  I think 0 x 80070002 means "the system cannot find the file specified."

I didn't know they used the google display network so I had no idea what it was. Once I discovered they were using it I ran my files through their validator and found the question

  This apear in random numbers when you test applications. They apear to prevent caching of the browser. It is better to publish and test the published file.

  Hello. I use Indesign 5.5 on a Windows 7 PC.

  I am currently an epub in Indesign. It is a long document which flows on a single page. I am separating the chapters with the headers of type.  I've been slowly going through it and add the image files. I reached page 66 and the end of my document is missing. I went back through earlier versions and each saw that there's a little more of my text. Very puzzled, I tried to copy the missing text on the end of my current document and it does not appear. I'm wondering now if there is a limit of 66 page size?

  If there is what can be done to complete my epub. Start a new file for the second half of my book and merge them somehow?

  Any help appreciated as long as this unforeseen problem is like a kick in the gut.

  You need back up and learn some basics before you get off in ePub. (Sorry to be blunt)

  -Click the red symbol in excess to load any overset text.

  -Add a page at the end of the document.

  -To this new page, hold the SHIFT key while clicking inside the margin of page flow the text overset, adding new pages as needed. (You should see the laoded cursor change appearance when the SHIFT key is held)

  There is no option to change the which unfortunately. IOS users just need to deal with it or find a third-party calendar that is more to their liking. (There is a reason that I do not use a lot of calendar application)

  Have a problem with the audio in a project where the user progresses to the next slide by using the next button. However, we recorded audio outside Captivate, saved as MP3 and dragged and deposited the corresponding MP3 files in the slides in the film.

  Thanks in advance for any help you might be able to offer.

  Be sure to leave a small space after and before each audio clip in the slide. This way Captivate will not hold account is a large audio file distributed over several slides.

  Another tip: don't compress to mp4, if you import audio clips to Captivate but keep the original wav files. Captivate will compress to mp3 at the time of publication. Look in the library, you'll probably find that Cp has created a wav from your mp3 file.

• "Continue" button at the end of quiz

  I have a quiz 8 question 8 Captivate, followed by an end of quiz/results screen, followed by an end of course screen (which States just "all right, you have completed the course").

  A learner must achieve 100% to pass the test. The "Retake quiz" button works correctly and displays only when the learner makes less than 100%.

  I have problems with the button 'Continue' however. My two questions are:

  1. the button 'Continue' is currently visible at the end of the quiz regardless of score. Is it possible to hide the button 'Continue' if the learner has not passed the quiz?

  2 in both cases (vs not passed the test by the way), I have to click on the button "Continue" twice to progress to the last slide - obviously, I just want to the learner to have this click once. No idea what could happen here? Screenshot of the chronology is less (perhaps the break at the end is causing issues, but I don't know how to remove it.)

  You have changed the default setting of the slide to score, because normally the suspension point is 1.5secs and in your screenshot, it has been moved to the end of the slide that is not a good idea. The button continue will launch the actions that you have configured in the preferences of pass/fail Quiz, and having such a break so close to the end can cause problems. I wonder if you have made other changes to the normal configuration of the Score slide, such as the removal of the built-in objects (those that have no separate timeline)?  More information about the default setting:

  It is not normal to have to click twice, but your question about the "withdrawal of this break" proves to me that you are totally unaware of the design of the slide in score, why I created these two articles.

• Captivate 8 - I want my slides to stop at the end and wait for a button click advance

  I guess you used the on Exit event for a break? In this case the SWF behavior is a normal behavior: the action takes place only after the exit of the slide, so break will be on the first frame of the next slide.

  Why not add a click box, it time for the rest of the slide and it will pause at the last image. And you're talking about a next button? Why not use the interruption of this button to pause the last image (or almost the last image)?

  Here's another HR special code-modification or change of file quirks. I've used several gif graphics in my help systems for more than a year and everything suddenly, RoboHelp has begun to change the names of files of some of them by adding _nc just before the extension. Therefore, a chart called new.gif is now called new_nc.gif in the WebHelp folder. Of course, this breaks the link where I use the graph. I tried to add the chart to the baggage files, and it still does occur. Anyone had this happen? It only happens in one of my projects help until now (I have three of them who use much the same graphics). Anyone have any ideas?
  
  I hope Adobe corrects stupid things like that. Basically, the only solution I see is to change the name to what it should be after generating the WH.

  Leon, Rick and Peter, thank you all for reply and help me. You helped me to understand what the problem was, and I really appreciate it.

  Here's an update on the resolution, just for the record. For gif files used in the skins folder and are in the top level of my project folder, I removed the gifs in the level higher and re-imported in subjects of folder skins folder. Gif which was the original culprit (.. .the BluePageNew one) had no skin, but was in the skin folder, so I deleted from there and kept in the upper level. When I generated WebHelp, RoboHelp copied all the graphics of skins and put them in the record of highest level and done automatically references imported into the topics in these copies. Everything seems to be fine now. No file name _nc and none of the links broken.

• How can I get thunderbird to send incoming gif files in google chrome?

  Can you attach a file of real data and tell us what you mean by "first character". The number of characters per line do you have?

  Can you tell us what you see in the modified file and what you expect to see.

  Everything seems good.

  1. Read you the first line and so the file pointer is just after the first line
  2. You set the size of the file at the end (seems unnecessary, because it does nothing). The file pointer is always right after the first line.
  3. You write the first line you read concatenated with a second line. It will be written on the current file pointer, i.e. after the existing line
  4. The first line is in the file twice, as planned.

  Setting the file size to the 'end' on an existing file does not have something useful. If you want to set the position of the file instead?

  Try to set the file position from and new data will be written at the beginning of the file.
