer had a malfunction serious and removed about 20 subfolders. The removal was detected immediately. I checked and found that missing subfolders were on my computer. BUT (I'M A FOOL!) I failed to realize that my computer was still periodically synchronize with the computer 'bad '. Suddenly, after about 10 minutes, subfolders missing from the 'bad' computer have now disappeared from mine as well! Immediately, I went to offline and off the synchronization mode once the horse was out of the barn.

  Is it possible to cancel fatal synchronization that deleted synched subfolders? -Can I somehow recover subfolders that had been so easily available on my computer?

  Yes, you can stop the clock, but no, you cannot cancel it (unless you have a backup of the files stored elsewhere).  You will need to retrieve the files and folders by using shadow copies (if you have one) or with the recovery software from 3rd party (see below for more details).

  The files are not really deleted until they are crushed (although they are no longer available through conventional methods).  If you decide to try these recovery programs, you should stop using your drive hard immediately in order not to replace the data that you are trying to recover.  He slave on another PC and launch the recovery of this PC.  Even now you have definitely lost some of them if you use the same PC.  If you can not do this (slave on another PC), you run the risk of overwriting the data with every action you do on the PC (but you may still be able to recover some or most or even all files - it's a matter of luck).
